I met Beyond initially at Invest Fest 2022 in Georgia (which I attended with my cousin), and was introduced to him by Jamaal from the EYL team. Jamaal and I met on the flight to Invest Fest from NY. We sat together on the flight to GA and we discussed investment property the whole flight. I shared with Jamaal that I was interested in investing outside of NYS as NY had become too expensive for me and he shared with me that he owns properties outside of NY. I told Jamaal that I was researching Cleveland's market and he mentioned Beyond and promised to introduce me to him. Jamaal described Beyond as a good, straight-up, honest guy that keeps his word and knows Cleveland's market well. Jamaal spoke highly of Beyond and Jamaal kept his word and introduced me to Beyond. Beyond first told me about his mentorship program at Invest Fest 2022. Fast forward I saw the Cleveland in-field Training Event event hosted by Beyond in September of 2023 and made preparations (with my cousin) to attend as this would be my opportunity to see Cleveland and "check" Beyond out. The Cleveland in-field Training allowed me to be able to attest to Jamaal's testimony......Beyond definitely knows his stuff and he keeps it 100. I also found out that Beyond is not stingy with information. He didn't seem to hold back anything that he considered helpful to us "trainees." I met my real estate agent at the training and others that I will work with. These experiences encouraged my decision to sign up for the mentorship and I'm glad I did. Beyond's training exposed me to different methods of "getting the bag" that I didn't consider before such as Wholesaling. His training also helped me see more clearly that there are "different strokes for different folks" pertaining to investment technique. Beyond shared how he does better with being a cash buyer as opposed to being a credit buyer and broke down the reasons why: pros vs cons as it pertains to him and this was helpful. It was "food for thought" for development of my own pursuit and strategy at this game. My favorite aspect of the training was the networking. The community that I now am a part of has people with various talents, strengths, and levels of expertise and knowledge as it applies to real estate investing. I enjoy being surrounded by the information and like-minded individuals. I find wealth in this by itself. The training and mentorship proved to be of worth to me and I hope and plan to stay connected to this community. I have applied the information I learned from Beyond and members of this community and am proud to announce that I am an official "Cleveland Closer" as I recently closed on a property there and am working on getting it renovated and ready for rental. I first signed up for the mentorship to get information about Real Estate. After the training I realized that the information I was given was far more than just real estate. I now understand that mindset is everything and everything after that comes easily. My favorite part of the training was Beyond explaining the power of relationships and how far they can take you as long as your willing to put the work in

I have been interested in investing in the Cleveland Market for sometime but it seemed impossible without the proper guidance. I recall looking at a map of Cleveland and not even knowing where to start. Finding Beyond on social media was the game changer. I actually found his page just a few days shy of his January 2023 mentorship. So when he advertised the April 2023 In Field Training I knew I had to take a chance to determine if the information he was providing there was worth an additional investment. To my benefit, the In Field Training was both informative and eye opening of the reality of real estate investing, especially as an out of state investor. I ultimately decided to join the mentorship b/c Beyond did not strike me as a salesman and I knew that I would gain valuable information, relationships, and guidance required to move forward with my interest and goals of become a real estate investor in the Cleveland market. More than the information, Beyond has been motivational. He provides the information that is required to get started, he provides you his team and resources to help you move forward, and most importantly he provides the external motivation you need to execute. My favorite aspect of the training was hearing from some of the lessons Beyond, his guest speakers, and other mentees experienced along their real estate investing journey. That information serves both as motivation, inspiration, and sometimes cautionary lessons to be adhered to along this journey.

I signed up with Beyond because of his sincerity and authenticity. His training helped a lot because it showed me how to analyze a deal from all angles. My favorite aspect about the training was being part of a community of likeminded individuals.

I signed up for this mentorship because I purchased a property the beginning of the year and since I finished that project real estate has peaked my interest to dive deeper. By joining this mentorship I wanted to gain more knowledge, relationships, and possible connections. The training has helped tremendously. It has helped me think positively more and focus on my mental. The training also helped come up with a blue print on how I want to pave my real estate journey. As previously stated the mental aspect of this training was most helpful for me because even prior to this training I always felt anything I put my mind to I can achieve and this training helped tune and sharpen my mind.

My desire to serve my family and my community is why I invested in the mentorship. The training solidified that 'I AM' a Real Estate Investor. I am from Jamaica and wanted to start real estate in Cleveland. I have been following Beyond on Instagram for 2 years prior to moving to the states and I liked his content. He was able to simplify his real estate knowledge, He was not selling a lifestyle and showed real life examples that I could relate to. When I moved to the US I went to one of the in field training to assess his approach in person and found that he was consistent in what he present on his social vs the real world. His Mentorship has been phenomenal, the knowledge I gained was priceless and now I am arm with the tools I need to start investing. On top of that I have a community of people at varying stages on their investing journey for support. He is constantly sharing information and guidance even outside of training hours. My favorite aspect was learning the strategies for each zip code in Cleveland, the deep dive we did into each of those strategies and the examples/ cases we analyzed for each strategy. I left that session with a clear idea of which strategy I wanted to use but I also have other strategies in my tool box. This was the best investment I could have made

I signed up for Beyond's mentorship because I grew tired of standing on the sidelines. Beyond uses many sport analogies when talking about life and real estate (for example, "run the f*kin play"). And what I mean by "standing on the sidelines" is watching other people in the game running plays investing in real estate. I became familiar with Beyond when I watched his Earn Your Leisure interview. I started following him on IG, then signed up for his Cleveland In-Field Training and Closing in Cleveland Mentorship. The training and mentorship have been worth every penny. Between the practical experiences of the in-field training and the zoom “classroom" sessions, I feel prepared to get in the game. Beyond is knowledgeable, experienced and excellent at conveying what you need to know to get started in real estate investing. If you want to get in the game and stop standing on the sidelines, Beyond’s mentorship training is a great start. You won't be disappointed!

Why I signed up? I was already getting free mentorship from him. He would recommend books on IG that I would listen to and then take that information and apply it to my life and make changes that really helped me. I was also learning from his real life experiences and how he overcame certain obstacles and kept moving forward all while embracing his imperfections without trying to hide them. I could have done the paid mentorship before but without me working on my mindset first it would have never helped me . In order to make it to you have to evolve and show up as a better version of yourself… How has it helped ? Everything that i got from Beyond was put to use in other areas of my life from personal to business and finances and once i realized I was having breakthroughs in areas that I had issues with I knew that my return to real estate would also be better because i had found a recipe that worked and all I have to do is apply it , make a tweak here and there and put it on repeat! My favorite aspect of the training ? Off top my favorite thing was seeing how many people flourished from being in the mentorship. Beyond gave you the breakdown as to how he does what he does . He showed you others that took the SAME INFORMATION and got it done . 1= I learned the zip codes 2= how to set up a strategy that works best for me to reach my goals 3=He gave us the lenders that would work with us 4= He set us up in a community with other likeminded individuals to be able to trade resources on a continuous basis 5=He gave you access to him if you are willing to Run The Play ! Personally I learned 1= ignore FOMO 2= there is no shortage of opportunities 3 be impeccable with your words 4= give freely 5=read as much as possible ( audible is my best friend) 6= success loves speed I know for a fact that one thing we all learned from Beyond is that “ If greatness is on the menu why would you choose anything else ?” It just doesn’t make sense /cents !!! Taking this class was very informative and helpful to me. Everything I needed was the things I didn’t know and things I needed clarification on. Beyond’s training helped me know what to look for and what to expect when searching for certain types of housing properties. The face to face via chat was insightful information and discussion with the other developers in the group.

I signed up for the mentorship because I'm interested in purchasing affordable income producing properties in Cleveland, Oh and Beyond's energy and advice given in his live posts spoke to me "coach put me in the game - run the play". His training taught me to focus on developing relationships and leveraging partnerships. I learned about joint ventures and assignment fees. I learned about the various zip codes (inner city vs suburbs) which allows me to have a more concentrated search and make a more informed decision. I learned that I should always use a title company. My focus is 'Buy and Hold' Turnkey properties however my favorite aspect of the training was learning about Wholesale Flips wherein I can purchase a property that's been on the MLS for several weeks - offer a lower price and without fixing the property resell it and make a quick profit. (mind blown)
