Kevin patiently logged onto the course and assured me that all was well with my log-in. He explained that the course instructor was running behind and not to worry or panic, class will begin soon. He was sincere, apologetic on behalf of the class starting late and instructed me to call back if there were any other issues that I may have. Kevin also followed up with an email!!! Kevin is AWESOME!!!

I’m blown away by how much I learned in a continuing ed class! My instructor Jose Rodriguez was excellent and gave us tools that we can actually apply to our everyday RE careers and not just a bunch of useless information. He was informative yet entertaining but in a subdued way, chill but not too chill! His voice wasn’t monotone and he had a lot of knowledge due to firsthand experience in the field of RE. It’s a shame he’s retiring from the game bc I would absolutely work for this man! Thank you Gold Coast for employing such an instructor!
