i recently completed a 3.5-week pre-license real estate course instructed by bill christen, and i can't speak highly enough of the experience. bill's teaching style truly sets him apart from any other instructor i've had. from the very first day, he created an atmosphere that was both comfortable and engaging, making the learning environment enjoyable right from the start. bill's extensive knowledge and passion for real estate are evident in every lesson. he has an exceptional ability to break down complex concepts into easily digestible pieces, which made grasping the material straightforward and less daunting. his real-world examples and practical insights brought the coursework to life, making it not just informative but genuinely interesting. throughout the course, bill demonstrated an impressive command of the subject matter and was always ready to answer questions with clear, thorough explanations. his enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to his students' success were evident in every class. by the end of the course, i felt incredibly well-prepared for the pre-licensing exam, thanks to his expert instruction and supportive teaching approach. if you're looking for a real estate course that is both educational and enjoyable, bill christen is the instructor you want. his class exceeded my expectations in every way, and i am confident that the knowledge and skills i gained will serve me well in my future real estate career.

My class end last night and let say with the tutelage of Bill Christen, I was able to pass the class. Bill made it super easy to understand the material, and took into consideration that I hadn't been in a classroom in over 20 years. I'm not sure how good the other instructors are but if you do considerate real estate as a career option, look into Gold Coast and get Uncle Bill as an instructor. I'm recommending a few coworkers that wanna take the class and I'm referring them to Gold Coast. Bill is the best.

I was able to take the Florida Broker course via Zoom with Instructor Rick Suarez. I can’t say enough good things about this instructor. He was an excellent teacher and very thorough in preparing you for the test. I highly recommend Gold Coast Schools. Mr Saurez thank you.

As a retired nurse, I have a lot of hours that need to be accounted for. In addition, I did Nursing all my working life. Not because I don't like to take care of patients, but because I wanted a change. Since I love Real Estate, I opted for Real Estate School. I must add that Professor Diane SKopas is awesome. She makes me love the class even more. I love how she incorporates her own experiences as a Sales Associate, Broker Associate, and business owner, into her teaching skills. As I said before, I recommend Gold Coast Real Estate Schools to anyone who wants to learn the Principles and Laws of Real Estate.

Miss Emiliani is a great teacher, she really cares about her students and wants them to succeed. She has been incredibly helpful and available outside of the classroom as well.

Professor Laurina Emiliani is GREAT, she CARES about her students, and she wants to see everyone succeed. The class is broken down very well and in a way that’s easy to understand the material. Communication is open, easy and kind.

The professor Laurina, is very knowledgeable and thorough. She explains everything in great detail and breaks up the material in a way that is easier to understand. She is very patient and helpful. I definitely recommend coming to the class in person because the material is explained in more detail than it is in the book

Thank you Diane Skopas!!!👌🙌��� I had gotten pre approval to sit for the state exam prior to enrolling in Gold Coast. I wanted to get that out of the way so I could just focus on the class. Glad I did BECAUSE ITS A LOT OF INFORMATION!!! So glad Dianne Skopas was my instructor. She was awesome! She made sure the class conversation stayed on topic so we didn't deviate from what was IMPORTANT! We had 7 days S-M 9-6p so we had to really get it! That is the best schedule if you don't have a lot of free time. I took PTO from my job and did it! Glad I did, Dianne was like a lioness!😂👌 She basically only taught what was going to be on the school's exam and state exam-NOTHING ELSE!!!! She is Extremely educated and laser focused on making sure we got what we needed! To be honest, I only studied in class. After 9-6p class for 7 days my brain was slushed! so I didn't do anything extra when I got home and I still PASSED!!! God is GOOD, I thank God for Dianne and GoldCoast!

Walt Lesbirel was a terrific teacher. I struggled in school and put off trying to get my license for years because I was afraid I could not do it. My teacher got straight to the point and told us exactly what we needed to do to pass. He told great stories that helped me remember things. I was over the moon when I passed the class with an 89 and passed the state exam on my first try. I highly recommend this school to anyone wanting to get their real estate license. You are in good hands, especially if Mr. Lesbirel is your teacher.

The continuous education course was very opportune due to the big change that is coming on August 17, 2024. The rest of the material presented was very productive and well presented by Jose Miguel Arreaza.

I recently attended the continuing education class for State license General Contractor’s held on 8/10-8/11 2024 in Tamarac. As always I continue to be thoroughly impressed with the quality and content of the instruction despite the faulty HVAC in the classroom. Both instructors Frank and Mike were exceptional and kept the entire class engaged throughout the time in the classroom. They both provided practical insights, answered questions and fostered a collaborative learning environment. We all appreciated their dedication and expertise to ensure that as Contractor’s we stay up to date with our industry knowledge. The course covered essential topics and the collaborative interaction with fellow professionals embossed the course content for everyone in attendance. I will continue to recommend Gold Coast Schools continuing education and training to anyone seeking to become licensed in the profession. Kudos to both Frank and Mike and the Gold Coast team. Gold Coast helped me get 2 licenses on my first try. Ray Clemente is an excellent teacher. I don't know how much he gets paid but it's not enough. Gold Coast Schools is the first school I'd recommend to anyone that wishes to earn a professional license.
