Wall of love for MINDSET MEDICINE

I have known Erika for about 15 years now. We met in college in, I believe, biology class. The one thing that stood out to me was how smart and driven she is. The first time I saw her she was staying behind class to ask the teacher a question. I stood close trying to listen because she looked smart and I’m sure whatever she thought she needed to learn more about, I’m sure I did too lol. Erika also has a relaxing and positive spirit. The kind of person who doesn’t keep up with time and always has words to uplift a sinking spirit. Then I met her mom and saw where she got it from. Her mother is a very religious and positive person who supports Erika in all that she does. There has been many times I’ve felt down and she (Erika) quickly reminded me of how far I have come, my potential and my purpose in life. Definitely a good friend that I am grateful to have and one that I have to have for lifetime. She has a war with words that I know everyone can benefit from. I’m happy to see her fulfilling her passion and purpose here.

I have known Erika about 4 months and she has been nothing short of inspirational. She is consistently positive and encouraging. She has no problem sharing that energy and giving guidance when it's needed. People like this are rare and I am happy and thankful to know her and benefit from her leadership.

I’ve known Erika for less than a year and I feel very blessed to have met her. We are collaborating on a project together and I can say the best thing about Erika is her calmness, serene tone and her wealth of knowledge in the area of mindset and self awareness and improvement. She is driven and results oriented and I’ve benefited greatly from her IG account. She has a natural talent of understanding complex concepts and breaking down /translating them in simple, basic sentences I can really relate to. I am a big fan and I always look forward to her work.

I have known Dr. Carter since 2011. She is the type of person you want in your corner when you are going through something. I had difficult times years ago and she encouraged me. She constantly checked in and asked what she could do to help. She offered me advice and prayed for me. Dr. Carter is someone I would trust with my secrets and insecurities. She doesn’t judge me and listens intently. She is always willing to help anyone and strives to be a light in this world. She is someone you can depend on and will never steer you the wrong way.

I have known you for about 7 months now. I love how caring and compassionate you are towards others. You have taught me to be more mindful and positive towards people and situations in life. Knowing you has inspired me to speak positively and remind myself of my goals everyday. You definitely have the gift of patience and the ability to see the best in others and teach others about their potential.

I’ve known Erik since she was 18. Erika’s positivity is amazing! Erika always gives sound advice that pushes me to be great. Knowing Erika has inspired me to pursue who I am. Erika’s super power lies in her ability to continually enjoy life and strive for what she ultimately desires.

I’ve known Erika for 12 years. Throughout this time she has always been an exciting force to know! She is there to listen without judgement, but always has a way forward through whatever I’m experiencing. What I love most about her is her ability to remain positive through everything, and she is my constant reminder to stay elevated in positivity. She has an inspiring love for new information, and is energetically shares her knowledge to make everyone around her better.

Dr. Carter is an excellent listener and motivationalist. She empowers the people around her, speaking life into dreams and bringing manifestations to reality. Since meeting Dr. Carter over 20 years ago, I’ve witnessed her growth in coaching by inspiring almost everyone she meets. A voice of reason during chaos and calm during the storm, Dr. Carter has transformed my mindset to have positive outlook on life, relationships and new endeavors.
