I'm super excited for getting my Florida's Sales Associate Real Estate License through Gold coast Real Estate School. I passed my State Exam on July 30, 2022 and passed my post License exam on September 16, 2022. I thank all my Instructors: Mr. Lesbirel, Ms. Dianne and Ms. Rose For their excellent job they're doing in helping so many people to obtaining the Real Estate Sales Associate License in Florida. Thank You !!

Excellent experience. Definitely lucky to have had Walt as my instructor! Just did the cram course again with Walt. Very helpful experience! Thanks again. Just completed my post-licensing course. Frances was a fun and lively instructor! Thanks again for doing an excellent job. I have now just completed the FREC II course for brokers. Again, it was a great experience and Ed was a good instructor. I would definitely recommend Gold Coast for anyone looking to get in Real Estate transactions.

Why would you give this Amazing school one star because you had a problem with your google map.This school had nothing to do with your google map taking you in the wrong directions.That’s on you & not this school.Either you learn how to update your map or get a better phone and not a cheap one but do not blame the school for this. Common sense! FYI the post says leave reviews about your experience @ the school, not google. If you have a problem with google than I advise you to go on their website and leave google your complaint but do not put dis on the school website because it’s not their fault you don’t no your directions because reading what you wrote sounds so crazy & stupid at dis point; if I didn’t know any better I would think that you are a child throwing a temper tantrums…SMH! I just took my final exam Sunday that passed and I passed with an 88! Diane is such a great teacher. This school really lives up to the great things they say about it. I’m definitely coming back to do a refresher when it’s time to take my state board exam. It was worth every penny !

Dianne Skopal was amazing, but he entire class was a lot of hours but she was precise, knowledgeable and extremely on point.

Incredible staff knowledgeable professors…..Ms. Beltran and her substitute for one weekend Walt the support both online and of course the staff available to answer any questions. My advice DO YOUR ONLINE QUIZZES!!!!!! All of them don’t miss even an hour in class. I would recommend this school to anyone it’s the best in Florida.

I took the real estate sale associate course with Steve Gaffney, I had an overall great experience. He is a wonderful teacher and extremely knowledgeable I would definitely recommend this school to others

I literally had THE BEST TEACHER! Her name was Mrs. Diane S at the lantana location and she was Amazing. I went for the Real Estate course. I can’t rave about her enough. She made the learning , fun and easy to understand. Gave real life Scenarios and just broke things down so effectively. I definitely recommend Gold Coast and will be going there again for my next License. Just take that leap of faith and go for it guys.

First, I want to say that taking the course at Gold Coast had to be one of the best personal decisions I have ever made. I had Instructor Larry Singh and as a person who has had hundreds of instructors throughout my former profession and being a former instructor myself. Larry had to be one of the best instructors I have ever had in my life. I also want to state that Instructor Steve and Instructor Walter Lesbirel were excellent as well. One other important thing that a lot of reviews do not touch on, is the relationships you make and build with your classmates. Which in turn can help you network in the future. I Would definitely recommend Gold Coast to anyone.

I had a great experience and my instructor Diane Skopas is a great instructor she is very professional and funny which makes for a fun learning experience. Everyone at the school was very helpful and nice. I am on my way at starting my career in Real Estate!

I had had such a great experience at Gold Coast School of Real Estate, and I personally don’t think giving the school a 5-star-rating is a enough. “There’s an old say, behind every good school is a great instructor.” Well, Gold Coast School of Real Estate has earned that respect. I just got done with the 6-day class, and it’s what I’d call a “boot-camp”, not because it was hard; but because of the time period (Monday-Friday at 9am-6pm). Anyway, what made my experience so excellent is the great Instructor, Diane Skopas! She’s probably one of the best instructor that I have ever met. In her class she’d make sure that you stay on your feet by making sure that you didn’t come here to waste your time, and she’s very repetitive when it comes to the subject that’s being taught. Having said all that; when it comes to Real Estate School, whether it’s for Pre-licensing , Post-licensing or anything that has to do with real state, think of “Gold Coast School of Real Estate “as your only reference.

It was a great class and great location (clean, safe and conformable environment) I wish they would offer more classes in a closer and more convenient location. Lantana 38miles close to more than 60min every day one way is far. Finding myself in a disadvantage due to lost of travel time every morning and evening traffic. There is a location in Stuart, FL but not many courses offered. Online is definitely not for me.

I can say Gold Coast School has amazing professional professors who really know there stuff and can relate personal real life experiences in relations to the content in which we have to learn. I give Gold Coast a 5 star review for exceptional knowledge and service.

I enjoyed my post licensing class with Irene Hey. It was a long week but she kept me motivated and had a good sense of humor. I gave her a recommendation for a handy man, and she gave me a CPA to work with. All in all, she was a great teacher.

I did the night class with Steve Gaffney in Lantana and it was so much more than what I thought I was going to get. I was nervous about taking a night class because I was worried the teacher would be tired and not teach as good but I was truly mistaken. I LOVED him! He is so smart, funny and cares about his students passing not only the school exam but the State exam as well. I recommend everyone that’s interested but scared to to do it, do the night class with Mr. Gaffney. I will miss him and my classmates.

Instructor Dan is a brilliant man all around. Great teacher, explains the lesson clearly and in detail. Funny and very helpful! Thank you Mr Dan!

Took MLO course with Dan… he made boring, mundane, material interesting and entertaining. His experience and knowledge was second amazing. It was worth the money and time!

Walt was great! I loved his stories because they made me remember when it came to test questions. I had a great experience.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Cross your fingers you get Diane Skopas as your instructor. She somehow manages to keep a 9 hour a day course entertaining and informative. A++ Gold Coast. If you're reading this, don't wait, it's a fantastic experience!

Excellent instruction. Diane was phenomenal! All instruction was thorough and Diane was patient. You definitely get your money's worth!

Dan was my instructor and he was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of real world application along with teaching the important topics found on the test. The class was a bit dense with material but it went quick. You’re also able to retake the class as many times as you want throughout the year before taking the state MLO test.

Being new to the MLO I was very impressed with Dan and his teaching method and his knowledge. I would highly recommend Dan for future classes.

i took the pre licensing course with professor Wachuku. I feel like he prepared us for the industry. Funny and Attentive. Recomend him and tje school 100%

Attending Gold Coast for acquiring my real estate license was the best decision I have made. The professor was extremely professional. He made the experience enjoyable and fun. You can tell he really loves what he does. The best part is that he wants you to pass and succeed in the real estate career by making sure you know the material. Loved this experience. I would not go anywhere else. I have taken my pre-licemsing, CRAM and post-licensing classes with Gold Coast with 3 different instructors and they are all terrific. I plan to take additional real estate courses in the near future. All make learning easy and relatable by using real life experiences along the book curriculum. You will not fall asleep with their instructors. Don't waste your time or money by going anywhere else.

I took the month long Sales Associate Licensing Course at Gold Coast Schools in Lantana. The instruction was specifically geared toward teaching students to pass the classroom test, which is a prerequisite for taking the State exam. My instructor was Walter Lesbirel, J.D. Whether you are taking a Real Estate course for the first time, or you are an experienced and seasoned Realtor from another state as I am, learning the law as it pertains specifically to Florida, will be the lions share of the test. Florida works very differently than most North East states and it is important to understand the nuances. Having a Real Estate attorney's perspective is a uniquely qualified and informative one. I passed the classroom test and will be sitting for the State exam in the coming days. Good Luck to me & you!

Just finished my one week sales associate course with Diana Skopas. She was very helpful and professional. Her teaching ways were the most effective tools to help retain information in a more “ easier “ way that helped me retain information way faster. By using examples , nemonic devices, etc. Definitely the best teacher i’ve had and definitely wouldn’t have passed without her help.

I took the 7-day Sales Associate Pre-license course with Gaspar Lucania. Covering 19 chapters worth of information seemed overwhelming at first but our instructor kept us motivated and on schedule. He made learning fun by providing the highlights, acronyms as memory aids, real life anecdotes and group practice working out the math problems. I definitely received a good head start prepping for the state exam.

I messed around for a couple months with one of those cheap online schools, but had trouble disciplining myself to do the hours. Finally threw in the towel and signed up for the 7-day class at Gold Coast. It was night and day difference having a great instructor (L. Gaspare) teaching the material instead of reading through slides on an app. I highly recommend doing Gold Coast and especially if you can get Gaspare as an instructor.

Had the week long class with Diane Skopas. She was great! She kept it interesting, fun, yet professional. Would definitely recommend doing the Sales Associate 63 hour course with her.

Dan is very knowledgeable in his profession in mortgage lending. I learned a lot from the course and would recommend him. He gives real world examples through his experience

I took the one day Property Manager course. My only regret is that it was too short and Dan the professor could only cover a small fraction of the subject. It would have been helpful to have had an outline of the topics to be followed and discussed instead of jumping around in the text book.

I took the sales associate (real estate) course with Diane Spokas and she was AMAZING!!! I did my course in one week (Monday- Sunday 9-6) by Tuesday I was regretting my decision I felt that it was too much to learn in one week but Diane kept reassuring us that if we payed attention we would be fine. TRUST HER! You will be fine!! She knows what she’s doing, she is so knowledgeable. She teaches you sayings to help you learn the material, shortcuts etc. If you have the option of picking your professor request Diane.

Gold Coast has by far been the most enjoyable experience I've had in my educational career! I am so grateful for instructor Rose , she is an amazing teacher and was very helpful when explaining the topic. Rose's teachings allowed me to get a higher score than a 70 which proves that she knows what she's doing. She goes above and beyond!

I have an Engineering degree but it’s been 36 years since I last attended School. I was a little nervous taking the week class as it was a lot of information to absorb in one week but I took it and passed.My daughter and friends took the 30 days class which probably wasn’t as draining on the mind, but our class Tutor Diane Skopas was amazing and made it all possible. She takes her time, she is very patient and presents the material over and over again until it sinks in. In all my education years I can honestly say that Diane is the best Tutor I have ever crossed paths with. Great experience every time I’ve been here! Ray was the 63-hr One week course instructor- he made that "boot camp" much more enjoyable than it would have been. I feel like I'm set up for success in my upcoming state exam.

I did my Post License at this location and my Pre-License at the Boca Raton location. I had Ray for Pre-License and Fred for Post-License, I learned so much from them. Money well spent! I passed all exams at first try. I look forward to returning for my Broker License.

I participated in the 7 day Real Estate Sales Associate Class and completed the course yesterday. The overall process of scheduling the class, clearing a waiting list to take it sooner, and having one of the most positive, uplifting instructors was an A+. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. My instructor Fran Jarvis was extremely motivational, kept the entire class engaged, and did a fabulous job to prepare us. She was totally perceptive to everyone's needs and addressed them all. Fran was dedicated dedicated to making sure each of us were prepared to pass. There is not doubt, I will be sticking with Gold Coast for all of my training needs.
