After leaving another construction school that was very incomplete I chose this one. The teachers were very proficient and the online live classes were very instrumental in helping me pass my state exams the FIRST TIME. With the discipline and determination, this school lays out an even more rigorous study that like they boast will get you to the finish line, but only if you're willing to do the work and put in the time to get past the goal line. 4 stars because of all the tech problems prob by now that has been fixed with online classes.

Took 2 different course with Charli! She is absolutely amazing. She is full of knowledge, wisdom, patient and takes her time explaining things so you understand the material. Can’t wait to see her in the Broker course! Highly recommended

The course is amazing and very useful to Real estate now. The instructor Alan is very knowledgeable and helpful and has amazing teaching skills. The information is tough and a lot, but with the help of my instructor Alan he makes sure we understand the information before moving on.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the 7 day Real Estate Sales Associate course at Gold Coast schools. The staff really does care and they provide you all the tools you need to submit your application to the state. My instructor Alan was awesome. He makes learning fun and let me tell you, some of these chapters can get very dull. This course is worth every penny if you want to succeed and pass the exam the 1st!! time!!! Highly recommended. Update! I passed my exam on the first try. Thank you Alan for keeping learning fun and for sharing so much knowledge with us!

Staff here bend over backwards to accommodate their clients! Class size is small enough to make you feel comfortable no one is sitting to close to you. The entire facility is clean, break room and vending machines available. Bring a sweatshirt as the classroom is chilly. I would recommend Gold Coast to anyone and will continue taking annual classes here in the future.

I was highly recommended gold coast school and decided to take the one week class. I am so thankful the teacher was Alan Chapman. He's teaching skills are amazing. I truly recommend taking his one week class.

I highly recommend this course, not only the course but professor Allen, if you want someone who is dedicated to teaching you what you need to lean and who genuinely cares about his students don’t go far, go straight to Allen will be the best professor you can find. I was looking for a school to take my real estate license classes. After searching and reading a lot of reviews I decided to drive over an hour each way to take classes with Alan at Gold Coast School. The reviews said that he is a great instructor and I think great is just too short, Alan is absolutely amazing he has a very unique way to teach and make difficult topics easy and fun to learn. I took a 7 day class and my advice to you is that if you really want to pass the test, to learn and start a new career, Alan is the instructor you should choose and Gold Coas is the school!

Carlos Celta was simply amazing with his in-the-know approach to teaching the subject, making it comprehendible, while making sense of the maze. Great in-person experience that was worth every second - including the drive to and from.

My husband and I took our Real Estate Sales Associate License course with Ed Hru. He did not disappoint; he was extremely patient with us and kind with all our silly questions. I just finished my Pre Broker Licensing Class and loved it. Jose Rodriguez is an awesome instructor, even though the material is a little dry, he made it enjoyable to learn. Best MLO continuing ed class in years, Dan was very knowledgeable, so he was able to keep the 8 hours very interesting . He was also very good at keeping control of the class attendees , and by doing so he stayed on track with the topics , scheduled breaks , lunch ,etc.

Amazing staff cece and star were fantastic both women taught us this information as if it was the real world if you have a question and don’t understand it you can Ask as many times every answer was questioned without feeling bothered this could be a difficult course if you don’t try but I must say star and cece really give you what it takes to get you to the next level I recommend this school to anyone looking to be a realtor

I am beyond grateful for having the ability to get my Real Estate course through Gold Coast. More specifically for our instructor Alan. The man is a wealth of information and he gives us every oz that he can of it. The one week course is intense as all heck and he makes it a memorable and enjoyable experience. Trust me , it matters! The cram course is no joke but with humor and honesty he helps remembering the important information easy . Goals Coast, please consider getting a microwave for your future students. I signed up for the online Roofing Contractor course which included Business and Financial Management. Between the business course and the webinars for roofing, I was able to bass both exams with a 90+ after about 6 months of study. The course included multiple practice exams and a lot of the questions were very similar to the ones on the actual exam. To be clear, they do not teach you about the roofing trade, rather how to read the books for the exam, which is exactly what you need to know for the test. I definitely would not have passed either exam without their prep courses. 5 stars and two thumbs up.

I was fortunate enough to have Ms.Cindy as my instructor for the real estate sales associate course. When I tell you she knows her stuff! She was extremely informative and with her support I learned so much. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Cece who was our instructor for the weekend review and class test. She reinforced all of Cindy's teachings and really helped give us that last nudge to really keep our minds in check and not psych ourselves out. The administrative staff was very helpful and always available when needed. The environment was safe as social distancing was practiced and other CDC regulations followed. The teacher was marvelous and very knowledgeable about the subject. She encouraged students participation which led to an interactive learning environment. If I have to take another course at Gold Coast, I would like to have the same moderator.
