Great lightweight SQL editor / studio! Been looking into a lot of alternatives for Azure Data Studio, and with Beekeeper I have found it. I love beekeeper–it made all my other DB clients obsolete on day one. It is so nice to be able to keep the same client for different kinds of database, because let's face it: modern apps need both SQL and NOSQL DBs and there is often a DWH involved also. One thing I really like: the color coding, that I use to show me which environment I'm working. Simple, but super useful.

I‘ve started using Beekeeper since it is more or less the only „native“ and not buggy feeling SQL client on Mac. I stayed for the MongoDB Integration, no need to switch to half baked UI clients for Mongo anymore!

I migrated from dBeaver, and I haven't opened that app since. Beekeeper is so simple to use; that's what makes it great. You don't know (or maybe you do) how annoying DBeaver is. Its interface is overcrowded, and there's a lot of junk that you don't need. When I first opened Beekeeper and saw the interface, I was shocked. I didn't think a studio would be so spacious and easy to navigate. Its been amazing so far

Beekeeper Studio offers a clean, modern and minimalist GUI. By far the most beautiful, combined with speed and intuitive interface. I did migrate from databricks to SQLite Studio due to a new project and beekeeper allows me to have a premium db management tool even with small projects.

I use this tool a lot as it has a very simple interface useful for screen sharing and quickly inspecting the database but doesn't keep any power tools away from you. I can also use this with multiple database types so it's a no brainer to keep using it. Thank you for a great product!

When I switched to using Linux full time from Mac, the hardest thing was finding replacement apps for things I used daily. Most tools were pretty easy to find replacements for, but MySQL clients were either super old and clunky or just too simple. Beekeeper has been a breath of fresh air, and not only works on Linux, but feels like a first class citizen! They're constantly making improvements and updating the app based on real world feedback. This is hands down my nicest app I used in my Dev stack at the moment and recommend it whole heartedly!

i've been using beekeeper for a couple of years (and finally just upgraded to a paid version) and have seen many other people use it after asking what i was using during a screenshare session. honestly, one of the more stable products i've used as of late. the new json view for a row of data is a simple but very, very useful feature. well worth picking up a license for it.

As a Linux user, I was never completly happy with the available DB GUI softwares. Then I found Beekeeper Studio. It's one of the most friendly and efficient DB GUI software I ever used, specially on Linux! I strongly recomend you to use it and test it. It's still very usable in the free version, but worth every cent to buy the premium license. The software pays itself with all the features the benefits you got.

The UI has to be by-far the best in the industry in terms of how simple, straight forward and versatile it is. Also while looking a lot more friendly to the eyes(Dark Mode FTW). Saw the landing page, tried it out for 10mins and I knew, MYSQL workbench was nothing compared to this piece of art. As someone who manages multiple db's on quite a few environments, Beekeper Studio has become a very fun and pleasant experience. Can't believe i didn't find this sooner. The licensing policies also made me want to support the initiative even more. Would 10/10 buy again.

I chose Beekeeper Studio for two essential reasons: - It has a nice clean interface, it's very nice to see data inside the app. - It's fast. Beekeeper Studio is hands down my favorite database client (and I've tried a lot). The UI is clean, minimal, and clutter-free — no digging through confusing menus or wrestling with extra features I don’t need. It’s fast, intuitive, looks great and lets me focus on getting things done. It also has some great niceties, like Vim mode in the query editor, being able to copy bits of data straight from the table view and a handy JSON row viewer. Couldn’t ask for more, I love it!

I’m an analytics grad student who got this when I was brand to SQL. I searched a lot of applications and downloaded a handful of tools to test on projects. I was really frustrated and struggling until I found beekeeper. It was great for getting started, and have still found it effective as I’ve improved to novice level. Great tool for all skill levels. It’s easy to get it up and running and works well with other applications I use for visualization.

I work with multiple SQL DBs, really like how simple it is to connect to each one of them. Very simple but powerful UI. The JSON viewer is really a great helper, specially for old DBs with huge amount of fields. After testing other apps, I have been using Beekeeper for more than a year as the only SQL client I have.

Beekeper Studio is really intuitive way for me to work with SQL databases when developing my apps! The recently added 'JSON view' feature solved my biggest problem of rows being hard to read, but with this, it is a simple JSON to look at. I would 100% recommend Beekeper Studio if you work a lot on SQL Databases!

Before Beekeeper studio, I was using MySQL's VS Code extension, and I was endlessly frustrated with it... Freezing whenever the query brought back more than 10,000 rows (i.e., basically always), disconnecting constantly, forgetting my connections at random... it was such a drag on my productivity. In stepped Beekeeper Studio... It JUST WORKS. My needs are simple, and so is Beekeeper Studio. I couldn't be happier with it. It's so intuitive to use, there was a time delta of precisely 0 seconds between the first time I opened it and when it began adding value to my workflow. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I've used many different DB clients over the past 10 years but they were all lacking in some regard so I gave a Beekeeper a try and I immediately knew that this is the one. I have used a lot of other tools before I found Beekeeper Studio. I just wanted a simple tool where it gets out of the way and let me do simple db queries. I also wanted the ability to connect to various databases. Unfortunately, none of the tools I tried met my expectations. Beekeeper does that and so much more, while also being such a beautifully crafted software. It is literally a godsend.

I like the "view data" feature - I'm auditing a bunch of unfamiliar databases and it's quick. I mostly use mysql workbench and pgadmin, I'm ready for a unified experience :)

It has Zen mode by design, let's me focus on my work while still providing all features I need, e.g., query editing, exporting results, showing table definitions etc. And all of that in a fresh and modern design I enjoy looking at all day. Thanks a lot!
