Gaspare provided a variety of teaching techniques going beyond what we reviewed in the textbook allowing us to learn more from each other with the beneficial background and enriched experiences of students that directly related to the material we covered in the Gold Coast School of Real Estate Handbook of Continuing Education. I recommend this course & instructor to anyone who seeks to maintain their Real Estate License.

I took the 7 day class.... intense, overload of info; however, with such an amazing instructor Melodee, the info made sense. Definitely recommend taking classes here. Thank you!

I began my Real Estate Sales Associates schooling with Gold Coast and with each class it just got better and better. The Instructors are REAL, Human and understand each and everything you are feeling/concerned about, for they themselves have gone through it, they too have been in our seat. As one who "freezes" on test, large or small, school or State, I made it through thanks to the AMAZING patience, guidance, CARE, HELP from the Instructors. I took the Mortgage Loan Originator course in person at the Tamarac location. The facility is very nice, clean, plenty of parking and truly exceeded my expectations. The teacher for the class was Bill Benson, and he was fantastic. I recommend Gold Coast very much.

The only way to describe Melanie Branan and Maggy (Magnilia) Valdez is 5*. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Not only are they just plain nice to talk to, but, they are diligent, knowledgeable, and professional. Customer service personified is is what these two Counselors /Supervisors make a great example of in their demeanor and efficiency. Generally speaking Gold Coast does an excellent job preparing students to pass state and national exams. In the MLO Mortgage Loan originators course we had two teachers based on the temendous amount of material they had to present in a short period of time. This was confusing to some degree as each have their own styles and highlite the material in different ways. I also realize that the goal is to pass the tests, but no time was spent in learning how the business works. The regulations we will never use but practical application is what our future incomes will be based on. Therefore I think it should have at least some consideration.

Definitely had a wonderful experience at Gold Coast in Tamarac. I met some amazing people and had an amazing instructor (Marilyn). I took the accelerated 7-day Real Estate Sales Associate course that was very intense, but Ms. Marilyn made it a breeze. She gave a multitude of ways to help remember the information for the exam at the end. I plan to take the state exam soon. Thank you Gold Coast! I'm sure I'll pass the state exam on the first try because of the resources that are provided through Gold Coast. I'll update after the state exam :)

BK post license : Stanley is a great teacher: good knowledge, professional and a good sense of humor book ! Please try not to double-book your teachers. Interim teachers (2 days) were not that great because they were not prepared.

Today Monday July 31st I contacted Gold Coast School with a problem trying to get to the right RE renewal course online. I called the number they provide on their website and got connected to one of their counselors Linda Brenda, to help me find out why I could not access the right exam. My wife and I have been using Gold Coast for the renewal of our Florida Real Estate licenses for several years. The course material and ease of renewal are superlative! Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we had the privilege of speaking with Customer Service Representative "Mike". I had inadvertently doubled my payment and when I briefly explained my error, he told me that he already had my account on his screen and had refunded my extra payment before I had even asked! Most of my class were retakes. The class really doesn't teach you how to pass the course. Beware this for profit school it's a predatory school and will quickly take your money and not help you or refund you in any way.

Gold Coast School is the place to go if you want to pass the exam. The teachers who are industry professionals, are very thorough in providing the knowledge to be successful in whatever course they provide. You wont be disappointed if you as a student apply yourself.

RE Cram Course with Walt n Terry. Ive taken it 4 times so far and plan on getting my $199 worth. These teachers know the material but some of the comments they make give me a pit in my stomach. Please retract from making them. Some come off condescending and very cynical. We know you know everything but we are paying you to teach us. Not treat us less than … some of the comments have negative connotations, some are funny but most are plain rude…. Just food for thought . I have a feeling nobody has ever said anything because these comments I’ve heard are said in every cram weekend course that I’ve taken so far in 3 months. It’s classless. Please do a lot better. I know Hialeah was mentioned with a negative connotation also some prison comments. I wanted to dig a hole and crawl in it. Even through zoom. Update: this course didn’t help me. I actually purchased ANOTHER online course from another online school which is the one that actually helped me pass the test. He gave you precise Querubina not just random info. This and flash cards is what did it for me. I passed it the first time with close to 2 hours left in the clock. Don’t want your money ey in this school. It didn’t help me mucha sn I did this course 4 TIMES!!!!

I'm finishing my course that has an expiration date for January 1, 2024. But someone just withdrawn the course without telling me why the class has to be withdrawn. Can you please be more respectful?
