I actually found Climer through google. I scheduled a week long vacation from work to travel to Orlando from Gainesville just for this class and due to the large amount of positive reviews. Alan did NOT disappoint. I feel prepared and ready to tackle any and everything in life alone with his motivation alone. He truly makes you believe in yourself and your capabilities as an individual. Not to mention the friends I have made. I will never forget this experience and the relationships formed within this 6 day warrior course. I highly recommend this school and Alan as an instructor.

I was referred to the Climber by my realtor and I am so happy that I chose this school. I took their one-week pre-license class. The class was no doubt very challenging because it had to cover almost 500 pages in a week but our instructor, Alan, definitely made it achievable and enjoyable. He is so knowledgeable, humorous and personal. He not only covered all the content for the tests but also gave us invaluable advices for our future career. The class made me feel so confident to take the class exam and state exam. They also offer career coaching programs that can help us achieve our goals as real estate agents. First started taking an online real estate class and was way too much information to try and teach myself. I was told to try climer and took the week course with Alan who made the class a lot of fun and effective learning! It’s a lot of info to take in a week and study but you get it done and feel confident in passing. I would recommend to anyone wanting their license.

I took the one week 63 hr pre license class at Climer. It is a lot of info and long days but Uncle Bill made it fun, he was energetic and kept us engaged. I passed the state exam on the 1st try ! Few weeks later I took the 45 post license class it was taught by Andy the owner. He was also fun, we had great guest speakers.

Climer really is THE BEST Real Estate School. I took the 1 week corse with Allen Chapmen. He was an AMAZING teacher! The “clues” they give you are just what you need to remember to pass your test! I also signed up for Andy’s practice exam videos. That was probably the best thing I could have done. So, if you’re considering getting your license, CLIMER is definitely the school you should go to. I passed my real estate exam the first time thanks to an amazing experience with Climer School of Real Estate! My class was small (only five of us) and our main instructor was George. This was George���s first time instructing for Climer and he was superb! This material is very challenging to learn much less to teach! Bill was there to help guide us and add on to the more difficult lessons. Both instructors are intelligent, genuine, and FUNNY! It felt like a family. The people I met in class are now my friends. I prayed for God to guide me down the correct path and help me choose the best real estate class. My realtor (now like family as well) that sold me my second home suggested Climer and it was the best decision I ever made. Will definitely take my Post 45 hour class here too. Laurina Emiliani my favorite teacher out of all the teachers I have ever had. She has passion to teach. Ask her about her story! She overcame so much in life and is a true inspiration. I asked God to send me a teacher I could focus and learn with and as soon as I walked through the door and heard her speak in the first sentence I knew I was meant to be in her class! She is patient, speaks clearly and slow. She does not laugh at your questions, she repeated anything you need help with to understand. She does not get bothered or annoyed easily. She makes you feel confident. She has passion because she is always laughing, and smiling, and is super personable. I honestly was so afraid of taking this class again. I took it during pandemic through Gold Coast in Miami and had a truly awful traumatizing experience because the teacher was too fast and had a major accent. Didn’t care about us and just wanted it over and done with. Laurina has truly encouraged me! My connection to her was off from start. I even bought her book which she autographed. I am so happy to have met her and to continue my future studies hopefully with her!! I got an 85% on the class test. And am off to the state test now! Thank you so much Laurina, you are the best!

Great school for the pre license real estate course. Laurina Emiliani is a great teacher who focuses on specific test related questions and answers all student questions with ease and knowledge. Passed the course exam with a 86%! Make sure you show up to class and study all highlights and study guides. Flash cards are always a great way to retain important information. Great experience overall and front office staff is also there to work with you through any specific questions.

Deborah and Gasper are hands-down the best teachers there if you’re going with gold coast try your best and get in with them! A lot of my fellow classmates started our 63 hour course at the Boca campus. We weren’t doing well there. The last five days we transferred to Tamarack with Deborah she saved us! We got to pass our class exams with pretty much just five days of our education also with Gasper‘s tutoring, without these two we wouldn’t have made it !

I just finished the 63 Hour Real Estate Sales Associate course this past week with Gaspare Lucania. He’s a great instructor and what I appreciated about learning from him is that he works in the industry as a broker, so he was not teaching us based on theory but rather based on real life application.
