Ms. Marlene Montenegro-Toirac was an excellent instructor for the Florida 63-hour Real Estate Sales Associate class. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and extensive experience in the real estate field. Despite the intensity of the one-week course, she made the material easy to dive into, understand, and stay engaged with. Her clear explanations, real-world examples, and structured teaching style made even complex topics manageable and less overwhelming. Julissa is a pretty decent teacher she’s pretty informative. Her English is a little hard to understand with her accent but she doesn’t have an issue with explaining her self or repeating herself over all not bad

Had a fantastic experience taking Julissa Avendano’s night class. This 3.5 week class gave me ample opportunity to study without rushing too much while still giving me the freedom to live my life and meet my responsibilities. Julissa is a fun teacher, and focuses on reinforcing material necessary to pass the school exam and prepare for the state exam.

Havent finished the class but a Great experience so far , 3 weeks of a lot of information but super rewarding when you make it to chapter 19 and you start to see the end of the of the tunnel. Prof Julissa Avendano is amazing!! Love her passion, patience and dedication for her students

Fueron 3 semanas maravillosas de curso en español, aprendí muchísimo, tanto que logré pasar el examen del Estado en el primer intento. Y siento que Judi fue muy importante en este proceso porque nos dio muchas herramientas para estudiar mejor y así poder recordar tanta información. Para mí fue una bendición poder estudiar en español, con ella de profesora y con un muy lindo grupo de compañeros. Súper recomendable estudiar con Judi en North Miami!

While our teacher is very kind and has a great attitude, there is a serious communication barrier due to her limited ability to speak and explain in English. Unfortunately, this makes it extremely difficult for us to understand the lessons or benefit from the class. It feels like a waste of time because we’re not able to follow along or learn effectively. I believe it’s important for the teacher to have a strong command of the language in order to teach and communicate clearly. Took my post Broker class this week. My instructor Cece Campbell was the best! She made learning fun and engaging. The whole class was like family. I would highly recommend Gold Coast Schools, I've got all of my licenses from them in the east Orlando campus.

Definitely recommend to complete your course and then get you ready for your state exam. I had a great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful at the front office and over the phone (East Orlando location). If you can take the class in person with Enrique Garcia , please do. Even though there was a lot of information to cover in a week ,he organized it perfectly. He is very knowledgeable, made everything relatable and easy to understand.

Taking the sales associate accelerated course from PAM COSKEY. She knows the industry and the subject matter having over 20 years of experience. Sometimes it’s like a comedy club because of her humor! Yet, she goes over the material relentlessly to make sure that we understand, comprehend and can apply the complex material.

I only took the CAM courses with this school, so I cannot speak for the other courses they offer. With that being said, taking Gold Coast’s CAM courses was the worst experience of my educational life. I took the pre-licensure course and the CRAM course with 2 different instructors, hoping to have at least 1 decent instructor and unsurprisingly they were both terrible. The PL course instructor spent the entire 2 days just reading the text on the screen to us, they weren’t familiar with the legal updates at all, and they spent a lot of time talking about their new job they were starting. The CRAM instructor sped through the questions and let people answer out loud randomly, making it hard to follow the information. Yet somehow they still didn’t even make it through half of the study material because they spent more time checking their phone, talking about their family, or answering questions about people’s personal experiences which aren’t relevant to the exam. Overall, both courses were a disaster in my opinion. You might think, well at least the materials they provide are helpful…WRONG. The textbooks they provide have so many typos and the PowerPoints they use have clearly not been updated in several years. Gold Coast and their instructors are an embarrassment to the CAM profession and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging so much money to waste people’s time. If I pass the CAM exam, it will certainly not be because of Gold Coast.

I registered for the course in Osceola Parkway. I cleared my schedule for the in person course, the class was cancelled and I was not given any notice. The receptionist informed me the day of class.

As a 35 year old who hasn’t been to school in 13 years I’m glad I made the right choice to join Gold Coast. After reviewing countless reviews I keep reading about Bill Christen the real estate teacher they have there , so I called and paid for the course and specifically asked for him. Bill Christen not only made this class joyful and not dreadful, but positively impacted my life and the way I view things. This class was amazing. I did the 3 1/2 weeks course and feel confident to take my exam. Enrique gave a lot of good memory devices & made the math portion as simple as it could be. 1000/10 !!! Staff was also very kind in the front in directing where to go and also assisting with upgrading my package. (Get the pro package it’s the best option)
