Mark my words, the need for soft skills is going to be HUGE in the next 5 years with a generation that has grown to communicate mostly online. Most companies are not going to have time to dedicate to built these skills the old fashioned way. It's hard to change 15 plus years of hard set behaviors. Luckily, Ai technology like Dextego gives you the leverage to enable self-paced coaching for soft skills.
