Laurina *at the Lantana location - (this last weekend) was an execellent instructor. I found her to be very knowledgeable and well versed in the industry. It was a pleasure being in her class and I would welcome the opportunity to be a part of her class in the future. Nothing but "Awesome" would describe her!!!! I had a great experience with the whole process getting my Real State license… I want to recognize Mr.Lowe the teacher for my post license course. He was really knowledgeable about material and also had good sense of humor! Thank you also to everyone that helps along the way! Highly recommended!

Maxime cuando se cuenta con una instructora de la talla de Yanetsy Ramirez. Yanetsy es magistral en la conduccion del curso, muy didactica, amena, activa y dedicada por entero a sus estudiantes. De ahi que, sino todos, la gran mayoria aprobo satisfactoriamente el curso. 10/10 !! Muy buena experiencia, hice el curso de una semana para Sales Associate en espanol y la profesora YANETSY fue exelente, muy practica en el momento de explicar y tambien muy pendite que todos aprendieramos los conceptos.

This school is very great and help me pass the state test on my first try. I congratulate all my instructors, specially Dawn, She has excellent communication skills to teach to non-native English speaker students and very patient with all students to make sure you understand.

In the beginning of the course I wasn’t so sure about the class. I almost forfeited until I had a one on one with instructor Terry. He assured me that everything I was concerned about was not ignored and encouraged me to continue. He was funny, knows his stuff and believed that all his students were going to pass. And to be honest, every time looked back at the students that were turning in their test… they all were getting passing scores. So you know we had a great instructor. Thank you Gold Coast for a great instructor. I gave it a 4 for facility or building reasons. But overall my class experience was a 5. And the peers were all nice, friendly and helpful.

What can i say absolutely ladies at help desk at Gold coast. Caroline, Ines, Nayled and Rachel were not only very helpful but made the enrollment process seamless and most of all very pleasant. Had the best time during. 10 stars to all these amazing ladies!

CE course for Home Inspector was great. The professor Hans Pinto, is very knowledgeable and engages with the class to describe the information and gets people involved. Highly recommended this course if you are needing to renew your Home Inspector licenses

Had a great experience! I am an over thinker and a bit OCD so I put myself through more stress than required but it insured a passing grade! The Facilitator Jorge Schiefelly it is very knowledgeable, responsible, respectful and punctual. This is the 2nd time I have classes with him and I can say he knows about Real Estate and learn about his experiences.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Gold Coast. I had Kathy Escalera, she is very knowledgeable in her Kraft, very educated and professional. They way she helps you and address any of your questions or concerns. This school has been one disappointing experience after another. The school sent me the wrong books from the beginning, sent me a roofing book instead of a plumbing book. Then had multiple books on back order, sending me books that were not the most recent ones, so had to get them resent. It was a cluster of disasters. After all this debacle I requested to modify my program, because I’d purchased the pre-recorded version of the course, which is worth very little because it was not pre-recorded recently (it’s from January 2023) over a year ago. I then asked to add the live lessons spending more money, but thought this would help me get something from this program. The person I work with Sebastian (which is the only good thing about this school) tried to get the promo that was going on at the time. Of course they denied the promo and said the best they could do is 15% off. They never said I had to use the promo within a few days or weeks. So today I am requesting to add the promo and purchase the live lessons and his supervisor denied me 15% off. After all the turmoil, they found it too much to give me 15% off of $395, when I had already spent over $2200. Great business sense! This company is literally the worst choice go with CamTech. Spend a bit more but remember you get what you pay for!

I used Gold Coast in the past for real estate and wasn't very satisfied of the work book. Yet I decided to give it another shot, as I am now aiming at getting my CGC license. I understand that we all make mistakes, but how many typos can one booklet contain? Don't you guys have someone proofreading your material? It's so unprofessional, in my opinion, to find errors like a + instead of a -, power instead of powder, spoils instead of soil, 65% instead of 0.65%, or even, one of the plans upside down on the page (mind you, this is only examples in about 10 pages of content, imagine in both of the booklets). It was the same for the work book I had in real estate. I have to study by myself, because of my schedule and I feel disrespected to pay for such sloppy work books, the answer keys aren't even detailed enough to study on your own actually. I should have went with some other school. Actually, I don't know about construction school but if you are looking for real estate classes, check out Magnolia School of Real Estate, Michelle is awesome and extremely up to date with her content. I will do my Post Licensing with her.

My instructor had arthritis and couldn't write very well because of the pain. Even though she suffered from the pain, I along with my classmates suffered more since we didn't receive the quality education we paid for. I actually paid for the class through another school. Had this solicitation not been sent to me I would not have written this review because i wasn't thinking about how this school failed me.

Yo tome el curso de Bienes Raíces en Español y la experiencia fue excelente. Tomé el curso de una semana y la verdad que a pesar de ser bastante contenido, aprobé el curso. Claramente hay q estudiar. Un punto a resaltar es que la profesora Yanetsy explica muy bien todo el contenido. Gracias a la dedicación de ella de enseñarnos todo y al esfuerzo personal aprobé mi examen.Quien prefiera el curso en español, se los recomiendo 100%.

Awesome class. Stan is a great teacher, the class curriculum flowed well, the energy was strong which kept the class engaged. There is no doubt that Stan has a lot of experience in his field which he conveyed to the class. The lessons learned came from years of experience and are invaluable.

It all started back in 2002 when I HAD to get a contractors license in order to still work in Florida so a friend of mine was a Teacher at Gold Coast School of Construction I studied 6 months took the weekend mock tests and when I went up to Orlando take the test I was so prepared because of what this school teaches I past with flying color, Do yourself a favor and and join the team and get the results you want from a School with an AWESOME TRACK RECORD
