* Peter introduced me to this service and I found it quite helpful for my journey!
* I used Excel and made my personalized tracker using some mobile apps.
* The in due course of features made me happy.
* I have been archiving my job hunting track but can't use any calendar though!
* The whole package is recommendable for a job
seeker.
** This tool looks amazing and very helpful! Furthermore some changes and features could be more helpful from a job-seeking perspective**

For many years, our company was able to introduce various learning tools geared toward continuous learning and further development. They was mostly self-directed tools that left it to the learners to manage their own process of learning.
Within the last year, a different type of programme was being offered where it offered learners a “lead” who would help manage and direct the learning outcome. It was at this point we were made aware of what the service entailed.
With this style of learning, it still left the responsibility with the learner to ensure they were covering the material but having the lead ensured the group was kept on track and any impediments we encountered were resolved.
Having you (Peter Ndiforchu) as that lead was a very inspirational because while you were learning yourself, you were able to advance in your career, showing us in real time, the value added from this Business Data Analytics course.
Our sessions were always interactive where you ensured the team members participated and even in the face of difficulty you encouraged us to keep pushing through. You kept the material relatable, understandable and practicable as far as you could have. Some topics we were able to cover were:
• Introduction to Business Analysis
• Business Analysis Analytical Techniques
• Business Analysis Activities and Tools
• Data Visualization & Storytelling
After completing the course under your leadership, I was able to put the learnings into practice and enhance certain levels of Analysis I currently perform in my role. It has also been a topic of interest from interviewers for a couple positions I applied and was shortlisted for. This was definitely re-assuring to me that I made a great choice in following this learning path as it is a relevant knowledge area recruiters are looking for and it is something that is becoming more relevant in today’s working life.
Thanks for all you have done Peter.

Thanks for sharing Peter Ndiforchu, you literally just gave me a recharge and pointing me to the reality of job search. I had an interviews this week and I’m almost frustrated because I got no response yet. In my head it was like I get an offer almost immediately just because I believe I performed brilliantly and I can’t wait to start 😂
