Taji Sanders is amazing. She assisted with everything we needed to get our current rental in order and was fast to respond... and transparent with what was needed... and I sincerely appreciate that. I've dealt with numerous property management companies while searching for a rental home and Taji's service hands down surpasses all of the other agents I spoke to. Anytime I had to deal outside of Taji and had to call the general line (which was not often as Taji was great at responding quickly), the rest of the team at Goodlife was very helpful. No complaints there. The online system is very straightforward and appreciate that I am able to make rent payments online. There is an additional fee, and it is a little high... but still beats the inconvienence of sending in a check and mail being possibly misrouted or lost. Appreciate the team at GoodLife. And they are very lucky to have Taji!

Positive experience working with Good Life Property Management. My rental application was submitted on a Sunday and I received the approval notification the very next day. Brandon, the property associate, has been helping us along the way. Brandon has been very helpful and prompt with our questions. He has also helped rearrange our move in date to a more convenient day. The process has been very convenient for us because everything is handled electronically. I highly recommend this company.

Have had fantastic interactions with Brandon at Good Life Property Management. As a tenant of one of their properties, Brandon helped me with questions about my lease and was very responsive. He worked with me on my lease renewal and interactions with the current owner. He actually helped me negotiate a fair lease renewal amount in this crazy market. You don't see that often from management companies, made me feel as if they actually care about the tenants and that's it's not all about profits. That is rare. Highly recommended.

During the time I've lived in my current rental, and through the flood that happened in my condo building, Good Life has been communicative and supportive in every way. I have been using Good Life Property Managers to help manage my condo rental in the La Mesa area. They are great with returning emails in a timely manner and solving any issues for my tenants that need addressing. I would highly recommend them!

I just recently moved in to my apartment and have been thoroughly pleased with the response time and accommodations of Good Life Property Management. We recently began our search for a house to rent. In the chaos of searching, Brandon was a welcome change. He was very quick to respond and all the interactions with him were great. He was helpful through the whole process of signing our lease and did it with efficiency and kindness.

They say third times the charm. I switched to Goodlife Property Management after two other management companies. I figured if i was paying someone for a service i should be happy, i didnt truly find that until i worked with Goodlife. Honesty. It goes a long way. Its easy for companies to authorize repair work, especially when they do the repairs in house. With Goodlife i fell they always have my best interest. If i feel a repair is not needed, they double check the request or get me several quotes. Communication. Every time i have a question or concern all it takes is a phone call or email. I have never had a question go longer than half a day without a response. Customer service. Every interaction i have had with the company has been positive and everyone is friendly. Its a great feeling when someone else cares about your property as much as you do. I cant say enough good things about this company. If you are unhappy with your current PM or just unsure if you need a management company, you wont be disappointed with Goodlife.

Setup a last minute tour and had some issues trying to schedule online. They were very responsive and were able to get me going with a last minute tour!!! Very happy with Angel and how quick he was to help me out!

After submitting an application for a rental an agent called me over the phone within 24 hours to inform me I had been approved. Brandon was enthusiastic, clearly answered each of my questions and provided clear follow up instructions. He then sent over all of the required documents within the hour with step by step instructions. This firm is clearly a well oiled machine with prompt response time and clear set procedures. Any follow up questions sent via email and text were also answered immediately (within 15 minutes) by Brandon. There was a bit of confusion regarding accessing the unit for a self showing, but the problem was rectified with a quick phone call and it was very easy to schedule online.

We have been renting with Good Life for 2+ years now and have only had great experiences. Please see below for system/treatment details: Housing Portal: All lease information (contracts, roommate changes, pet records, etc) are easily found on Good Life's housing portal. The housing portal updates real time when needed and is easy to navigate. Payment options are simple: Autopay is an option, tenants are able to pay different amounts and these amounts are tracked for all tenants to see, current balance and due date are front and center. I know exactly when/where my money is going without fishing around a website. I have never had a problem with the portal and everything is very easily accessible. Service Requests: Every time something is needed for the house the turnaround time for service is approximately 1-2 days. That's right - whenever there is an issue it's solved almost immediately after submission. with that being said, Good Life's service request platform is great! Real time text updates, email updates, an easy navigation and tracking platform, and Good Life's choices of only professional third party vendors all make up a seamless service experience. Whenever I have a problem it is wonderful to know it will be thoroughly looked into and completed to the highest of standards. I feel valued as renter, treated professionally, and have the most up to date information readily available to me. My service representative, Brandon, has been professional, kind, and thorough in his explanations and details regarding our lease. Brandon showcased excellent customer management with my particular case and continues to provide support, for which I am thankful. I have always felt at home here, thanks to Good Life. Cheers!

So far so good! They'e helped with so many little nuances involved with our moving into a rental property Downtown back in November til today with making sure our living space is up to code and in "livable" conditions. Today, Devon came out to do a quick maintenance inspection (checking HVAC, fire alarms, etc), asked if there were any concerns with the property/appliances/fixtures/etc since moving in, and even made some great recommendations in maintaining the property. Friendly, professional, efficient, and most definitely necessary when you've got a full schedule and don't have time to think about these little details that are quite important in the long run. Working with Good Life has been a breath of fresh air! My wife and I have been looking to move into a new home due to our apartment community increasing their prices astronomically. If you're looking for a new place to live, you know how stressful it can be to find the right home and have a smooth application process on top of the dreadful moving operation. We applied for a home on a Friday night, and we heard back on Monday from Brandon stating that we were approved and if we wanted to move forward. My husband and I needed to find a property management company for our San Diego property after we decided to move out of state, and Good Life was the first we contacted. Their responsiveness and expertise convinced us to go with them right away. Bryce and Lauren helped us get our property rent-ready, taking care of all of the home repair quoting and ensuring that it was all done professionally. Our laundry dryer had a problem for a while and we didn't know what was wrong it so we kept using it as it is. But, that made it worst, the dryer was making screeching and scraping noise which was really loud and unbearable sometimes. i called Good life property management and they were very nice to and understand my situation. they took it as a top priority and told me they will send somebody the next day. which they did, the person came and was able to fix our laundry dryer in no time. i'm glad to have them as our property management. thank you.

As renters, we were horrified to learn that our landlord (now former landlord) wanted to sell our unit during this hot housing market. Who could blame him, though? With housing prices rising and limited options on the market, we expected the worst in terms of what we would be able to find. However, we found our new home through Good Life Property Management and the process could not have been easier. We were able to tour the property in person and apply in a matter of days. The application process was handled seamlessly online. Within a week we learned that we would be able to move in. Excellent communication and collaboration, repairs made in a timely manner (routine repairs during vacancy) , and they had a signed lease within a couple weeks. Move in is next week. We have been with Good Life Property Management for a little over a month now and we could not be happier. My fiance and I were living with my parents to save money, but due to COVID-19 had to move out in a hurry. Within a few days we had toured, applied, and moved in to our new condo. Setting up our tour and the rental application process was all done online, and it was easy, quick, and user friendly. Our agent is Hailey, and she has been great. She checked in with us when we moved in and at the end of our first month to make sure everything was going well. Overall we are very happy customers.

Had an issue with a clog I was unable to work out. I sent out a request that evening and Good life was quick to respond. Marco came out the very next morning and fixed the plumbing within the hour. Very satisfied with the work.

The rental I live in is managed by Good Life and I have been totally pleased with their customer service over the last 2 years. From the initial application process to any/all maintenance needs, they have knocked it out of the park. During the heatwave yesterday my AC went out and I urgently needed it to be fixed to protect delicate property indoors. Julio jumped through hoops to meet my urgent needs and the AC was fixed within hours. Communication with each maintenance concern has been phenomenal. I wish my past properties were managed by such a reliable company. I highly recommend Good Life for property management whether you're the tenant of homeowner.

The Goodlife has been our management company for the past year. Every employee we deal with has always been helpful, Brandon especially is on the ball and quick to respond to our needs. Thank you to Good Life for making our condo dreams come true!! After searching for months for the perfect property, we found one in Point Loma that was beautifully remodeled. The time and care they put into making this place beautiful is unlike anything my partner and I had seen in San Diego. We jumped on the opportunity and applied, but unfortunately someone had beat us to it. Instead of letting us go, Hailey, the very kind property manager, kept us in mind. And when the other applicant fell through, she reached out to us and made our dream come true. Good Life property management made the whole process of leasing out our townhouse so easy and stress free. When I first contacted Good Life I was connected with Adam. He came out to our property (pre-covid) and did a walkthrough with us. He was super prepared and gave us a whole presentation on leasing our property and what services Good Life provides. I called one other company and not only was the other company's fee higher, he basically told me he didn't need to see the property because leasing townhouses was standard. Needless to say, that companies poor customer service upon a potential new client reaching out made my decision to go with good life easy. Bryce was assigned as our property manager. He did an excellent job answering questions we had along the way and making sure to stay in communication with us. I truly felt that if I ever had an issue (which was extremely rare) that he would answer my call right way and get it taken care of. We actually decided to sell our townhouse and Bryce facilitated the sale to the tenant. As a licensed Realtor he was able to process this transaction. There were a few hiccups along the way (as there always is with every real estate transaction) but Bryce made sure to keep on top of all parties and keep the lines of communication wide open. I could go on, but the bottom line is, if you want a management company that is going to take all the stress out of renting your property, then Good Life is the company for you. I recommend them to anyone I know. You can't find a better property management company to work with than them!
