Hola les comparto un poquito sobre mi experiencia del curso de Sales associate Pre-License. Tome el curso con la Maestra Yezmin Alabart, una maestra super preparada,muy profesional , me gusto mucho su forma de impartir la clase, no pasa al siguiente capitulo hasta no asegurarse que por lo menos un 90% haya entendido , todas sus tecnicas excelentes y su sentido de humor una belleza . lo mejor en Espanol.

I just finished the sales associate pre license course with Professor Terry, very professional and patient with all his students, I recommend him and the school too. I am very happy I passed the exam! I recommend him

I took both my pre-licence Real Estate Licence and post license with Arlindo Machado. He was amazing!!!. He is a great instructor, always go beyond and above to ensure his students comprehend the subject. If you want a real estate license, this is the school to attend. See if you can get into one of his classes. Thanks Arlindo Machado and Gold Coast staff.

My instructor was Marlene Montenegro and she was amazing. She made sure to break down every concepts along with providing real life scenarios of her experience in the Real Estate industry over the years. She made sure we understood each chapters and provided great support and review assistance in order to past not just the end of course exam but also the state exam. Thank you Marlene !!! I ended up with a 90, a little disappointed that i didn’t get the 100 but very happy that I passed the course. The whole staff at North Miami Beach from the girls at the front desk in the office to the back office of the ladies in charge of doing our fingerprints were all very nice and helpful. Thank you Gold Coast.

I just took a course of Life, Health, and Variable Contract . My instructor was Lynn Sanford. She was great she explained everything to us. I don't think I would have been able to have taken the class without her. The only thing is that there is so much information in four days. The course is great. This school gives you all the support needed to pass your exams and get your licenses. I just passed my state exam thanks to Mr. Chery for my 63 hour course and to Terry for his weekend CRAM session that was a huge help. Can’t go wrong choosing Gold Coast.

Teacher Laura Napoleon is amazing! Highly recommended. I give her full credit for the good reputation of this school. I have always used Gold Coast School from the beginning of my RE Career. The teachers are knowledgeable in the subject matter, as well as have practical experience in the field. This last teacher not only made the class interesting but entertaining at the same time as he was interacting with the students for their feedback and opinion. As hard as it was to make myself available all day on a Saturday and a Sunday, I thoroughly enjoyed the class. Thank you and continue inspiring your students. La mejor escuela, para estudiar todo lo relacionado con finca raíz. Los profesores tiene un nivel muy alto a la hora de enseñar realmente se siente el gram empeño y esfuerzo, para educar a todas las personas que quieren aprender sobre este tema. I had a great learning experience at Gold Coast! My career coach Sebastian Valls and my Instructor, Arlindo Machado added to the exceptional experience! The instructor was engaging and supportive. I did the 4-weekend schedule and passed the course. I highly recommend this school.

I went to Gold Coast for the 63hr real estate course I didn’t think it would be that hard but there is a lot to it and I couldn’t have made it without my Instructor Mr. Cherry he is literally in the 20+ years of school I’ve been through the best teacher I’ve ever had in anything. He is clearly passionate about his work and just the way he cares about his students is something I’ve never seen before! His YouTube Channel is so informative and helps you study. This man showed up to class after something terrible happening to him and still had the same energy I was amazed. He’s enthusiastic, he creates scenarios that help you remember and understand, he has such high energy that helps you not fall asleep and engage, he throws ice breakers so the class isn’t awkward and for the people that learn visually he’ll do that also. I took the 4 week and couldn’t finish my weekend of cram because of work so I was switched to another weekend with another instructor and I refused to do it so I redid 3 weeks with Mr.cherry and he did not disappoint such a kind and genuine person not to mention I ended up with a 93. I highly recommend his class and the girls at the north miami location are also super sweet! Thank you guys for everything.

Muy buenos instructores, cómodos horarios, flexibilidad y preferencia de atender clases, los salones muy cómodos limpios y acogedores. Hoy día complete mi continuing education de 14 horas en RE. Ahora quisiera tomar la clases de mortgage y prepárame para sacar esta licencia.

Termine el curso el viernes y pase el examen del estado el lunes!! Brilliant school! The instructor was on time and prepared for presentation. Classroom management was excellent. I followed all suggested instruction, Gold Coast has incredible resources I was amazed how much I’ve actually learnt.

It was an honor having Mr. Terry Nero as a professor. From the first day of class, he told us that failure is not an option, that statement stuck with me and was one of the reasons I passed the pre-licensing course exam. Moreover, the way the program is constructed is phenomenal! You learn everything you need to on the course material, and it is extensively detailed in a way that you can understand all natures of the curriculum. I took 63 hr real estate classes in North Miami office. One week where you learn about rules and laws. Its a little bit of a challenge but our teacher, Marlene, was great, and iwas able to pass the school test with a good score. Now waiting to attend state exam. great school, highly recommended.

English language is my second language and I was worried that it would be very hard for me to take classes. But thanks to the fact that we had highly qualified and competent instructor Mr.Get-Chin Chery, who explained so clearly and he convey information in the best possible way with a lot of life examples , only thanks to him I was able to understand the program and pass the exam.

Gold Coast school is the best Real Estate School, I want to say that for me was a totally different experience and approach. Alessandro Daniel is a star trainer, very knowledgeable and has a great deal of insight in the real estate business. He is awesome!

I have really enjoyed taking my 14 hour course CE for the RE license renewal with Alessandro Danieli this March 2022. Alessandro is very knowledgeable and is able to clarify any concerns raised within the class time.

Since 2016, I've been attending Real Estate classes at Gold Coast schools, and I've always gotten a lot out of it, learning a lot as a real estate broker. Alessandro Danieli's classes, in particular, are enjoyable for me. He has a wealth of experience and can provide examples for every subject that is posed to him.

Wow...OFF the charts the Continued Education gold coast school on line class CE class was great...way better than reading a book and taking a test. I thought it would be terrible but Alessandro Danieli made it worth it!!! He handled the ethics with a breeze. We live in world where everyone has opinions and opinions are cheap. We are suppose to hold a higher standard as an Agent/Brokers, Nothing to say, "say nothing" avoid the those subject matters and you avoid courts. Thanks

This weekend I did my continue education with the Instructor Alessandro Danieli, was a time well spent by keeping my license active and learning from him, it was a very interactive class even do was online and PLUS all the examples that was share. Thank you!!!!

I took the continuing education for real estate with Alessandro Danieli and it was very enjoyable. In the past I used the book but this was much more informative and provided real world applications of the topics.
