Like many others, I had my reservations about starting real estate school. I went in feeling anxious about what it would be like and whether I would truly be able to absorb all the knowledge needed to succeed. My concern mainly came from originally attempting to complete the course online, which felt nearly impossible for over six months.
Within the very first day, it was a night-and-day difference. Gaspare brought confidence, reassurance, and a wealth of well-versed knowledge into the classroom. He made concepts that once felt overly complicated become extremely simple and easy to understand.
What truly sets Gaspare apart is his ability to connect with every type of learner. He is very hands-on, patient, and accommodating to different learning styles, making sure everyone feels supported and capable of succeeding. He also made the class fun and engaging, which helped everyone feel at ease and better prepared throughout the course.
After completing this course, I feel far more confident, knowledgeable, and fully prepared for both the real estate exam and my future career in the industry.

NAYLED VALDES, quien me ha ofrecido un trato muy profesional, con un dominio total del tema que yo necesitaba, y llevandome hasta el final de la llamada en que completé mi requerimiento. Coincidentemente, el Viernes pasado, me atendió ella misma sobre el tema de las huellas, lo que demuestra, que la Sra. Valdes, domina el tema de la escuela en su totalidad. Una buena atención al cliente, es lo más importante, esa es la cara de toda insfitucjón, lo cual hará que los alumnos, nos quedemos, como en mi caso, o decidan otro lugar. Gracias a la Sra. Nayled Valdes, su escuela cuenta hoy con una nueva alumna!. Gracias Gold Scool, por ofrecer tantas facilidades.

Caring instructors (shout out to Marlene!), good size classrooms and well organized curriculum focused on state exam preparation. Mrs. Eubanks was the best teacher I could have asked for, I came in with zero knowledge and left like I knew everything that had to deal with the topic of real estate. She really takes her time to make sure you understand the concepts and is always willing to take extra time to explain if you needed her to. 10/10 would recommend to any and everybody. Also the beautiful ladies at the front desk Ms Sandy and Ms Trisha were so nice and helped me get to where I needed to go and helped with any questions I needed.100/10
