I had a great experience with gold coast. I completed my class in an online class forum. I was nervous about taking the 63 hour sales associate course online rather than in a classroom. The Gold coast online course worked great and saved me alot of gas. The professor Marylin Guevara was great! She presented the material in a very unstanding way and was extremely energetic when presenting the information. I am thankful that she was my professor she made the experience enjoyable and helped the course material stick. I would highly recommend attending gold coast.

No obstante para mi fue un poco difícil ya que es completamente diferente los procesos, leyes, etc de Bienes Raíces en la Florida. "COMPLETAMENTE" . I had to take this pre licensing course three different times. I dropped out twice before even making it halfway through the course. Obtaining my real estate license has been a goal of mine for quite some time now, although for personal reasons I was not able to follow through with the commitment. The third time around was the charm (for my course exam). As a working mother juggling a million things, I finally managed to make it to my course exam day and pass. Lisa Vizcaino was my instructor and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. As a teacher, she kept our class engaged and interested, in addition to making it fun! She’s the epitome of a class act and star role model to someone who thrives in this profession. Truly, she is so admirable. Can’t give enough thanks to her. It was such a pleasure to meet her and have the opportunity to learn from her.

I have nothing to say but good things about my experience with Gold Coast school! From the staff that assist with registration meaning Alba Ortega to the Teacher Jose Luis Arreaza. This is the 2nd course I took with him and he amazed me with his extensive knowledge about real estate, laws, updates on Nar and Frec, in addition to the charisma to teach his classes. Another plus is that you can take a class in English or Spanish, by zoom or in the classroom!!

I have just passed my state exam for Real Estate Broker, the truth is I am very pleased by the professionalism and quality of this school, especially with Professor José Antonio Velázquez. Excellent environment, very friendly and professional people, good size of classroom, good technology, clean building, gentleman restrooms very clean.- nice space on cafeteria place. Good parking lot . Very high level of teachers-coaching-trainers staff.- I got my Property and Casualty 2-20 Licence & Surplus line 5 years ago as well, and now I’m in the process of getting Real Estate license.- I’m very confident on Gold Cost Highly recommended ! Thank u all .-
