I’ve been attending Gold Coast since 2005! Last year my license expired and I was informed that I had to start all over again and immediately a went to Gold Coast! My instructor Lucy was amazing she really cared about her class members and made sure we were ready for the test!!! I highly recommend Gold Coast for all your real estate education needs!

I took the Pre-License course with Keith Grandy. LOVED HIM !!!!!!! He really went out of his way and teaches like no other professor there. If you want to pass your Pre-License exam, register with Grandy ! I will never forget him. Loved his humor. Great great guy !!!

Honestly, one of the best professors and classes I have ever taken. I must thank Mr. Gaetgens Chery for teaching the class every detail possible while maintaining an amazing class attitude. Made jokes, interacted with the class throughout the entire semester but made sure to stick to the topic. I credit my learning on the subject and passing the exam fully to him and would definitely love to take another class with him.

I took the CAM Cram course at the North Miami Beach location. The instructor was very good but the facility was not good. It was very hard to concentrate with all the noise coming from the Pre-School next door. The kids were screaming all day and the walls are paper thin. Either move the Pre-School or move Gold Coast

I have done all my courses to be licenced in Real Estate in Gold Coast and besides having a great staff, the best part is the teachers! They are amazing, one better than the next one. I"ve just finished my first 14 hrs of continuing education (CE) and I really enjoyed my 2nd day!

My Instructor Marlene Montenegro is very knowledgeable about all things real estate. I passed the pre-Exam the first time by just going through her explanations and how well she simplified each Chapter so I could easily read and have a clear picture of what the concepts meant. Everything at Gold Coast represented high quality and professionalism. The classroom and its equipment were modern and up to date, the online platform was easy to use and very helpful to study for the estate exam. But the best thing about the school was the teacher Marlene Montenegro. She was knowledgeable, sharp and clear and provided all the information necessary to pass the class exam and to prepare for the estate exam. I attended the class and took the cram course and got my license in my first try.
