I hesitated buying the LSS system for about 6 months and was certified as a loan signing agent through another company but really learned nothing and was not ready to do a loan signing until taking the LSS course. The Loan Signing System by Mark Wills is a very thorough, and well taught course. I have learned so much (and still have so much to learn), about Notary Public services and how to become a Loan Signing Agent. I have so much more confidence now, than when I first started because Mark does such a good job teaching the information in a way that is easily understood.

Mark does in fact teach practices on not just being a loan signing agent but his material truly explain on how to be the best loan signing agent possible. He does not just share the canned details on the loan signing process but gives valuable suggestions how what specifically the industry needs from a desirable loan signing agent. Out of transparency, there are moments when this information is delivered a little rough but outside of that roughness is Mark's genuine desire to help us think for ourselves based on a set of principles that will guide us through the process, no matter what state we are in. He challenges us to become independent thinkers because in the midst of a loan signing, instinct is all you have (outside of cheat sheets and notes but those can feel a little less easy to fumble around for when you are trying to stay calm.) I decided to take the NNA Loan Signing training/exam before taking the LSS training/exam because I realized at some point there were a lot of intricate details and honestly despite the total cost, it was well worth it. I feel like I received basic, practical, formatted instruction from the NNA then with Marks program, I feel prepared to be more than just a signing agent, but a signing agent that will be valuable to this important decision in a home buyer/sellers life. I can't thank Mark enough for setting me up for success. The investment was WELL worth it.
