I would highly recommend Gold Coast Schools and Professor Bill Benson, which did an amazing job at teaching Mortgage Loan Originator. When I first saw the books and the amount of material, I would need to learn in a 20-hour class I was skeptical, but Mr. Benson taught it in a way that I was able to understand, successfully passed the class exam. The experience at this school since day 1 has been beyond my expectations. I just passed the state exam this week, at first trial (THANKS GOD!!). Since I took the original 63-hr course for the sales associate, thru the preparation for the state exam, in the process I've had to contact the customer service several times for questions and guidance. Their staff is simply amazing!! Very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Just by giving your name in the greeting (no need to repeat or being asked again), they get access to tour account and help you right there. Ines was the person who helped me today, on some questions about the 45-hour post license course. She, like the the rest of the staff was amazing. Another time a couple of weeks ago, Brenda helped me. Same thing, they all are very well trained and the system they have is really convenient and make things very smooth for the students. The tools on the website to prepare you for the state exam is fantastic. I'm glad I bought the most expensive tuition (about $800). It includes the pre-license course, the CRAM weekend, the 45-hour post lic, and the first 14-hour CE. Plus, with this tuition, you get access to some tools to prepare you for the state exam (in addition to CRAM) that make the expense very worth-paying. At the end, if you want yo take this seriously, it makes more sense to invest those $800 upfront. You end up paying more if paying all those things separately. I attended the Gold Coast Doral location. The instructor William Benson was excellent. He was very clear and concise and was a truly exceptional instructor. The course material he covered was well explained with lots of follow up material available after the course ended. I highly, highly recommend this course and this instructor.

I have taken several courses here. The professors are great and the clerical workers go forward to help one. Bill Benson was my teacher this teacher. It was awesome having him as a teacher. Thank you!

I recently completed the 'Real Estate 63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course' in Doral, taught by Keith Grandy, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Keith's extensive knowledge and unique teaching style made it easy to grasp and retain the material. I chose the in-person class for better interaction and it was absolutely worth it—time well spent and invested. I passed the school exam with a 91% score and feel confident as I prepare for the state exam. Just a heads-up, the classroom can get quite cold due to the A/C, so be sure to bring an extra warm jacket. Overall, an excellent experience that has left me well-prepared for a career in real estate.

Gold Coast schools Doral was recommended by my friend who is a sales associate as well, and I’m so glad that I took my real estate classes at this school m, because they exceeded my expectations. I want to start giving a special thank you to Alba Ortega who helped me in the process of getting my curse with all they information needed about prices, schedules and program. She was so kind and sweet. Additionally, the professor, Juan Carlos Velazquez, has been very knowledgeable, and professional in presenting the material in a very didactic way so that it can be understood easily. I did the real estate program at Gold Coast. Everyone was very nice from the moment I arrived. Ines and Ricardo at the front desk were helpful. Caroline that does the fingerprint was kind. Rachel the director checked with me to make sure everything was going well and made sure to answer a few questions I had. I definitely recommend Gold Coast and their staff at Doral.

Gold Coast provided a very good course to renew my Real Estate License. The school is clean, has ample Parking and the teacher was great.

Great program!! I have the online version and I love it. Carlos Suarez is my professor and he makes the class so fun . He makes his lessons memorable by adding his own personal stories that relate to the lessons. The school sends you a book which the Professor guides you and lets you know where the most important notes are to study. There’s also co-host on the zoom meeting which write down the information for you.

Great school! I’ve been attending here thanks to a friend recommendation (Doral Gold Coast). My teacher is Carlos Suarez, he has been great! He explains everything to the detail in a very entertaining way. Will definitely be back for my post license classes.

My instructor Carlos has vast knowledge and experience in Real-estate. I love that he tells you real live stories to help you understand the materials covered in class. It also prepares you as a future real estate sales associate. I would definitely recommend his class and the Doral school.

I like my class. The information is straight to the point. The teacher is funny and presents a lot of easy examples through the chapters. I took this course online 5 times and had no idea what I was reading and it feels good to go over a lot of the material and have a clear understanding on real estate.
