I would recommend the 2.5 week course for new licensees. This was a comprehensive course, having the time to review material and study made all the difference. Laurina, the professor, was a font of knowledge and a verified professional in all aspects of real estate and it showed in how she answered all questions diligently and thoroughly from multiple perspectives. Everyone in the front office was kind and created a great environment. I made a mistake when I signed up for fingerprints and was refunded quickly. There’s a little cafe nearby that was great for midday breaks.

I personally don’t know how people that have a 9-5 job can fit this in the schedule with kids etc. The board should consider a less T hours that can be handled by all in less time. I think. 30 hours class would have covered everything.
