I have been renting with Good Life for almost 4 years now and this property management has been great to work with. Yesterday we had our annual maintenance inspection and Eric R. was awesome! I only had 2 minor requests but he put them in immediately while he was there and got the process started. The home is well-maintained but any time something comes up no matter how big or small they always respond immediately and communicate each step of the process and follow-up to make sure everything was taken care of. Great to work with and awesome staff/field specialists.

We greatly appreciate Good Life’s assistance with ensuring fair rental prices and keeping up with any changes to rental laws and how best to address home needs such as repairs and updating appliances.
When our family had to relocate to the East Coast, we knew we wanted to keep our home here in San Diego, provided that it was in good hands to rent. We found that piece of mind with Good Life Property Management.
The entire company is efficient, professional, and in constant communication with you. From having Adam Manly do our first property walk through- you go through a conversation of what you are hoping to rent your property for to anything that you may have to fix prior to renting- this was wonderful. Everything is up front, there are no hidden costs or hard to understand agreements.
We have Brent Zimmer manage our property and he is very thorough and professional. He sent us the lease ad prior to advertising and went over what we wanted to rent for, pets/no pets, etc.
You use a portal for rent deposit, where the signed lease is stored. All the documents are signed via Doc U Sign, which saves a TON of time in terms of not having to take off work and drive around to sign something.
The piece of mind that is afforded to us while we live back East is priceless. We know that our property is in good hands and is protected.
