Outstanding experience from start to finish! I reached out to Goldcoast via their website, to inquire about taking the 63 hour Sales Associate class in order to obtain my real estate license, and immediately received a call back from Shamisa. Shamisa explained the different options they offered which included a 7 day class from 9-6pm Monday through Sunday and I jumped on it. That is when I had the pleasure of meeting our instructor, Diane Skopas. Diane was not only knowledgeable about all of the material she presented, but she was able to incorporate real life experiences through out the course. Diane set clear expectations regarding what we needed to do in order to advance through the class and kept us on track the entire 7 days! I would highly recommend Goldcoast to anyone interested in taking their sales associate class. Thank you so very much for such an amazing experience!

Dan Flietstra’s MLO class was very enlightening and thought provoking. From the textbook learning to his presentation of real-life examples based on his many years of experience in the field, Dan is able to open your eyes to your own potential in the field, as well as prepare you for taking on the challenges of being an MLO.

Randy Gordon was an excellent instructor and made the courses I took quite interesting. He stuck to the course outline and stayed on track to ensure all the information was dispersed in a timely manner.

I took the Pre Licensing course for the CAM and our teacher Laura M has been very patient with the group making sure that she explained everything to all of the students who had sometimes annoying questions. Presented the class very well, and paced the time perfect. I felt that I have come away from the course with a lot of important information that will help me towards getting my CAM license. While I personally loathe real estate and have never made a single dollar from it, I keep my license up to date in honor of my late Father. I do so with the outstanding course offerings and and professional instructors at Gold Coast Schools. I highly recommend them for your educational needs. I just don’t recommend real estate as a career if you need to make a living.

I finished my Real Estate Agent course with Gold Coast Schools. After getting my certificate, the school provided me with excellent material to prepare for the licensing exam, which I did. The online classes plus the preparation material helped me a lot, I passed the exam in the first try. Now, I'm a Realtor working with Coldwell Banker Realty, where I got my first listing and sold a house both within the first month after getting my license. For the record, everything that I have said here, from the starting my classes to my first listing and sell, was done in less than a year.

Great choice for Brokers Pre-License. I attended the Live In Class option at the East Orlando Campus. I could not have asked for a better experience. My teacher, Bill Christen was wonderful he was thoughtful, insightful and very helpful through out the 4 weeks of class. I highly recommend if you take this class he should be your teacher.

I truly enjoyed the online Real Estate classes with Ray Clemente and Vivian Gonzalez. Ray thoroughly explained all facets of the test and provided multiple pointers on how to take the test and how to study for the test. The information taught was easily digested and understood. I wholeheartedly recommend Gold Coast Schools and specifically Ray Clemente. I also used Gold Coast for my GC study courses which I passed and am now a State Certified General Contractor and soon a Licensed RE Sales Agent. MLO will be next!!

Just passed my exam! I attended the in person class and the instructor was great. He explained concepts in an easy way to understand. Definitely recommend!

The overall experience from registering to receiving the materials and attending the classes was great. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and explained the chapters in a way that was easily understood. Jorge Schlaefi made the class a fun learning environment. I highly recommend taking classes with him. I've known about Gold Coast Schools for many years and highly recommend going there for any of their courses.

Our FL real estate course was taught by Enrique, & we are so lucky to have had him lead us through all of the materials so expertly & thoroughly!! Enrique is incredibly patient and an excellent instructor, who makes all of the learning fun, including the math, which is NOT easy to do!!! Our entire class felt incredibly confident moving forward to take our Florida state Real Estate exams because of how thoroughly Enrique taught us!!! I will always remember I/RxV !!! I strongly recommend Gold Coast real estate school, and in particular, I truly recommend signing up for the class taught by Enrique!! The course is fun and informative & most importantly, you will have the information you need not just to pass the exam with flying colors, but also to become a proud member of the real estate community!! Gracias!!! Pase mi examen de estado a la primera. Mi técnica de estudio: estudie online, indispensable hacer el Cram, complemente con los videos del profe en YouTube y repase los capítulos en orden de puntaje, los cap que tenían más puntos primero. El examen de estado tiene mala traducción al español: por decir “soborno” decían reembolso, lo que cambiaba toda la comprensión de la pregunta, ahí que meterle lógica pero lo que me gusto mucho de la escuela es que te preparan con varias palabras mal traducidas, muchas de las preguntas del Cram salian tal cual en el examen. Excelente escuela, excelente profe! Recomendadisimo.

Being the topic of Real State an arid subject I decided to take the course in Spanish. Our teacher was exceptionally clear, interesting, and fun. It’s that time of year and CE is now open. As this is my first time renewing my license I had several detailed questions. I stopped by to pick up to pick up my CE book and Mike Egeli was kind enough to walk through the entire process for the renewal with me and patiently answered all of my questions thoroughly. I can’t recommend Mike at Gold Coast Schools enough for any of your licensing needs.

I just completed the 7 day Real Estate course and our instructor CeCe Campbell did an awesome preparing us for the state exam. She has a wealth of knowledge that she shared with the class and just make the course enjoyable and makes sure we are all prepared for the state exam. Totally worth the cost of the course and if you’re lucky enough to get CeCe as your instructor you will be totally satisfied!! Gold Coast and CeCe thank you for getting me through this class. i had somewhat a different view on what a broker's post license class would be. i guess i did not do enough research on the subject but the class is required by the state so we have no choice. but i thought there would be more info on how to set up and start a brokerage and there was nothing on this subject. there was a lot of good information but no really what i was looking for. i suppose i will have to hire someone to either walk me threw the process or tell me how to start. ce ce campbell was great with the subject matter but she was limited by the book. thats just the way it goes. so back to the real world

Cece Campbell was my instructor for my Pre license for Real Estate . She’s a very good, dedicated, knows what’s she’s talking about, funny, very intelligent, a very nice instructor. I recommend her to anyone. Listen and pay attention to what she’s telling you and you will do just fine. If I could give her a ten star I would.

Im not one to write reviews, but as someone who always had a bit of trouble learning more difficult subjects, I really appreciate the class and the professor. The funny stories and different methods to make sure we memorize the information and fully understand was more than helpful. For anyone who IS NOT already licensed in a different state I would definitely recommend the 4 week course, it goes a lot faster than you think, it's too much information to learn in only 7 days. If you are already licensed in another state, by all means, do it in a week. I loved the atmosphere and without the class i would not been able to pass the exam, I already recommended the class to family and friends and I just finished the class earlier today, so, for what's worth, I do recommend Gold Coast.Thanks guys!

My experience with Gold Coast has been a GREAT one thus far! I completed my 4 week class 7/2022 and passed my class exam with a score of 90+. I am currently preparing for the CRAM course in preparation for the state exam. I had a phenomenal instructor! Mr. E. Garcia is beyond AMAZING!!! He was thorough in his delivery and maintained a professional teacher/student relationship with the class. Mr. G answered all concerns presented to him from the students and ensured us that studying and completing the assigned homework would be beneficial to us in the end. Guess what...He was right! Mr. G instilled an unwavering confidence in each of us. We all expressed how we felt as we approached the final days of class. We also had built up enough confidence that we would do well and successfully pass the course. CeCe Campbell is the Greatest. Even though I did not pass the class 1st time around, I decided to retake the class and keep CeCe as my instructor instead of the online course that was offered. Took a month off of studies and went and started her class for round 2. CeCe was so very uplifting that I kept fighting to pass this class to get my Real Estate license here in Florida. She kept it real with me and I love that about her. I am so overjoyed and Happy to announce that I passed the class with a 93% this round. If it wasn't for CeCe and her encouraging me this would not have happened. Thank you so much CeCe!!!!

The staff was amazing the whole place was very very clean and professional and the instructor was Star Williams and she was amazing she had so much real world experience and she cared about each student and made sure we understood everything and that we would pass the final.

Terrence Tennereno was a great instructor he started out by saying that failure is not an option. I took the Pre-License Real Estate course and he did everything possible for us to pass the course. He was excellent!

Cece Campbell is the best instructor! I highly recommend taking her courses, especially for pre-broker class. She’s thorough, knowledgeable and graciously patient when teaching. She made passing the test a breeze! 4 stars bc I was not informed by the school when registering 2 months prior that it would be beneficial to apply for the broker license through DBPR at that time instead of when it’s announced when class starts. Now that the course is complete, I have to wait several weeks for my application to be approved to take the state exam which is frustrating

I just completed the Real Estate Brokers class for Florida. I'm a licensed Broker in Hawaii and have been licenced in CA, WA and NC and taken classes in those states and can say without doubt Cece Campbell did an outstanding job with our class and Bill Christen was also terrific! Thank you!

Highly recommend taking your sales associate pre-licensing course here or any other course you may need that they offer. The proof really is in the passing, but more importantly teacher, Cece Campbell, was the reason why I understood everything in the way she teaches. I was so nervous about passing, but I aced the exam. I can’t say enough good things about Cece as well as the staff at Gold Coast. They truly have been a great support through every step of the way.

My instructor was Ms. Ina. She was highly knowledgeable in the fields of both Mortgage loan originations and real estate. She made the course much more enjoyable and I also relish the fact that she summarized the material in a concise yet succinct fashion. The Insurance Agent Crash Course Class was very helpful in identifying areas of strength and weakness for preparing to take the State certification. The instructor was very knowledgeable and included real world examples to support legal and policy requirements that affect our interactions with the public as insurance agents. He answered all student questions clearly and completely. I am glad I participated in the 9 hour session.
