Couple guys drove up talking about the hail damage to our vehicles. I thought it was a scam for sure. I even went to the shop to see if they knew who these guys were. Needless to say I was suspicious but everything they said they were going to do they did and more. I was fairly difficult to deal with because of my suspicion but they remained proffesional and went above and beyond. They earned my business from here on out. I can't praise them enough.

Had a great experience with iHail. Brian was a great liason between my insurance company and their shop and made everything very seamless. The owner even came out to inspect my car himself and talk to me about the process of getting my hail damage repaired. Once my insurance company approved the estimate, the shop took all of 24 hours to do my repair and get my car back to me! Brian communicated with me every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going on. Would highly recommend this business and Brian as a rep.

After my insurance company quoted hail damage repair with a lot of body work, including replacing the roof and hood, iHail was able to completely repair my car with PDR (paintless dent repair). It looks perfect! They got the work done in just a few days and delivered my car ahead of schedule. The hail storm that hit Austin in March really did a number on my car. I wasn’t sure what to do about it but one day, a couple of weeks later, Rick from iHail Repair knocked on my door and was so courteous and helpful that I decided to let them fix my car. It honestly seemed too good to be true, but I decided to trust my gut and I’m glad I did! Not only did they waive my deductible, but they also offered me a free car rental. And the best part was that they had my car repaired so fast! Rick and his team picked up my car, dropped it off once it was ready, and worked with my insurance company to process and finalize the claim. They did a terrific job removing the hail damage too. To be honest, i thought this would be a scam but after reading the reviews all were 5’s except for the ones that complain about door to door sales people and sales people hanging out in Whole Foods Parking Lots. Well how do you get a business going in a new market. Grass Roots. After meeting with them and getting to know them i gave it a go with all 3 cars that were damaged with Hail. All i can say is it was probably the best service experience i ever have had and both cars were done in 48 hours and look brand new. Highly recommend them. Thank you

After a super severe hailstorm that wrecked our car - iHail literally came out of nowhere (a rep approached me in my front yard asking about my plans for the car) to be our guardian car angels! I made an appointment then and there to have the car looked at and iHail navigated all the insurance negotiations. I was especially grateful for their forthrightness and integrity in comparison with all the professional jargon real estate companies use to confuse and overcharge. They saved us a bunch of money and expedited the process. Every employee we interacted with was casual yet professional - what was looking to be a total nightmare dealing with insurance became a speedy and straightforward fix. IHail was AMAZING! I’d recommend them over and over again with any hail damage. I had just gotten a brand new car and of course a hail storm put a damper on my pretty new car. Someone from iHail approached me and recommended their service. They were nothing but very pleasant the entire process. Everything was done so quick. I dropped my car off, and 48 hours later it was done, not a single dent left. Looked brand new again!! Everyone on their team works really hard and is amazing!! My car was damaged by a hailstorm in Sept. 2023 and I had been putting off the task of dealing with insurance and getting everything repaired for months because it seemed so daunting! Highly recommend this local shop!! They work quickly, very communicative, and super kind people overall. People always say the hail damage stuff can be stressful / take a very long time, but I did not experience any of that and am very happy and thankful for it!

iHail was the easiest repair shop I have ever dealt with. They worked with my insurance and there was no out of pocket expense to me. I had damage from 2in. hail and had to replace the windshield. The work they did is out standing plus they replaced the weather tech window vent that was shattered. I don't think my truck was this straight from dealer. plus they came an picked my truck up. We had some hail damage to our Audi after the September 2023 big storm. The damage was all over the hood of our SUV and we had bought it semi new from Carmax just 1 month prior. The ihail guys came by my house and suggested taking a chance on them doing the repairs. We decided to take a chance and boy did the chance work out great. The ihail team got all the dents out, and did such a good job on the hood that I thought maybe they replaced the good instead. I was very impressed with my ihail experience and would definitely bring a car back, should this ever happen again. I highly recommend ihail!
