I pre-ordered this book a week in advance with great anticipation and I was not disappointed. I'm taking classes right now on the subject and have not learned as much as I have in this book. I don't believe my mentor is even aware of half the strategies and topics covered in this book. This book offers step-by-step gems of info and plus it's an easy read. I already feel a huge advantage over my cohort from the knowledge I've obtained in this book. What I loved the most is Brandon lays out the plan than gives you the links and info as to how to succeed, like a plug and play. I will def be sharing this book and well worth the wait.

Surprisingly, he says successful sales types needn't be chatty fast-talking extroverts. Listening is important when engaging prospects, listening and asking relevant questions based on research the sales rep did concerning the prospect and his business, all in advance of the sales call. People who don't mind hard work and exceptional pay will do well provided they can manage a high level of persistence in the face of rejection and the word 'no.' Bornancin is a master entrepreneur as well as a promoter of his impressive achievements. Parts of the book are rahrah-ish and can be skipped if you like. There is no doubting the author knows his trade and can teach you how best to launch yours in the world of high tech sales.

I'm right in the middle of a job search in "sales" because that's the only way to control my own destiny. I don't even know how I came across Brandon's brand new release, but the stars aligned. I got hired as an outside sales rep for a home improvement company, which I have zero experience in, plus it's 100% Commission. They gave me the company iPad to study training videos before my start date. Low & behold, I'm seeing things that weren't disclosed in the job description or interviews (3 to be exact) that made me feel misled into this positions specific role. It looks like a contractor/sales job, which made me even more upset that this wasn't mentioned to me. Have you ever read a book and thought - WOW I hope everyone knows about this book? Now, I know what you're thinking - Ugh another book about sales... okay I'm with you. BUT I found this on a list about Sales and Service must reads, and it didn't break the bank on Amazon so I thought I give it a shot - and while I'll read all different styles of books this one lends it self to even those who only have a short attention span (you know who you are - you may not have even made it this far in the post). This book is like mini interview with some the best Sales Gurus out there. Each little chapter tells you about the Sales Superstar before it dives into them basically laying out what they think is the most important tip they can give you about Sales. WHAT??? It was eye opening, educational, and fun to read. Its the first time in a while I pulled out my notebook to TAKE NOTES on a leisure read. The advice was that good. Seriously. I even started creating little mini lessons for my team at work based on what I learned - whether or not they appreciated it - that's on them. But I was inspired by all these amazing viewpoints. Men, Women, some educated in colleges, some at just in the school of hard knocks. Rock stars of the sales industry just telling you all their best stuff - and it was advice that really improved my service, not just my sales! If you're reading this you're like me. You tend to read the 5 star reviews and think - I'm sure that person is getting paid to post that - maybe they know the author or their trying to get some favor with them - or maybe they just want to look like they read. BUT I found this book on a suggested reading list - and decided to try it out. After reading it - you better believe I'm a fan of the author's. You don't know me - so taking advice from me may not mean a lot, but I honestly think this book is a great read. I told myself 2022 was going to the year where I invested in my professional growth and this book lit a fire of inspiration under me. I hope it can do that same for you!
