They fixed hail damage on my Corolla 3 other people said could not be done without significant body work. They communicated regularly and met me at the car rental place. I must say Ricky and the iHail team took wonderful care of my Crosstrek which was pummeled by hail earlier this year. Ricky had my car picked up from my house, quickly arranged an assessment with my insurance, set me up with a car rental, and had the vehicle fixed in the amount of time he said it would. The car came back looking good as new. I couldn’t be happier. Ricky delivered on all his promises and stayed in contact with me through the process. Definitely would recommend.

I would have loved to leave a 5 star review. My trim parts came in off back order and was confirmed by our rep, but I can't get a hold of anyone to schedule my car coming in for its final repair. Otherwise, the work was really fast and done well. Loved the fact that we got a rental credit, it helped as I was on maternity leave and didn't have an income. If I am contacted by the company, I'd be happy to change my rating.
Edit: got ahold of the shop, the individual I was working with no longer works there, and my problems were addressed and repairs completed! Same rep that I had issues with seems to be the same as the others that also gave low reviews.
