Worried that the record retention policy would have expired, I took a chance and called Tamarac. Within minutes Grady had my attendance dates (October 2004) pulled up. A lot was covered. There wasn't no time to feel bored. Great interesting class. A big round of applause, and may GOD continue to bless him for giving a fantastic class.

I passed the state within 2.5 weeks of sitting the Real Estate 63hr course. My lecturer was Deborah Bethune! Now when I say this woman knew her stuff believe me. She was quoting page numbers off the dome. She answers all questions, either patience and clarity. The information was broken down in such a way that it was easy to visualize real life scenarios and make it easy to remember. I enjoyed this course because she kept the whole class engaged. The school itself was very clean and was a great environment, conducive for learning. The staff there is amazing. 10/10 highly and definitely recommend!!!

Las chicas de la recepción son muy atentas y dan información muy detallada para el proceso cuando te registras. El customer service en línea y por teléfono es maravilloso. Le Doy gracias a Dios por haberme desidido por esta escuela mi experiencia fue desde Zoom y lo entendí todo perfecto todo muy bien explicado ,tuve la oportunidad de tener como profesor a Pedro Nieto para mí es EL MEJOR 100%,la atención es súper desde que comencé todo el trámite de registracion hasta mi día del examen .Se las recomiendo mucho.

Mr. Machado is a great instructor! He has a great passing success rate throughout all his courses. 63hr pre license and post 45 course. He is well knowledgeable and teaches you on what you need to know in order to pass. Class was entertaining as well.
