We had to leave San Diego for a job in Seattle and with the move we had a lot on our mind. We had to deal with the movers, selling and getting rid of junk, shipping a car as well as setting up an apartment in the Seattle area. One thing we did t have to worry about was our home. We contacted Goodlife and they explained their responsibilities and how they would manage the house and after filling out a few forms they took care of everything. They came and inspected the house and made sure everything was up to code and ready for new tenants. We left for Seattle confident that our home was in good hands. They were in touch via email and text keeping us informed of any maintenance that was taking place and the status of rental applicants. Within 3 weeks they sent us a copy of a lease with tenants they had screened and credit checked and our home was rented for the price they had recommended. It was a smooth, stress free process. If you have to rent your home and don’t have the time to manage it yourself I highly recommend Goodlife. Everyone we dealt with from Goodlife was professional and competent.

When we placed our work order for three separate repairs, the repairman was there early the following morning to fix all three!

José Arbizu with Good Life was a huge help in getting our unit rented. He was quick to respond to all inquiries and made the process easy!

Once again, Goodlife recently rented out a vacant unit, for us. Christian worked closely with us, deciding what repairs and improvements would be most effective. We had it up and running - and re-rented - quickly and efficiently. It's always a pleasure to work with the staff at Goodlife.

This is a continuation of reporting on the service of Good Life Property Management. I continue to be a client with multiple properties, and while I continue to wish I could list my third unit with them, but I need to start another conversation about that. Specifically I would like to comment on leasing manager Jacob Gladfelter, who just turned around a property to lease with timely attention to detail, responsiveness to my emails, and in general quick, knowledgeable and efficient service .. .everything one wants in a leasing manager. After 14 years with GL, I remain a fan--and particularly because I can take my concerns to folks who can address them. Just because I like to be informed , I gathered information on several property management companies in the area over the past year or so (partially because I wanted to bring my third unit under management and to see if that was possible somewhere--to have all three units with one management company. My personal spread sheet and metrics put GL at the top with every rubric. (But I am still hanging with the third unit) Thank you Jacob, Brent, and Steve! __________ I have been a client of GL since 2012, with three separate rental properties. I have the highest praise for this agency (although I wish that they would take furnished rentals, but I understand that policy is policy). Most noteworthy for me is timeliness of response, thorough and efficient handling of problems, and addressing any sort of questions . .also in a timely manner. Every one of my property managers has been stellar, and my new manager, Brandon is certainly no exception. He is easy to speak with, returns calls and emails, and is skilled at the trade. A shout out to Grace (who handles accounts), for always answering questions and also being excellent at her trade!

Jose, my leasing coordinator was very helpful in answering questions and ensuring a smooth move in process. Oscar, maintenance coordinator has also been extremely helpful in ensuring all my maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. Very responsive. Sahiry G, my leasing coordinator now that I am tenant has been so helpful and responsive. She responds to emails quickly and answers all questions in a timely manner.

Good Life Management Company has been a joy to rent with. I have rented for the past 6 years with this company, and have even moved from one house to another with this same company and I have had a great experience in both rentals. They are communicative and really try to work with you to make sure that your needs are being met. They go above and beyond to make sure that your maintenance requests are addressed in timely and appropriate fashion. A great Property Management company that takes care of all of our needs! An Assistant Leasing Manager named Sur came out to perform an annual home inspection today. During the whole time at the property he was very professional and courteous and offered to answer any questions we might have had. Thank you again Sur!

Good life has been amazing, they take away the hassle completely. Here's why I love them: 1. Out of sight out of mind - just get my money deposited and haven't heard a peep of issues. 2. Deal with my overbearing HOA 3. 8% monthly, $150 annual inspection fee. $195 annual lease renewal fee. Very good compared to other companies on the market 4. Full transparency to see if tenets have any issues reported to the portal. Most companies hide this so you'll never know if your tenets are unhappy 5. Kevin Cotant is my manager - extremely quick to respond and super helpful with all my questions 6. Getting started - I literally just dropped off the house keys in a drop box at their office and that was all I had to do. Overall - I did a ton of research into all management companies in the San Diego area and this one stood out in all aspects. Turned out to be the right move! Thank you Good Life!

Good life property was very fast and efficient with my walk thru.. Sur was efficient and well mannered professionally done!!!

I had multiple units that I hired them to rent out and they got it done quickly and efficiently. Their self tour system for tenants is really ingenious. At first I didn’t think it would be very safe but they really dial it in and it is very powerful. They get leasing results fast and communicate with updates very frequently. Awesome experience!!

I have lived at a home managed by Good Life Property management for the past almost year. I have nothing but positive experience from all of their employees . Sonia and Oscar their maintenance coordinators are always so helpful and swift with any issue that arises . She is super friendly and always make you feel your concerns are a priority. Sahiry is our first person we had contact with and has help us with any lease or agreement that we had questions for . Overall I do believe it is an owner/ management willingness to make our experience great . We are tenants that care for the property as our own and try to maintain and respect and report to keep the home in good condition. With that said it is great to be working with Good Life for our rental home .

The entire team is exceptional! Quick response time for repairs and the they send professional people to do the necessary repairs. They kept us informed throughout the process and worked with our schedule.

When I found this place online, I immedatly liked it! The apartment is well within my budget aand all appliances are brand new! Plus, it has a pool, and is pet-friendly! Good Life is a great rental company. All vendors and managers are prompt and help quickly. Recently our porch was breaking down from all the rain. Oscar at Goodlife was on top of it and the porch was replaced asap. Also, our refrigerator completely broke. It took a while to get approval, but Derek at Goodlife delivered a full replacement fridge and even discounted my rent for the time we were without a working appliance. It is always super easy to let them know about issues with their Property Meld application, and I highly recommend both Derek and Oscar!

Have multiple properties managed by Good Life. They are excellent, professional, and timely. Tons of processes in place to handle everything you need from rental property management. Vendor pricing for fixing things is kinda high, but never a complaint from tenants.
