I think Grace indeed build up a great community, I really enjoyed the atmosphere she build. Grace has been a great help in my job search. The biggest impact she had on me was helping me build confidence. I remember in March when I felt very down after getting many rejection letters. Grace helped me find my vision by talking with me, teaching me how to meditate, and helping me review my experiences. This made me understand myself better, including my personality and the unique parts of my past experiences. Because of this, I found a better direction for my job search and got almost ten interviews in April, May, and June. What I found most helpful were the insights Grace shared about AI and marketing, which are fields I am very interested in. This helped me understand the trends in the industry. Also, through Grace’s weekly group meetings, I could hear about different people's job search and work experiences. Discussing their questions gave me a lot of new ideas, and I really value being part of this community.

Thanks to Grace, I have the capability to clearly identify my visions and values, and solve problems with specific actions. This is definitely the foundation for my career path.
