Wall of love for Superior School of Real Estate

I was in the elective trends class. Bill Gallagher is hysterical and makes the information relatable. He keeps your attention and makes the class time fly by!

Took my pre licensing here years ago, and continue to take my post licensing courses! Bill Gallagher is amazing, makes the classes interesting and you learn a lot from his experience and wisdom!

Trends Elective at Eastwood homes CE class was amazing! Bill Gallagher is just phenomenal at teaching and making the class entertaining yet very informative!

Superior Real Estate CE class was excellent with Spencer Clifford & Moderator Jeff Warren! Very professional & informative! Thank you! Would not go anywhere else!!

Bill was my instructor at Mingle School of Real Estate many many years ago. He is an excellent instructor and makes learning fun. I highly recommend him. I take my CE every year with him.

Bill Gallagher is the absolute best! He keeps things interesting and interacts with excitement. I will always try to schedule my classes with him. Definitely not time wasted!!! Thanks Bill!

Continuing ed with Bill Gallagher, today, October 10, has been so informative. I have taken CE for years under Mr. Gallagher and to plan to continue.

Bill is the best teacher. Makes us laugh and we actually learn a thing or two. Come hear REMAX Crossroads real estate stories anytime!

CE WITH BILL GALLAGER- Trends Bill keeps you on the edge of your seat during class. He is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The class is informative and engaging. I enjoy sitting around tons of wisdom and learning from each individual.

On yesterday I took my CE update class with Bill Gallagher at the KW Ballantyne office. Our KW leadership team made it so convenient for our agents to receive this very hands on training. Breakfast and lunch were provided by Michelle at 2-10 Warranty which was another treat. The best part was the knowledge that we received from Bill. He is very engaging and shares with us the facts. He also gives us the opportunity to interact in class with one another and with the group as whole. He is one of the best professionals in the industry.

Bill Gallagher came to our office for a full day of Continuing Education. It was nice to have in-person CE in house. Registration was easy. Bill is always engaging and makes sure the content sticks.

Taking my yearly CE class with Bill Gallagher is my yearly choice! Bill makes it fun and interesting! His personality makes the course seem like you’re going to a comedy show. So entertaining and knowledgeable helping us all stay out of real estate “jail”. I highly recommend Superior school of RE for all training and yearly CE classes.

This is my 3rd CE General Update class with Bill Gallagher. He keeps the class engaged and very interactive. Great class!!!

Took Bill Gallagher CE class he kept my attention the whole time and made great key points about Real Estate. He’s the best instructor at Superior! Take his class you will learn so much about real estate!

LOVE Bill Gallagher he is so engaging and funny. So many great and relevant stories!! 2-10 Michelle had such amazing and thoughtful food while here.

Great CE & Update courses - always enjoy Bill Gallagher the instructor and Jeff Warren the moderator helps out during the course. Just finished Ethics in the Age of Disruption via zoom and totally enjoyed all the content discussed. Actually dealt with real work situations!

Bill’s Ethics in Age of Disruption course was so very informative. Zoom format was easy, fun and brokers actively participated. Highly recommend this course. Thanks Bill & Jeff.

Just completed another round of CE - the broker update and ethics update. Bill Gallagher is by far the best teacher and goes above and beyond to make any educational experience fun and memorable. Highly recommend!

Just finished my GenUp course and it was the best one ever!! If you attend them via zoom, they can be quite boring and drag on forever, but not with Bill!! He was amazing, always engaging us and the way he presents the course was very interesting along with his jokes :) Definitely will schedule my next year GenUp with Superior!!

Wish I would have done PAN school of real estate, because travis definitely has more passion and personality as opposed to these instructors. Soooo boring. I could barely pay attention, hearing someone read off of a slideshow for 3 hours is not beneficial!

Taking Bill’s Trends Continuing Ed Elective online today sparked Joy in my Heart. I registered just yesterday & had no problem logging in for the class. It was simple. Having a focused Moderator like Jeff to guide & provide support added to the ease of the day. This allowed me & other students to relax & learn. The content was current & enjoyable. There’s something Special about Superior students too. Bill opens up the floor for real world discussions that are relevant & bind learning to life. This course will be hugely beneficial to my business. As always Superior lived up to its name! Thank you for helping me grow my brain so that I may better serve others!

I really being a student here at Superior! Cheryl Crawford is my instructor , and she really makes the learning relatable so that you can understand the information better . She is also funny and makes our time here enjoyable !

Had a great experience with Superior School of Real Estate. I always received great service any time I called for an inquiry and my teacher, Jim Fletemier, was awesome! He explained the information very well to a point where I didn’t have to just memorize the information, I actually understood it and that helped me tremendously when taking my class exam! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

I believe the course had a lot of good details about commercial and residential properties, especially on rental properties in how to invest in the rental properties, getting your worth out of them.

I have been using Superior & Bill Gallagher for my real estate courses for over 90% of my 40 years in Real Estate. Bill’s knowledge of all aspects of real estate has been proven over & over again. He makes the subjects come Alive. Would not think of using any other for my Continuing Ed Classes!

Thank you, Spencer Clifford, for a most informative and fun GENUP today. Excellent prep and slides on your part. Many thanks, again.

Just completed the 2023-24 General Update Real Estate Broker course by Livestream and taught by Bill Gallagher. As always, Bill did a great job making the class an interesting and fun learning experience!

It’s always a pleasure to have Real Estate Classes with Bill Gallagher from Superior Real Estate School. I completed my Ethics Class which is a great reminder about our professional responsibilities as Realtors.

Gen Update course with Bill Gallagher. It’s always a pleasure to complete a course with Bill. Thank you to him and Superior School of Real Estate for a job well done.

Bill Gallagher is the best NC Real Estate Continuing Ed instructor! As long as Bill is an instructor at Superior, then I will attend their courses.

I took the 301 class with Professor Dennis Miller. Mr. Miller was by far one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. He was thorough, taught at a good pace, reviewed parts of the class that he thought were most important and he was patient and understanding with students that didn’t necessarily understand or cannot grasp the concept, possibly math, etc.. I would highly recommend this instructor. As far as the staff of superior, everyone has always been helpful, kind, and courteous.

Excellent school for pre-licensing and continuing educational requirements. Highly recommend Darrin Dunzweiler for licensing and Vee Morton for continuing ed.

Thank you, Tracy Frazier for preparing us for this extremely difficult course and exams. Thank you, Superior for taking me the very last minute/ I joined on July 10, 2023. Walking into Tracy’s class, I was very nervous about my current work schedule and the extent of the course. I attended all the classes and Tracy was amazing/ she’s so professional, friendly, lively and explained everything in detail. We also had John Fitzgerald for a week and he was wonderful as well. I passed both my exams at FIRST attempt. I’m 51 and have a full time job as a Flight Attendant/ it was sometimes very hard for me to grasp the subject or study but thanks to my wonderful instructors, I was able to pass them all. Thank you, Superior School of Real Estate for providing us the tools we need. Definitely recommend this school for anyone who wish to practice Real Estate in North Carolina!!

I just completed my pre-licensing class with instructor, Tracy Frazier, at the Cornelius, NC location. Tracy is very knowledgeable and has a fun, upbeat, positive teaching style to keep you engaged and eager to learn. She included a lot of real life scenarios in her lectures to help emphasize the importance of the concepts we were learning, which also helps with putting all the pieces together, so you aren't just memorizing a bunch of facts or vocabulary words. You begin to understand the process. She also was very accommodating with answering questions during class, on our breaks and via email and text outside of the classroom. It was a lot of hard work, but I'm happy to say, I passed my class and state exams on the first try! Thanks Tracy!!! ❤️

Had a fantastic time in my prelicenseing class with the one and only Jim Fletemier. He explained everything very thoroughly and always made it interesting or fun. Would recommend the class to anyone who's interested in real estate.

I did my real estate licensing with Superior and by sheer luck had one of the most amazing teachers who brought the material to life with great stories, thought provoking questions, and fun activities. I highly recommend superior for all your real estate needs & especially Jim Fletemier, an absolute gem of a person with an incredible depth of knowledge around all topics in Real Estate!

Took the class twice, and took a week off of my job for the test and studied 7 hours a day every day. We studied everything in the book and at the end they change the test just asking stupid questions. I feel like they choose the people they want to pass. Imagine 50 students taking the class at home with 50 people watching us the same day for 3 hours and a half. Imagine they pay more than 50 people to watch us on camera , how do they make that money back? Only 3 people pass

Jim Fletemier is the best instructor. He makes some not so fun topics, fun and easy to understand. I felt well prepared for the exam after his instruction.

I actually used a different platform for my NC Post Licensing courses and was very disappointed. However, I came across the Superior course study guides on their website and I am confident they are the only reason I did so well on all 3 exams on my 1st try with limited study time. If I could do it all over again I would 100% use Superior and highly recommend them given the quality of their material.

After failing the Real estate exam 2 times prior, I visited my 3rd attempt with Jim Fleitmer. I almost gave up on my entire real estate dream but then I took Jim’s class. I won’t spill the secret but he definitely has a magical influence through teaching his classes. I truly thank him for teaching me in such a way that I was able to retain the information and I passed the test. Here I am now, 4+ years in the game thanks to him.

Currently enrolled in the afternoon livestream classes with instructor Jim Fletemier and I have to say that he is an absolute joy to learn from. He is very entertaining and makes things simple to understand. There are lots of small tidbits of information that he relays that are interesting and make it easier for the material to stick. I am very satisfied with the class especially since it is a very challenging course. I would recommend his class to anyone looking at starting real estate school.

I took the pre-licensing class with Jim Fletemier and I give him a lot of credit for me passing the exams the first time. He made learning real estate fun and have recommended him to other individuals that have wanted to get licensed.

Jim Fletemier was one of the best instructors I have ever had in any subject. He made learning engaging and interesting. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I took a class in person with Jim Fletemier he is one of the finest teachers, he was able to deliver the information and go over as many times need so we all could understand, I was able to pass both my exams the first time. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is interested in taking a real estate class.

I went through Superior School of Real Estate for pre-licensing. I had the most AMAZING instructor, Jim Fletemier. I would recommend Superior to anyone mainly because of the instructor Jim Fletemier!

I had the pleasure to take the Superior School of Real Estate course with instructor Jim Fletemier. Jim made the class interesting and fun. I would recommend Jim to anyone wanting to be successful in Real Estate. Great Instructor!!

I took the 75 hour licensing course with Jim Fletemeir earlier this year. I am SO glad I took the course with him. His energy is contagious which was great for the evening classes. He really made sure we understood the material and gave/ still gives great advice. I have no doubt that because of his teaching skills, I passed the exam on the first try. I’m so sad he wasn’t doing Post classes right now. But hope to see him in CE.

Highly recommend this course. Jim Fletemier is an outstanding instructor -- he not only made the course incredibly enjoyable and interesting, but I learned so much from him and now feel well prepared to take the next steps in my real estate career.

The school is good. But one specific instructor is GREAT. As a teacher myself, I can say that Jim Fletemier is an absolute amazing teacher. I can see him teaching any age. I teach k-5 elementary school. He keeps all of our attention by making amazing conversation and witty jokes. He also throws in tons of extra facts and history. If you don't know what class to pick, pick Jim Fletemier. He says all important info 3 times or more so that you have time to take notes. He points out the most important info and explains everything in ways for us all to understand. I highly recommend Jim for students that might struggle with reading the huge book. He helps explain everything perfectly. I hope to keep in touch with this wise man after I become licensed to continue to learn from him. Great Teacher!!

Jim Fletemier is an amazing teacher! He makes sure the entire class understands each chapter and has no problem answering any questions! He also makes learning fun and not so stressful. He does all he possibly can to ensure we pass!

I have not started the classes yet, but Myranda has been exceptionally helpful! I was leery about starting the classes and I came in and Myranda spent at least 30 mins explaining the different choices in classes and gave me lots of information! She has called me promptly and emailed me with any questions that I have had. She has also been sending very positive vibes that I can do this!

Jim Fletemier has done a great job in delivering the information for the pre-licensing course. It can be difficult with a class size as large as ours, but he does pretty well to keep things on track while taking the extra time to answer questions. He also keeps things light and a little crazy. I appreciate his mindset and approach to teaching.

Taking the online streaming 75 hr. pre-licensing class for the first time. The class is full of great and pertinent information for both the NC and National licensee requirements. Jim Fletemier is my instructor and has been great to learn from. It’s easy to get distracted with the vast amount of information but throughout the course, he offers test taking tips and strategies which has helped to keep my focus. The class is well-run and with 70+ virtual students and questions etc., Jim does a great job of reeling everyone in and staying on track. I don’t know how he is able to keep his energy level up but night after night he shows up with an engaging spirit and a solid presentation of material. I highly recommend this class for your pre-licensing needs, and if you can get Jim, take advantage of that as well. .

Jim Fletemier is the best instructor. He makes the class enjoyably fun and makes you want to really learn. Virtual class works for me perfectly because of my daytime work schedule. Thank you, Jim!

Jim Fletemier is the best by far! Currently in the pre-licensing class and he makes the class very entertaining and fun! Would definitely recommend you sign up for Superior and Jim’s classes! Must the reviews on google are people upset they didn’t work hard enough themselves!

Jim Fletemier is the best instructor! So clear and concise! He make this course extremely entertaining and easy to understand!
