I’m very disappointed with their costumers service,I called and I spoke to Alba ,requesting information about getting my Florida builder inspector and plans examiner license ,she send me the wrong information and I texted her since she told me I can do that she never got back to me I called her next day and she said ok call you right back she never did ,i decided to call again maybe someone will give me the proper information and again who ever answered the phone she said she will call me back and I’m still waiting , I hope that maybe next year someone call me .license Florida Building Inspector And Plans forBCIAB

Fantastic place to learn! Friendly teachers and staff. Large clean classrooms. Easy to get to. Helping me with general contractor exam. Ten years ago they helped me pass the real estate exam.

I enjoy every bit of the Gold Coast school. Ms Marylin was exceptional. Great humor, dedicated single agent to principals' fiduciary duties;) proof is in the passing. I couldn't have passed the pre license test without her. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I took the CAM pre-licensing course and the atmosphere was very professional. The staff at Gold Coast is helpful and made the whole learning experience great. I would definitely recommend them and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my CE courses.

I took the real estate class. Every faculty staff were really nice and professional. The building was always clean and sanitize.

The mortgage class I took was an excellent learning experience with lots of valuable information about obtaining and managing a mortgage. The class covered a range of topics, including the different types of mortgages, the steps in the application process, and the importance of credit scores for getting a mortgage. The instructors Daniel Flietstra and Bill, were very knowledgeable and engaging, and the interactive nature of the class made it enjoyable and memorable. The class also provided practical tips for managing a mortgage, such as how to make extra payments to pay off the loan faster and how to manage unexpected expenses. Overall, I would highly recommend this mortgage class to anyone who is interested in obtaining a license for this porpoise.

My instructor was Dan Coco, for the Sales associate pre licensing course. Dan was such a great professor i loved him i never expected going into the course that a professor would be so funny,fun, and cool since day one he would make each one of us laugh and enjoy the class. I could've stayed in a class with him even if the course was 4 months i would recommend every person taking the real estate pre licensing course with him if you can ever choose many of our class loved him as well most of us passed. I had major anxiety about coming back into the classroom setting and I must be honest Gaspare made it run smoothly. I have retained much more than I thought I would. Today is test day and I actually feel confident about ability to pass the test.

First time taking Real Estate Courses and my instructor named Gaspare was AWESOME! His way of teaching assisted greatly with me passing this course, my first time! Definitely go for GASPARE.

I took the CAM pre-license course with Ricardo Russi and he knows his stuff. He managed his class very well and was fun. This was the most information I've ever taken in at one time but we all kept up. Straight to the point which is what I like :) next month is my real estate class, can't wait!

I really loved this class. Although the hours are long Gaspare made the class enjoyable and intriguing. He has a great teaching style and I actually learned the material. He made it easy to stay focused with his positive attitude and using real life examples. I would highly recommend.

What a great school and awesome staff. Jette was very attentive and helped me get set up with registering for the MLO and CAM courses. So far I have finished the MLO course this past weekend with instructor Bill Benson and he was AMAZING!!! If you are looking for an MLO course to take I definitely recommend registering for the course with Bill, you won't be disappointed.

I just finished the 7-day version of the 63-hour Sales Associate course and I am happy to say I have successfully completed the course and passed the course exam ! my instructor Jose Rodriguez was wonderful and extremely informative not only with the course material but all various processes and information being in the Real Estate industry. I used Gold Coast to get my real estate license. I can't begin to tell you how easy it was. I have to admit that I was skeptical when class first began, and they essentially told you what would be on the test. I wondered how I would really learn the material. I was completely wrong! I used the classroom experience, the 1001 questions, the Tuesday tutoring classes, the CRAM weekend and I purchased the flash cards and exam simulator. I passed my state exam on the first try and there were only three questions that I had absolutely no clue how to answer. I highly recommend this school. One piece of advice, purchase the most complete package they offer. I wish now I had done that because I have ended up purchasing it all anyway. Ten stars to Gold Coast. I look forward to doing my post license class through them.

Just took my 2 week Real Estate Brokers course with the live classroom online program. Great news, they taught me so well that I passed the State test 1st time through! So Happy and grateful to my instructor. I felt so prepared!

I had the best class. A 7 day class seemed like a lot when I signed up, But Marylin was absolutely incredible. Not only did she make passing the class exam super easy, she was very fun, personable and down to earth. It was like having a friend teach you the class. I would recommend her class to anyone especially if you have trouble with test taking, or math. She makes it all make sense and that may have been the easiest test I've ever taken. I wish she taught more of the courses at GC-Tamarac.

The instructor was amazing. He made 8 hours fly by with real world knowledge not just reading word for word from the book. I will definitely complete my CE next year at GCS.

Considero que son buenos entrenando para el examen de licencia, pero en cuanto a servicio al cliente en el front desk pésima la atención, cero ayudas y asesoría, adicionalmente por teléfono es igual. Considero que si es la mejor escuela deberían también tener un excelente servicio al cliente más donde inicia el buyer journey, no dan ganas de regresar y si lo hace uno es solo porque son buenas las clases y profesores. mi profesora genial le agradezco a ella completamente.

I signed up for a livestream course to renew my license. I followed the link to login in which did not seem to work. I called the school 5 minutes after the course began and was told the instructor just arrived and to try again. I tried a few more times with no success. I called back but was disconnected. I called a third time and at this point we figured what was wrong but was told it was too late to enter the course. I am dissatisfied with the help I received and will look for new options in the future.

The real estate pre-license course was excellent. Gaspare was an amazing teacher. He made things easier to understand and was great at keeping my attention right through.

Thanks instructor Marilyn, all I can remember is the main subject talks. Room D and Always remember C! Because of the CIA and the FBI, and because You Know Why! ;-) Oh... The Justice and the Journey... Such Tears that can never be put back. What an experience. One I Truly was putposley made to Never forget. Fair is quite Fair, in All of its accomplishments. Marilyn was an amazing instructor! I took the one week course which was alot of information to retain at once but, Marilyn made it all so easy to understand to take the exam given at the end of the course. I highly recommend the one week class given at GOLD COAST if you are focused and have the time to dedicate to study and attend class. My course was in person which was my personal preference and selection. There's also the option to do the course online which is very convenient as well. Included in your tuition is the Real Estate textbook along with two years to retake or sit-in classes to review information missed or covered that you possibly didn't comprehend the first-time around. The instructor allows students to highlight the key topics that you'll find on the state exam.

I finished my CAM course today and have nothing but amazing things to say about the classes. Eddy Pereira, the instructor is simply amazing! So experienced, so nice, fun and knowledgeable! The course material is great! Customer service is very professional. I’ll definitely recommend Gold Coast to anyone I know is looking to get the CAM license.

From day one of enrolling into the real estate course to having Dan Coco as my instructor was well worth me investing my time and $$$ into it. Dan deserves every great comment about him. Anyone desiring to enroll at Gold Coast in Tamarac don't hesitate, do it!

I have nothing but good things to say about the 63-hour sales associate course taught by Lisa Vizcaíno. She presented the class in an understandable, professional way and even included some humor to help us endure the late night classes. I highly recommend to anyone interested in entering the field.

Going back to school at age 55 was not easy but thanks to great professors like Wally Dawn Chris and all the others I did it and they made it possible for me to succeed at passing the GC exams Wally is phenomenal at getting you to understand and know the books Dawn helped me understand the accounting portion formulas and understanding the (jargen)and I never got to thank her as she was not online only attending her class on the business and finance exam I got an 85.83 I know she would have been happy for me and shocked lol and Chris was top notch as well I never got to attend his class in person but online was just like being in class as he was awsome at interacting with all of us and he made sure we all understood his class each night I got an 86.66 on my contract administration exam and an 88.33 on my project management exam they helped this old wore out mason that spent the last 35 years in the field pass these exams and do quite well and if I can do it anyone can do it with Gold Coast school guidance god bless all the professors and staff thank you so much and if you want to pass any state exams I highly recommend Gold Coast there is a lot of other schools out there but pick Gold Coast and you surely will be making the right choice

Gaspare was such a great teacher!!! I passed my course in December but failed my state exam by a few points,so I decided to retake the course… Going back to retake the course I felt a bit disappointed but ultimately it was a BLESSING! Gaspare was amazing he makes you feel so welcomed, he has so much knowledge to share and he shows the PowerPoints provided by Gold Coast but steps it up with his real life experiences and we even had a fun game/quiz that allowed you to test your knowledge and learn. You can see that he enjoys what he does! After taking his class I left feeling confident and excited for my career in real estate. I took my state exam a day after the course ended and I PASSED!!!! Thank you Gaspare for being such an amazing teacher!!!

I just wrapped up my FL Real Estate Continuing Ed Course (2022) ... Instructor Karice Jeffers was absolutely amazing! In addition to the Textbook, she kept the entire class totally engaged by having fellow classmates share their mishaps, expertise, Sales, Listings etc. This method was not only enlightening from the Textbook point of view ... It also allowed us/Realtors to relate real-world Real Estate experiences into what we do for a living every day.

Goldcoast is an amazing school! I first took my Mortgage Broker Course with them 2000 and have taken other classes as well throughout the years and they are always professional and very knowledgeable. Classrooms are always clean and staff is always friendly and ready to assist. This is my forever school!

I have taken classes here many times over the years and each time it has been satisfying. This time was during the covid-19 pandemic of 2020. The school was clean and the classrooms were compliant with social distancing. I saw tables and chairs being disinfected at the end of the day and there are disinfectant dispensers readily available. Overall A+

Maryline Guevara, was an excellent instructor; she's extremely knowledgeable and has a great way of teaching, so the students can retain the information. I would love if she was a cram instructor. Thanks again Gold Coast.
