Great software, MUCH better than facebook or google

The realtime event model and server-based tracking were why I chose it. Realtime events are really convenient and events instead of pageviews is much better suited for the demands of a modern web. I needed server based tracking to avoid adblockers.

Our engineering teams do not find it laborious to add event tracking snippets and find the SDKs easy to use. It is simple for them to instrument features as part of the delivery process, making it easy to adopt. Our product, marketing, and leadership teams get a lens into product performance and user behavior that leads to significantly better decision making, better prioritization and more empathy for the user. The user interface is clean crisp, and the product outlook is light on the eyes. The color theme is subtle and quickly navigate all the features. If you are a beginner, then you can find all the help and demo in the help section; it has detailed documentation of all the features which help beginners in their journey. However, it is a bit difficult and requires proper training to know about all the features and how to leverage these features and start adding value to the business. It lets us understand how users move/navigate our app or website, identify pain points and solve them. In the new update, you have all the events on the left panel, and you get a complete view of all the funnels. Now you do not have to scroll too much like earlier, this has further smoothened up the user experience. There is nothing I dislike in Mixpanel.

Holy shit! I’m constantly amazed at what I can do in Mixpanel. I recently setup a 3 step conversion funnel which customer conversion across any merchant. I can then split by number of products, customer country, currency, and any other property.

Simple interface, quick initial setup, and helpful onboarding. My support experience has also been nothing but pleasant. The best thing about the mixpanel and it's a recently added feature which allows you to include formulas. How easy it is to create a flow, or a cohort. I`m reasonably new to data visualization and analysis, but Mixpanel makes it very, very easy for me to work with any data i need. I`m able to define some questions and success criteria in our features, and Mixpanel goes on to inform me everything i need. It`s great. I also use the Funnel feature and it gives me valuable insights. Not only when it comes to 'funnel vision', but being able to see the time taken through each funnel is simply amazing. All in all, as an entry-level Mixpanel user, it works just fine for me. Great product.
