I just completed the 63-hour real estate course with Gaspare and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was absolutely wonderful—he explained everything so clearly and made the material easy to understand. His teaching style kept the class engaging and informative the entire time. Highly recommend taking the course with him if you’re looking to pass and really understand real estate!

Great school to get your license. They help you to comply with all state requirements. The program is excellent and their staff is resourceful and friendly.

First off kudos to my instructor Conroy McKenzie. He was knowledgeable and shared his expertise in such a way that will definitely make you understand. This was my fiest attempt and I can honestly say me passing on first attempt was definitely attributed to how great of a instructor he was. I stopped by to ask questions in person regarding the real estate course. Maggie the associate there was super knowledgeable and super sweet when she answered all of my questions. She let me when the earliest class starts and also there is an online course as well. She let me know what the different payment tiers. She let me know that the instructors are amazing and also that once I am done with the class I can attend a career fair. The parking is free and is located super close to the building.

I recently completed the 72 Broker Pre-Licensing Course. Gaspare Lucania was nothing short of amazing! He easily explained the complex coursework in a fun and friendly fashion. I had an incredible experience, learning ease. Instructor Juan Carlos Velazquez was very professional and highly knowledgeable in the subject. This school has excellent study materials so you can study after class. They have YouTube videos and reviews. In my case, I took the exam on camera. They offer review materials and even practice exams so you can successfully pass both the school exams and the state exam. The school exam wasn't easy, but with the study support, I managed to pass with high marks. I recommend this school, especially for Hispanics looking to study in Spanish. It's excellent!
