When a hail storm swooped the area last summer, I was horrified to see the damage it left on my relatively new vehicle. Just recently, I was approached by Naim at my local grocery store. He told me that he could get all the damage repaired on my car with no cost out of pocket for me (!?) I was skeptical, until I went along with it and agreed to let him arrange to have it done for me. My experience was definitely a experience. My car was gone for weeks and when it was returned to me the body looked great all damage was gone. But then there was a safety issue! My visor was not put back so when I was driving the visor would fall on my head. I was furious because why call me and tell me to return my rental if my car is not even done or done right?? All I can say is WOW!!! Ricardo and Alec were both super helpful while dealing with my hail damage on my brand new Escalade. I was hit in a severe storm 2 years ago. I had taken my car to multiple bodyshops and they told me the damage was too bad to fix and they needed to cut the roof off. I ultimately decided I just wouldn't fix my car and just live with the damage....until I met Ricardo. He said he thought they could repair it but it would take a bit extra care and about 3 weeks of repair time. His manager Alec came out and did a full inspection on the Cadillac at my work. He ended up approving me for their $0 out of pocket progam so my deductible was waived and my rental was free as well! I'm so glad iHail was able to get my car back to like new condition.
