Givebutter is userfriendly to set up campaigns. We were first intruduced to Givebutter when we could no longer fundraise in person/ It was quick to validate our non profit status. We appreciated it highlighting our non profit status to our community that engaged with us through Givebutter. We were able to retool our fundraising campaigns to be online and have seen great success and reduced our manpower in the administrative aspects our fundraising efforts. Givebutter a year ago anounced it would not longer assess fees to use its platform. This was significant to have 100% of proceeds to directly to Givebutter. The employees at Givebutter care in what they do and how others use its platforms. It remains engaged with its community It is quick to respond. It regularly request feedback and input into its continued improvement of the platform.

He has been helping me to carry out my fundraising campaigns for different purposes, since I am a volunteer in an animal shelter and we constantly have to do fundraisers to cover all existing expenses, for us this has been quite a tool practice since it has allowed us to achieve a greater reach in terms of receiving donations, that is, we reach more and more people who give us their helping hand, also another thing that we love about this is the fact that no commissions are charged additional at the time of withdrawing the money, for which I receive all the money collected, if we talk about the use I can only say that this is quite easy to understand and use in a matter of a short time we were able to understand its use as administrators, and the view As a donor, it is even simpler still, which makes it practically impossible to have any type of error when making the donation.

I have been using it to create fundraising campaigns quite quickly, since I consider that it has a fairly simple interface to handle if we compare it with other similar software, the creation and configuration of fundraising campaigns is quite simple, in a matter of a few minutes my campaign is already available to share and start collecting funds, even the people who entered my campaign and made donations said that it was quite easy to do it, also another quite positive aspect is the fact that make additional charges when making the withdrawal of the money collected which is quite practical since I receive all the money collected.

Quick to setup and easy to manage
When I was tasked to setup a donation platform for our NFP, my initial thought was " that's going to be a lot of work". After evaluating several platforms, we settled on Givebutter. (this was based on pricing, setup, and management/ease of use) When we began, I was surprised at how simple the setup was and the fast responsiveness of the team to fix bugs and implement new features. Now I have spent very little time managing our donation platform while our team members have been productive with their responsibilities (finance, marketing, etc..). kudos, to the team and looking forward to the platform's growth.

Great experience at our annual fundraising event
We really loved being able to utilize the text to give functionality - so many people don't carry cash on them any more so this was incredibly helpful at our event. We sold raffle tickets this way, people just showed us their confirmation on their phones and we gave them the raffle tickets. It worked so much better than year's past carrying around a cashbox. We sold way more tickets and in turn, raised a lot more money! It was super easy to set-up and customize exactly to our needs. We did raffle ticket bundles (3 for $10, 5 for $25 etc.) and we were able to clearly lay out the bundle options in the text-to-give menu -- making it super intuitive and quick when someone came to the landing page. We also loved the dashboard that allowed us in real time to see how close we were getting to hitting our fundraising goals. The young people at our event loved being able to use Venmo to make their donations and we encouraged them to "clear out their Venmo balances" at the end of the night to donate all the money that usually just sits in the app, resulting in a major surge of donations! I also found it very easy to set up administrators, so we could be sure that everyone who needed to access the dashboard and donor info could -- i really appreciated being able to share that functionality.

I love how simple it is to create and organize campaigns. The interface is user friendly and it’s easy to find the information you’re looking for on the back end. We have integrated with Bloomerang and it is such a time saver! The price point is a huge plus for us - it’s an inexpensive way for us to fundraise while also saving time for our staff in time consuming form building through our website.

Not being an IT person naturally, I was so pleased to see how easy GiveButter was to get started and set up. I did need some guidance and lessons on different features, but the help was top notch. Any time and every time I needed advice or help, they were there with an email or a Zoom conference. I have needed several Zoom conferences...all at no additional charge. They want you to succeed!

I really enjoy the beautiful platform and simple functionality, and the ability to embed a donation box right onto our website! It makes such a difference, from a donor perspective, to see the option to donate to a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization right on their website...I've heard that donors can balk if they are taken to a different screen or window to complete their donation.
I also really like the bright yellow/gold branding, and the fun & quirky style that Givebutter portrays. It's friendly and (sometimes) funny, but also straight to business and showing that they put people first.
I enjoy the transparency in their fees and what not. Everything is always explained in great detail, and there is nothing hidden - it's all there to know.
I'm very grateful that we can now see the $ and # of monthly donors (recurring payments). This helps u greatly, because as a nonprofit one of our main fundraising methods is our monthly donor program (GreenLight Glow - you should join!)/
