They accommodated our busy schedule since we were preparing to move out soon. We love how Adam personally met up with us at our house. There is a property I am interested in renting for a short period of time and he got me in to tour it immediately! I just had to fill out a simple application and I was given a code to go and tour the property right away. Super easy. I found the listing on Zillow and was touring within one hour. Convenience is key to earning my business!

We've been using Good Life Property Management to manage our property for two years now; it was important to us that our tenants are treated well and that the property management company would be responsive to both the tenant's needs and ours and their reviews fit the bill for us. They were able to quickly rehab our property to get it into rentable shape and after a few days of being on the market, had a tenant for us (who's been with us ever since). Payments and documents (including end of month repair bills and end of year tax documents) are always on time. Ultimately, everything is pretty hands off for us aside from having to approve the occasional high end repair. We've had a few property management assistants throughout that time and they've all generally been great. We're currently working with Kevin Cotant and he's always quick to respond to us and friendly as well. He just helped us negotiate our lease renewal and is also helping us proactively address some maintenance items so we can keep things in shape for our tenants. Thanks Kevin and Good Life!

I've been self managing our property for years. But now, with a busy schedule, needed someone to manage our property. And with the ever changing rental rules, laws and market prices, we felt more comfortable having a professional team manage our property. I did some interviewing and Good Life Property Management fit us well. From the start, they have been very transparent on their pricing (see website) and straight forward with market expectations. We spoke with Chloe during our initial interview. She answered all our questions and made us comfortable and confident working with Good Life. We have Cole as our leasing manager. He is fantastic. Cole got our property ready and on the market 4 days after our last tenant moved out. Crazy fast and impressive! Cole gave us updates throughout each week and got it leased a few weeks on the market. Way, way faster than what I could have done. And at the price we expected. I definitely recommend anyone call them if they need help with Property Management. They have been super helpful and professional. A great weight has been lifted off my shoulders now that Good Life Property Management is there. And, based on other reviews, I know that our future tenants will be in good hands.

Our time with goodlife Property Management was very good! We had Angel who was very responsive and who tried to help us as best he could when we were in a transitioning situation with our property. We had also had communication with Taji who also tried to help us as much as she could. When we first moved in they were very responsive with repairs we needed and things we needed done along with questions we had! I would recommend others to good life 100%!

The Team at Good Life has been managing my property for over a year and a half now. I had taken on an international assignment and needed to off-load the responsibility and stress of getting my place rented immediately so I could focus on my move and expatriation. I chose Good Life based on the numerous positive internet reviews. During that time I have found the team to exhibit the highest degree of professionalism. Since the initial in-person intake review of my condo I have been virtually hands-off and the Good Life Team handled preparing (painting, miscellaneous repairs, etc), advertising, showing and successfully leasing my property (twice now as my first tenant opted to move out following the conclusion of their lease term) very quickly and efficiently. During both my first and second occurrence of having to find a tenant my property was leased within 2-3 weeks of its vacancy; I can attribute this efficiency to having listened to and agreed with any recommendations Good Life provided pertaining to rent adjustment or any other recommendations they made related to my property. They communicated any costs associated with painting, maintenance and repairs all of which were very reasonably priced in my opinion. They also handle my mortgage, HOA and property tax payments and communicate in advance if I need to transfer any additional funds through their easy-to-use Owner's web portal well in advance in order to meet the deadlines of the aforementioned payments. I check up on my mortgage payments and they have not missed a single one. At the end of the year they provide you with a cash-flow and income statement accounting for all these services to help with tax filing. Their communication and transparency is stellar, and their recommendations pertaining to getting your property rented quickly are both straightforward and practical. I always feel like I'm more than adequately informed of the progress pertaining to getting my property rented. Overall I am very pleased with my experience with the service provided to me by the Team at Good Life and I would happily recommend them to anyone considering hiring a property manager. Special shout out and gratitude to Robin, Madison and Bryce on getting my property rented so quickly on both occasions as well as Grace and Laurel for all their efforts in handling all the accounting associated with my property.

Moved into a residence almost a year ago rented through Good Life. I have to say working with them has made being a renter very easy and the people I've spoken with have all been very professional, nice and accommodating. The company uses an online portal and electronic leases so it made signing super easy. You can also put in maintenance requests thru the portal and Good Life is very quick to respond. We had issues with our front door after all the rain and they were able to get one of their vendors out asap to help us out! Brandon was very helpful as our point of contact and answered all our questions before we moved in and made the paperwork for renting our home very fast and easy. Nik did our annual home inspection was friendly and accommodating to our family's needs (our baby's nap time would've been around the time of his appointment so he was ok with us sending pictures of the room and smoke detector so he wouldn't have to go in and disrupt her nap). Also shout out to Nik because when he entered our home (no shoes inside policy) he stepped on his own shoes instead of stepping on the ground outside before stepping into the house. We also worked with Marger on renewing our lease for another year and he has been very patient, nice and accommodating as well (they were having technical issues getting the new lease to upload to our portal). Luckily it got resolved so we were able to sign thru the portal! Whew!

This is a five-star for Sonia. I've been with this management company for many years and I have been happy with them. I've worked with Good Life Property Management over the last few years and they have been excellent to work with. I own a home and they are the property managers who find tenants to rent to and then manage the property. All of the team members are great to work with - they are professional, responsive, good communicators. I had a particularly great experience working with Jimmy H. who was the person responsible to get my house "market ready" after the last tenants moved out (and then finding new renters). He was so knowledgeable and on top of every step of the process that I felt completely at ease. I would definitely recommend Good Life Property Management to anyone looking to rent out their home. From what I can tell they also seem to be a very good company to work with from the renter perspective.

I don't often write reviews but, I want to throw some praise to Leo, who's been phenomenal during my application process. The quick response time as well as the care we felt over the phone is a refreshing change of pace when it comes to communication between a leasing office and potential tenant.

We use them to manage a rental home in San Diego and they've done an outstanding job. Savanna Hill is very responsive and ensures that our property is priced according to the market. Their electronic portal allows us to stay abreast of repairs or any issues, and the rent is swiftly deposited into our account every month. Living over 100 miles away, I could no longer handle the self-management of my property. My friend recommended Steve and Good Life Property Management and I am in the process of setting everything up and signing the paperwork to proceed with their property management services. I know it's really preliminary to write a review (especially since our contract doesn't officially start until January 1st), but I wanted to share in my positive experience thus far. My first contact there was Chloe, who was really helpful in explaining their services and answering my questions. When I decided to proceed, I was then connected with Irma and Steve. The document submission and online set up were really easy. Since I already had tenants in the unit, I had a call with Steve to let him know of what was going on with them and what to be on the lookout for. For his part, he shared some valuable feedback regarding the legalities of doing things a certain way, which I really appreciated. One major thing I had going on (which I wanted to complete before handing over the management duties) was the delivery of a new refrigerator and washer/dryer center. The refrigerator was successfully delivered and installed, however, I had to fix the frozen water valves for the w/d before it could be installed. Seeking a plumber to quickly fix the problem, I called Good Life to see who they typically use. They provided two referrals and I was able to get one of them out the next day (yay!). Then came a grueling 5 days of me calling Lowe's and being on hold for hours in order to reschedule the installation of the new w/d and haul away of the old one. I finally got a date set up and the night before, a Lowes associate told me it would be a morning appointment, which worked for my tenant. The morning of the installation, I got a robocall from Lowes telling me it was an afternoon installation...which was NOT good for my tenant. I was heading into my child's holiday show when all of this was going on, so I frantically texted Steve, who said someone from his team could assist with being there for the afternoon installation if need be (and if my tenants were okay with it). A weight was immediately lifted off my shoulders and my stress level dropped down a few notches. Talk about going above and beyond!! Luckily, Lowes arrived during the short period of time my tenant was available in the afternoon so we didn't need Good Life to be there. The gesture really went a long way though! Looking forward to working with Steve and Good Life!

This is by far the best rental company I have ever rented from (and probably ever will). From the start, they've been responsive; the application was a breeze, and moving from Hawaii, they made the trip a lot less stressful. Any time there was an issue at the house, they would have someone over within a day or two. A day or two!! Isn't that insane? Finally, what I appreciate most is that every time I call, someone answers. That seems to be so rare in rental properties, and with the process of getting a new space (though a different company :( ) it's been even more obvious how awesome Good Life is. I have a condo that I was attempting to sell but due to the high mortgage rates and lack of demand in the real estate market, I decided to rent it out instead. I choose Good Life Property Management because of the reviews online and their full money back guarantee. I will say that I am extremely happy with my decision to go with Good Life and would give them 10 stars if I could. They say that you can really tell if a person or company is a good partner when you undergo stressful situations and unfortunate circumstances. As we were prepping the condo for rent, there were a bunch of upgrades and repairs we had to do. I was fortunate that I had Madison and Bryce on my team at Good Life. Madison was detailed and on top of things - getting quotes from contractors and coordinating all the work. I never had to worry that things weren't getting done on a timely basis. At the same time, Bryce was doing research on rentals in the area and provided an in-depth recommendation for pricing strategy for when the condo goes live. While all this service was top notch, nothing compares to what Madison did when a slew of unfortunate events occurred in the Lowe's delivery, haul away and installation of new appliances I ordered for the rental property. In a duration of 3 weeks, there were 4 delivery attempts from Lowe's and none of them happened as planned. Between incorrect information the store shared with me resulting in the installers not doing the expected work, to needing an emergency plumber to fix a water valve that wasn't working, to Lowe's drivers arriving outside the time window that they promised, Madison took it on with professionalism, grace and a positive attitude. She went above and beyond the call of duty and she did it with a smile. Madison adapted to unexpected hurdles and acted in a timely and extremely appropriate way. I could not say enough about her and the way she handled the situation and I feel extremely grateful that she is on my property management team. If you have any doubts of choosing Good Life for your property management needs, please don't! You will be in good hands with Madison and Bryce.

Put in a request for a viewing a property, but received an unusual error message. Called and left a voicemail requesting assistance, and got a call back from Angel in less than an hour. Angel was happy to review the listing and clarify the error message I received, and helped process the request to be sure it went through. Great attitude and great customer service experience!

Worked with Taji Sanders for a rental in San Diego. She was super helpful and followed up properly with me both through phone and email. The application process was simple and approval came 2-3 business days after. We had one tiny escalation and after Taji couldn't get ahold of one of my roommates, she called me and we were able to remedy quickly. Would recommend working with this company.

We were struggling to rent out an apartment in San Diego because we lived a few hours north. After signing up with a different company and watching it sit vacant for 2 more months, we found Good Life (on yelp!) and it was like day and night. The apartment was spruced up and rented out in about a month with TONS of updates along the way, in a difficult rental market. It's been over 8 years now, and I think we're on our third tenant. Turnovers, maintenance, broken appliances, roof leaks, lease renewals with rent increases based on their market analysis... They handle it all quickly and with great communication. Their pricing seems reasonable and is worth it twice over for how smoothly things have gone. Our account is managed by Savannah right now, and we've had Adam and Steve himself in the past. All three are 5-star. I don't think there is a better property management company, I just wish they were state wide and managed HOAs too XD

I'm interested in renting one of their properties so I just called and spoke with Sahiry to see if I can see it sooner than I had scheduled online. She gave me a few options, none worked out with my schedule. But her kindness and politeness were exceptional. They have reasonable properties listed on their website, everything is easy to navigate. Because of the interaction with Sahiry I will continue to check Good Life for potential rentals.

Quick update, a year into living in a property managed by Good Life. So far so good. They've been quick to resolve any issues whether it is with the property, or with the online billing system, and act as a proxy between us as the tenants and the owners of the property when necessary.

We saw a home listed on Zillow for rent. We requested an appointment and within minutes I had a text with instructions on how to conduct a self guided tour. Everything was straightforward and afterwards the company texted me about completing an application. I called the company today to inquire about a few items re: the listing and was assisted by Angel. If he didn't know the answer, he said he would follow up. He was pleasant and professional and did not make me feel rushed. Most of all, he actually answered the phone! Many property managers we are dealing with now when inquiring about possible rental properties do not even have the courtesy to return your phone call. This company appears to be the exception to the rule.

As renter we haven't been overall happy with good life as our property management company. Keith has always been prompt with resolving any issues we have and that is much appreciated.

Last year, I needed a property management company I could trust not only to find a tenant and collect rent, but also a company I could trust to help prepare a property for rent, find a tenant, and once rented stay on top of day-to-day maintenance. The property is a 50+ year-old single family home that was being converted to a rental for the first time, so there was quite a bit of work to be done. Significant upgrades were needed both inside and outside. From my first contact with Good Life, I was impressed. On top of knowing their business well. everyone I've had contact with has been friendly, professional, and patient, As we progressed through the stages I mention above, it was clear I was working with experienced people who made a priority of keeping me informed. They assessed the décor and suitability of the house and its features, recommended upgrades and repairs and managed the work. They even made contact with neighbors to ensure good relations, going as far as solving a long-standing issue with one neighbor concerning irrigation. They assessed the market, recommended a rent amount, and had the property rented within a few short weeks of being on the market. Importantly, now that the property has been rented, the level of engagement has continued. We've had a number of unanticipated maintenance needs in the first few months of rental, from trivial to major. Our property manager Dana has done an amazing job managing through them with us, the contractors, our tenant, and even the city. She has been responsive, on top of the details and easy to work with. Bottom line, I'm glad we found GoodLife to manage our property and I would unequivocally and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for property management services.

I definitely recommend Good Life Property Management. It is my first time going through a rental agency and Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. They are great in communicating with apartment showings, to handing keys, to lease signing. I'm very grateful for Taji in communication of following up with signatures, paperwork, and ensuring maintenance issues are followed up. She has been very helpful via text and via email. Upon moving in I was pending the dishwasher to be installed. Taji was very quick in getting this situated for me and the installation appointment was placed the following week. 100/100 for service.

Good Life has been very good with the property that I live at. Taylor recently did a home inspection and it was quick and painless. He's super nice and a great representative of this company.

The act of moving itself is annoying and cumbersome. Packing, change of address, arranging for move dates, and on top of that all the paperwork and process. It's a headache every time I have to do it. But with Brandon and Good Life? Pssh. Brandon has made the entire move in process seamless thus far, from giving me a play-by-play of what is being asked of me to claim my new home, who I'll need to contact to get paperwork sorted, and working with me on a move in date. I have dealt with a lot of standoffish property managers and companies, and even a completely MIA landlord before; Brandon is so far the most welcoming and transparent one I've worked with. Will update my review after moving in!

Good Life PM (and especially Angel) have made the application and inquiry process on a new apartment crazy easy. They actually answered the phone (right away!) and their website is super easy to navigate and full of helpful details. Angel was amazingly helpful and super nice on the phone and made the uncertain process of applying for an apt very comfortable. He spent unrushed time with me answering all of my questions and made me feel completely accepted even though I was asking some random ones! Highly recommend doing business with GLPM

We've had a great experience with Good Life Property Management so far from viewing to signing the lease! On the day of our viewing, there was an issue with the automated code for the lockbox. We called and Claudia promptly helped us with the code so we were able to view the property on time. After applying for the rental property, Taji patiently worked with us to get the lease requirements completed. She was very patient and responsive which we really appreciate!! I really like that this company has online portals from viewings, applications, and tenant managment. I would definitely recommend them and would work with Taji again if I could! Thank you!

I highly recommend Good Life Property Management Company as they are very attentive to their residents issues, needs and concerns. We've been working with Good Life for a little more than a year at this point and I have only good things to say about them. My husband and I needed to rent out our home as we were moving abroad- and it was very important to me to find a company that would treat our tenants respectfully while also making my life easier. I've rented from a ton of different landlords, and it's so frustrating when something is broken or needing attention and you're being ignored for weeks on end... this never ever happens with Good Life. I am aware of issues/repairs as they happen and I can see how quickly any concerns are handled. We really loved working with the whole team, particularly Adam, who even after passing us off to our account team was always available. We actually love working with them so much that when my dad suddenly passed away and my mom needed to rent out her home, we reached out to Adam right away for help. He was so kind and compassionate when he met with us, and his team handled the entire process for us in a time period where we were really struggling. They found the perfect tenants for my mom, and in a life phase that was traumatic at every turn, they were a genuine steady presence who fixed problems for us instead of adding complication. I think property management companies can be dismissed as all being kind of terrible, but I'm being completely honest when I say that I'm so grateful for having found Good Life. We're now on our second lease with our same original tenants, and I can't imagine ever working with a different company. Thank you guys for everything!

We have been actively searching for a new home to rent for over 3 months now and it's been very defeating. You schedule a showing - you drive out to a place, you tour it with someone awkwardly following you around - judging you while you compliment their home, and then you pay to apply for the place, only to be told 100 people are ahead of you or that someone else offered twice the price if you'd like to to offer even more... it's just irritating even for well paid, perfect credit people without kids or too many items on a wish list. Then we found Good Life Property Management. I've been to a few properties listed by Good Life and I have been floored by all of them! First, you schedule a tour day and time that actually works for you - because the tours are self conducted!! You arrive and text them some info to receive the entry info and voila - you are in a place checking it out without an awkward person asking you for your credit score or how much your dog weighs while you're just trying to make one of the biggest choices you'll make all year... The units are always gorgeous, empty and CLEAN! I cannot stress how important this is to a person searching for their new place. Acceptable smells are only new paint or fresh lemon cleaning scent - and that's all you'll get at these. We have just applied for a unit we toured yesterday and while I am anxiously awaiting a decision - Angel made sure to explain that if they don't end up running my credit/background because someone ahead of me is already chosen, they'll refund my application fee. No harm, no foul! While I truly hope we get this particular place, I'm confident we will be able to find our place through Good Life regardless. Angel called me back only moments after I toured the place and left them a vm requesting info on how to apply. He then promptly shared links to apply for both myself and my husband and answered all of my questions. Super nice guy and very professional! THANKS!!

I've worked with Goodlife the past 3 to 4 years. They are highly reliable they make renting your property seamless at a reasonable rate. They handle all the go wrong and fix it. They also assure you they will not have any problems with potential evictions. They were quick to respond and easy to contact. Their tracking of expenses and income and year end statements are vital. These are easy to read and apply to your annual taxes. I wish I had known about Goodlife sooner I would've purchased more rentals.

I interviewed several property management companies and this company is the best because they don't over charge for finding you a tenant and the monthly rate is fair. Adam followed up with me on a regular basis until I was ready to move forward. They are very professional. I live in the Bay Area and bought a rental house in Oceanside, so I was very worried about getting the property ready and managing it remotely. After the tenants moved out, Michelle helped me coordinate with several contractors to get everything up to par because the previous tenants completely wrecked the place before they left. There were some hiccups along the way, but she handled them. It took about 3 weeks to get the house rented. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and would use them again.

This property management company is such a gem! I rented June 2020-June 2021 in hillcrest and only moved due to work relo otherwise I would've renewed. The location/rent was incredible. Considering it was during covid times, they were super professional and responsive about self tours and completing the app. Maintenance requests were completed quickly. Any questions/concerns were also addressed fast. They even gave a sweet lil gift for Christmas. If I'm ever back in SD I'm renting from them again!
