Gold Coast is my go to when seeking a school for licensure. The CE RE class was very informative and the livestream was convenient. I would recommend.

I found the online live stream class to be just what I needed. Delivered the information without the commute. Still gave us plenty of time to ask question and take breaks from sitting at the computer. Our teacher Ray Alexander even found fun ways of keeping us engaged with the material!

Chris and all of the instructors truly prepared me to succeed in passing the exams. I work full time and passed all 3 GC exams within 9 months on the first try for each. Follow their instructions and you will have no issues.

The instructor was awesome and he shared with us his a lot of experience in the field, and the school Gold Coast is the best

Gold Coast made sure we passed the class exam. Our professor Marylin was thorough with the information needed for the real estate pre-licenseing course. She was amazing, she was a blessing! They provide lots of resources for us students to utilize for the state exam which I will now be taking advantage of until I take it.

It is a good place to go and be prepared for the State exam of Real Estate, i really recomend. You have todo trust what they recomend to students.

Clemente was very good and showed interest to communicate with the students in an intelligent way. The only negative was Clemente‘s way of overusing the word RIGHT!

Eduardo Pereira, Jr. is a great industry professional. Amazing experience brought right into the classroom that gave us a clear understanding and brought the text book to life in such a valuable way. Using case studies and his own real life experiences really helped make even the harder to digest content easy to understand. Looking forward to taking the CAM exam sooner than later while I have Mr. Pereira's teachings fresh in my head! Great class!

Brenda Fletcher was the greatest help! It was the best customer service and help that I have ever gotten over the phone. I called because I needed an extension for my course and had some questions and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only fully answer my questions but to help me. After she answered my questions, She told me she was going to find out what she can do in regards to a specific matter and we got off the phone. Not even 5 minutes later she called me back to let me know that everything is good and I should be able to find what I needed now on my account. On Monday, August 19, 2024, I had a question about my CE for Real Estate. I was very lucky to get Brenda Fletcher to chat with from Gold Coast School. She was so lovely, patient and knowledgeable. Brenda put me at ease right away and answered all of my questions. I did my original licensing for Real Estate with Gold Coast 12 years ago, and they never disappoint. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a career in Real Estate. Of course, Brenda was so thorough and professsional that I even felt comfortable emailing her my 93% score and of course she offered her congratulation to me. Kudos to Brenda and Gold Coast!!!!

I take online classes through Gold Coast and anytime I have to go to the office I always have very positive interactions with the staff, especially with Grady at the front desk. When I had to go in and get my fingerprints done she made the experience very quick and easy and was very patient as well.

Went into the location recently to get Mortgage course information. They no longer offer the course but Grady at the front desk gave me information on another school to check out. If I ever find myself needing classes they offer I will certainly go back.

If you are reading this review, you are already on the path to your greatness and success. I seriously recommend the 63 hr - 1 week class with Mr Alan.. I would compare it to a 3 Michelin star restaurant for your brain. In case you don’t know, restaurants that are awarded 3 stars means “ unique experience worth traveling for���. Definitely the best educational experiences in my life from Mr Alan. If you are intimidated or concerned about the challenge of a 1 week class for 9 hrs a day, don’t be! You only need 2 things to pass this class: #1 belief in yourself and capabilities, #2 motivation. Have the confidence and Mr Alan will take care of the rest. Literally. If you don’t take the 1 week class with Mr. Alan you are leaving money on the table. Now I ask you, do you like leaving money on the table for others to take from you or do you want it for yourself?
