After being referred to Gold Coast to achieve my real estate license, I would definitely recommend it to anyone. My instructor Marlene Montenegro has been amazing and knowledgeable and has made the whole learning experience enjoyable. I also want to thank Sashle, who has made me feel more comfortable with all her help and guidance with the application process. This school is the way to go!

Hace unos dias llegue a Gold Coast, North Miami con un proposito claro, pasar el examen de mi licencia como Realtor o vendedor de bienes raices, encontre un ambiente de la escuela muy acogedor , un grupo de companeros sonadores entusiastas y muy motivados, pero por encima de todo una Profesional como profesora, Yesmin, que sabe transmitir muy claro su mensaje, termine mi curso pase mi examen de escuela y a los 4 dias ya habia logrado obtener excelentes resultados en mi prueba de estado. We did the 7 days (Mon to Sun - 9am to 6pm) class. It was very intense!!! But we had a great and very professional teacher. We learned a lot and we are happy to say that we passed the test. We recommend Gold Coast Schools.

My experience with Gold Coast Schools was fantastic. The knowledge I gained in just a few short weeks was thanks to the impressive instructor I had, Laurina Emiliani. Her command of the subject matter was evidenced by her many years of experience. This real-life, first-hand knowledge of the real estate world allowed her to translate complicated and sometimes intimidating course material into simple, understandable concepts. Her teaching style was interactive and engaging and on top of her helping me pass my exam with a really strong score, she inspired me to revive a few personal endeavors I have put on the back burner. Definitely try to get this instructor if you take the course here--you won't regret it.

I would certainly recommend Gold Coast to friends and family. I feel prepared to pass the class and the state exam. Gold Coast Schools is a beacon of light in the pathway to real estate licensing. They are organized, informative, have friendly staff and great instructors. I am a 35+ year veteran in real estate in another state and attended the 1 week pre-licensing classes with Diane Skopas to get my FL license. She was an excellent instructor and made a huge amount of information manageable with memory tricks and detailed repetitive examples on the math. Spending 46 minutes on the phone would have been a nightmare if it wasn’t for Brenda, I don’t know what I would have done! She’s answered all of my questions that I was previously misinformed of over a year! She also gave me information that I didn’t even know I was going to need! She needs a raise ASAP! Just finished 7 day, 63h real estate associate course at Lantana location and the teacher Diane did the amazing job teaching us, she did everything to help us to understand everything that written at the book using real examples from her experience . Great class on property management, professor was very knowledgeable of the subject both on a professional level and regulatory knowledge. Class was had lots of engagement between professor and students, students shared information that was helpful to others. I first attended GC for my real estate license back in 1997, I’ve been coming back since for additional classes, they are still the best in Florida

I have taken my sales associate and broker classes with gold coast. Excellent school and most of all the campus director April Barnes was fantastic. The customer service was excellent. She was very prompt in answering all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend attending this school for Real Estate.

Get my license renewal today at the Lantana office. Great place, clean, comfortable and excellently staffed with friendly and helpful personnel. The most important part of my experience was the Instructor. Helena Grossberg is an amazing teacher, she made us all feel welcome and happy to be there. Ms. Grossberg will go over and over a subject until every one understood, with a very clear voice and no rushing anybody. She create a friendly and happy atmosphere. Class was fun and helpful I did the in person class but I know they also have the online course wich it’s good my tutor was Helena Grossberg she was amazing , she goes over everything and gets you ready for the class exam and the state exam.

Kayla was so nice, then was even nicer by helping through the final process for approval to DBPR.She made everything so much easier. Great talking to someone on the phone than just through text. Good now until September 2025.

Bill and Dan are really great teachers! They both have different styles and switch instructors every couple hours so you don't get bored. They are very knowledgeable in the mortgage field. Pay attention!! Try so soak up their years of experience. They keep it interesting and even make a rule driven industry funny. If you have a choice of a location and company to use for your testing, do not go elsewhere!

I had some questions for my Real Estate license and Brenda Fletcher was amazing and pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend Gold Coast to everyone.

Professor Laurina was really good as she made sure we constantly reviewed the course information to properly understand the material. Prior to taking the exam she did one last review and I passed. My advice to future students would be to not miss class, because one class could cost you to lose 1 point on the final exam. It was worth the money spent, but it takes dedication to learning and studying.

Our instructor Walt Lebirel was instrumental in my success in completing the pre-license course. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate the wisdom and life stories he shared during the class—awesome real estate school.

this is my 2nd course at gold coast. 1st my pre real estate associate licensing course and 7 years later my brokers course. Both times I had amazing instructors. For my brokers, I had the pleasure of working with Francis Jarvis. She was knowledgeable, experienced in multiple fields of real estate and told great stories to help relate the topic. I highly recommend this school for Real estate.

For anyone considering getting their Real Estate Sales Associate License, look no further than Gold Coast, BUT, make sure you take the seven day course at the Lantana location, AND, demand that you get in Diane Skopas' class. Diane teaches so that you will PASS the course test, and understand the concepts as well. If you're serious about getting your license, then get into Diane's class. You will thank me :)

Got my real estate broker's license here long ago. Whenever I need help they have always been very efficient and easy to work with

Steve Gaffney was hilarious, gave great career advice, and taught us so very much. It was hard going 3 nights a week until 10:30pm, but Steve kept us laughing and working hard. I also found Walt's review on the cram weekend incredibly helpful. Thanks to both men--I passed on the first try! Office staff super friendly and helpful. Oh, every person I talked to in the business recommended Gold Coast. They were right.

I have been trying to pass my state exam for 4 years already. With Gaspare Lucania’s assistance I was able to pass over this past weekend. He was able to break everything down so you can comprehend the material. Very knowledgeable and cares about his students passing. Mr.Ray was truly amazing! For my experience I felt it go smooth. I was in the one week course! In the beginning I thought it was going to be super stressful & that I wasn’t going to be able to learn something. But I was wrong! Excellent class. I did the 63 hour real estate class and passed the certification. Ray was an excellent teacher. He had lots of real life examples to help remember concepts. Lots of information in a short amount of time but his teaching style made the class enjoyable and totally worth it!

honestly this is the best school for real esate. The professors are outstanding and knowledge ; professor steve and gaspare are really world class teachers! The receptionist's out front are always willing to help and take care of you. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to start real estate.

Thank you Diane Skopas!!! I had gotten pre approval to sit for the state exam prior to enrolling in Gold Coast. I wanted to get that out of the way so I could just focus on the class. Glad I did BECAUSE ITS A LOT OF INFORMATION!!! So glad Dianne Skopas was my instructor. She was awesome! She made sure the class conversation stayed on topic so we didn't deviate from what was IMPORTANT! We had 7 days S-M 9-6p so we had to really get it! That is the best schedule if you don't have a lot of free time. I took PTO from my job and did it! Glad I did, Dianne was like a lioness! She basically only taught what was going to be on the school's exam and state exam-NOTHING ELSE!!!! She is Extremely educated and laser focused on making sure we got what we needed! To be honest, I only studied in class. After 9-6p class for 7 days my brain was slushed! so I didn't do anything extra when I got home and I still PASSED!!! God is GOOD, I thank God for Dianne and GoldCoast!

This class was the most exciting class that learning was fun. I will definitely be referring my friend and family to this school. Our instructor was Mr. Lesbirel is awesome. So glad that he was my instructor.

What an experience! And the most rewarding one at that. I can honestly say that I owe it all to my instructor, Walt, who’s teaching style was nothing more than impeccable to me… I was extremely nervous walking in, as I haven’t been to ANY class in 20+ years… I was convinced that I couldn’t learn, as I’ve been out of the game for quite some time. But Walt proved otherwise, that I COULD learn and assimilate information, all of the intricate and important details of the industry. At the end of the course, I scored an 82% on the test, which I never thought I could do! But I did! I’m proud of myself, and I thank Gold Coast for my accomplishment, Walt first and foremost! I recommend GC to anyone that wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate. Good luck!!

Gold Coast School for RE (Real Estate) has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my studies with them. The classroom Professor/Instructor embedded in our heads what we needed to know to pass.
