I was in a Broker pre licensing course for the past 2 weeks and Melanie Branan and Grady DiGiovanni did an exceptional job to make sure we were comfortable at all times. Grady was always early and cleaned up the meeting room every morning. She was very informative and always had a smile on her face. Melanie was very engaging and happily answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. I am a senior citizen and not computer literate. You need to keep these 2 on the payroll for sure.
Also, the instructor, CeCe Campbell did an exceptional job with providing all the information we needed to advance our test taking skills.

Gracias!!! Pase mi examen de estado a la primera. Mi técnica de estudio: estudie online, indispensable hacer el Cram, complemente con los videos del profe en YouTube y repase los capítulos en orden de puntaje, los cap que tenían más puntos primero. El examen de estado tiene mala traducción al español: por decir “soborno” dec��an reembolso, lo que cambiaba toda la comprensión de la pregunta, ahí que meterle lógica pero lo que me gusto mucho de la escuela es que te preparan con varias palabras mal traducidas, muchas de las preguntas del Cram salian tal cual en el examen. Excelente escuela, excelente profe! Recomendadisimo.

I believe Gold Coast is a very professional environment overall.
Our teachers/coaches Bill and Jeff at the Doral location were outstanding, professional and knowledgeable, and both made the class extremely fun to be there in person.
The house of horror was also very interesting with Nelson, although the morning of the visit I received an email from GC sending me for the 9AM meeting to the Tamarrac location instead of Weston, making me waste over 45 min going back and forth.
Other than that glitch, overall it was a very educational and fun experience.
I believe Gold Coast is a very professional environment overall.
