What a great experience!! Hats off to Gold Coast for their passionate staff, their experienced teacher and simplifying the entire process to acquire my license. First, the staff was amazing. From the first day going in to get information and start the process, the receptionists were very knowledgeable and supportive and guided me through the steps. They were able to answer the many questions I had with no issue, sent me the supporting documentation and links needed and followed up with me to discuss any concerns I may have had. Now my teacher Gilberto O.. He is amazing. I must say I haven't been in school for 40 years and thought I would struggle through it. On the contrary! He made every class enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable, personable and made every class worth it. His teaching style definitely draws you into every topic and his real world examples help to make sense for every topic. Definitely a true asset to Gold Coast. I can say that because of Gilberto and the staff at Gold Coast, I passed my State exam and owe it all to them. And in case anyone is wondering...I passed my class test on a Sunday and took the State exam on the following Wednesday and passed!! No additional training necessary! Says a lot about Gilberto and Gold Coast! Thanks

Inés Velázquez, a receptionist at Doral, FL was supporting me all the time when I felt totally lost. She recommended me to buy the book in Spanish in order to understand the material much better and it was the best choice. I’m very grateful I met Inez Velazquez. If it wasn’t for her, I probably stopped coming to class. She is an angel!

Es muy mala la atención en el teléfono, se tardan mucho en responder, luego dan información errada y cuando te pasan a otro departamento se tarda más y cuelgan la llamada. Esto debe mejorar porque no se tiene tiempo para esta yendo a la escuela y tampoco para estar en Linea enviando miles de correos. Son una escuela que gana mucho dinero. Mejoren ese servicio.

Le pondría 5 estrellas si solo contaran con audio books como otras compañías ofrecen. A veces leer tantas diapositivas o el libro mismo, cansa la vista o da sueño. Un audio book sería mucho más practico para aprender o repasar fuera de las clases, que por cierto son excelentes.

Gold Coast is a great school to attend for all your renewals and license. The classes are very good. Daniel is a great instructor.

Very Informative Class for the Renewal Mortgage License with The Great Instructor Dan. The time goes pretty fast, and Dan makes it very easy to understand. In one word; The Best Instructor.

I took the real estate post license for sales associates with Alexander Tucoquiel. He's an amazing instructor, and I highly recommend anyone who needs to complete this requirement course, to take it with him. Gold Coast Staff customer service people are awesome!
