Thanks to the excellent and very interesting instructor Alessandro Danieli who made the 14 hour class just fly by! I walked away learning some new information and it was a good review of the important highlights in real estate! Gold Coast does a great job!

I started at Gold Coast to get my general contracting license. I had zero prior knowledge of anything having to do with construction but with the resources given to me by Gold Coast I was able to pass all three exams first try in under a year while still working a full-time job. The course materials are amazing at preparing you for the exams. 10/10 recommend.

This is my second time taking this class after failing twice almost a year ago. I tried several instructors at this school, and I really regret not knowing about Marlene Montenegro earlier. If I had taken her class before, I truly believe I would have passed the final course exam a year ago. Marlene is an excellent teacher who explains everything very clearly and in a way that makes the material easy to understand and absorb. Her teaching style makes a big difference in how students learn and gain confidence in the subject. Thank you Marlene

I contacted the school to ask if it would be possible to retake the course, as I was unable to finish it in 2020 due to personal reasons. Maggie from customer service was incredibly helpful and made the process very easy. Her kindness truly made my day. I highly recommend this school to anyone considering starting a career in real estate.

I’ve taken my real estate course and CAM course at Gold Coast my experience for both courses have been great! Staff is nice and instructors are really knowledgeable. Laura Matijak for CAM is patient and answers questions thoroughly.

This is the best school if you are looking to get your real estate license. I signed up for the 63-hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course online. I called the office shortly after purchasing because I had some additional questions about the day to day of the class, breaks, lunch break, etc. The young lady I spoke with, Evelyn, was very friendly and very helpful. She emailed me a list of instructions on how to register with the DBPR, how to sign up for my fingerprints, and how to start my license application. These were very detailed instructions and helped me a ton. The class itself was very good. I passed my exam, on my first attempt, within 4 weeks of taking the class. My instructor, Rocky, had 26 years of experience in the industry and was very knowledgeable about the course, the state exam, and she provided many real world examples. She took the time to make sure everyone's questions were answered and to make sure everyone understood the concepts she was teaching. Her teaching style paired very well with my learning style. There are 19 chapters in the book. We covered all of the chapters in 7 days. There is A LOT of information, but if focus on what the instructors tell you to focus on, you will pass the state exam. After the class, I also took the Exam Cram. The Exam Cram was also very helpful. The course is 3 days long and they go through a lot of information in a short amount of time. But they do a great job delivering the information. Much of what they went through was on the state exam. Update: I used Gold Coast for my Post-License class as well and my review still stands. Jasmin was my instructor for the Post-License course and she was amazing. She took the time to answer all of our questions and we had A LOT of questions. She was very patient and thoroughly explained the material. She also provided lots of real world examples. Additionally, I want to mention Melanie and Adrienne, who were very professional, kind, and very helpful. They supported the staff and the class during both classes I took at Gold Coast. Adrienne got me checked in and situated with my text book. Melanie helped me register for another class I plan on taking with Gold Coast. Overall, the staff at this location are very professional and kind. Lastly, as they say, the proof is in passing and I passed my Sales Associate state exam on the first try and also passed the post-license class exam with a 99/100. My experience with this location has been nothing less of fantastic.

Today I passed my state exam and officially have my Fl Real Estate License! I can say that Gold Coast school of Real Estate is truly amazing! My instructor Alan was great and really teaches you the important material you need to know to become a successful REAL-TOR. If you have the time to take the course I would do the: class, 7 day, 9-5 course! Its worth it! Follow the instructors directions, study every night, and most importantly LISTEN while in class and you’ll do great! Thank you Alan and GC!

Great online courses to help you accomplish your end goals. I took to different course back to back and passed both within a month apart and new nothing about the courses. so, my experience was nice with Gold Coast Schools. #awesome

Excellent school for those interested in starting a career in real estate. Caring instructors (shout out to Marlene!), good size classrooms and well organized curriculum focused on state exam preparation. They also offer a variety of incremental resources like cram practice sessions, live-streams and more. Great experience!

Professor Julissa is a current licensed broker, who is actively teaching here at Gold Coast. She possesses a keen sense of knowledge and understanding of real estate, which crafts my mind to better comprehend the material given to me. She teaches with passion and correctly relates scenarios, or gives examples of the material to assist the class with a better perspective. During the morning class you might hear children playing outside, so the evening class might be a better fit if you’d like more minimum distractions. Overall, the school and professor are both satisfactory and I highly recommend them both.

Ive just been through 63hours class (real estate sales) at Gold Coast School North Miami... Our Teacher Julissa was really important during the journey providing us support, knowledgemt, "shortcuts" and all her professional experience. I strongly reccomend this class... even more if you have the chance to have Julissa as a Teacher.
