Wall of love for Superior School of Real Estate

Trends CE 11/07/23 with Bill Gallagher and moderator Presley. Enjoyed my CE class today on trends. As always Bill keeps us engaged, Presley was very helpful. Would definitely recommend Superior Real Estate!

I always enjoy taking CE classes with Bill Gallagher. He makes them entertaining and educational at the same time. I enjoyed his class on "Trends" today. Both Bill and Presley (the moderator) are great at what they do. As long as Bill continues teaching CE classes, he will be my go to instructor.

Bill Gallagher and moderator Presley did a fantastic job with the continuing education class, Trends. The afternoon was filled with good information, presented in an organized manner, and fun! Time flew by! Thank you for sharing your time & knowledge!

Bill was great as was our moderator Presley H. The class was the CE class called Trends. Great info! Enjoyed the class very much!

2023 Genup Course with Bill Gallagher was fantastic. The information was well thought out and delivered in a easy-to-learn format. Special shout out to the moderator, Jeff Warren; thanks Jeff!

Bill Gallagher taught my Real Estate Update course again today and I love his courses. Used to do my continuing education with others and found that I just really enjoy Bill much better. Students participate, Bill likes to "take a little sip of something" every now and then and he loves conversation as part of his classes.

Bill Gallagher Instructor - General Update 11/7/23. Instruction was excellent as always. Relates to real practice. Print and live video. The news updates were a nice enhancement.

Bill Gallagher 11/7/2023, I ALWAYS enjoy CE (GenUp) with Superior, Bill in particular. This was a great class and I am actually looking forward to next year.

Bill Gallagher is the best! He keeps BICUP classes moving, interesting and always informative. Jeff Warren did a great job as moderator. And now back to hoping and hauling!

I am already licensed in SC and wanted to get my NC license. I took Mrs. Vee Morton for 301, 302, and 303. I took them on the livestream through zoom as I am still located in SC. I passed all three of them on my first try! She is a wealth of knowledge and makes the class enjoyable to be in for 8 hours twice a week. I have learned a lot from her and I appreciate her for the hard work that she does for her students.

Just finished CE classes on 11/3/23. Spencer did an awesome job explaining everything in detail, answering all questions and making the class interesting. Jeff provided excellent tech support throughout the 8-hour period. Thank you both!

Took an ethics class with Andrea Williams. It was great! Interesting and educational. It can be hard to keep ethics interesting, but Andrea succeeded.

I spent the day learning from Andrea Williams in the Gen Up and Ethics classes. Very entertaining and informative. I will definitely be using them again for CE!

Have been using Superior School of Real Estate for past few years and it's been very convenient, helpful and great value. I had Andrea Williams was great, very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Bill retains a wealth of valuable information that he shares with all during his classes. He is the best in the business with a most attention capturing method of instructing! Always an absolute pleasure to say "Thank you Bill for all you do"!

Just finished Post Licensing 302 with Tracy Frazier in Cornelius, NC. The location was convenient and the topic and shared real life experiences were very interesting. I learned a lot more than I had expected and will be taking all my post licensing through Superior.

The ethics class is engaging, interesting and enlightening. I thoroughly enjoyed the interactions and the laughs. Ethics is always a good review!

Signed up for 8:30am online class. The moderator was on 20+min before & then learned the speaker had a family emergency. They had another fantastic, knowledgeable and entertaining speaker online to teach us in less than 18min! Thanks for making the most of my time! Credit complete!

Yesterday, October 26,2023 I attended my BIC UP CE class at Superior School of Real Estate. As always Bill Gallagher, the BEST instructor at Superior School , was engaging, enlightening and an interactive teacher giving us real world, real time examples of helpful information for our real estate business. Bill is able to convey what you need to know and learn in a FUN, participatory fashion. His stories keep you laughing . I highly recommend Bill Gallagher and his BIC UP course.

Bill Gallagher does it again! Just finished today’s BICUP class (October 26, 2023) and am happy to have all the update information NOW! The class was both entertaining & informative as well as interesting & interactive. Bill is such a gifted teacher and he makes even the most mundane information come to life with relevant examples & endless stories. I just completed my pre-licensing course with Spencer Clifford and have nothing but great things to say! I just took my state and national exam and passed on my 1st attempt with no problem. I feel that this school as well as instructor are good and provide the content that is necessary to be successful.

Bill Gallagher’s General Update was informative, in tune with today’s market and issues, entertaining and engaging as usual. As a 20 year student of Bill’s, I always return each year! Keep up the great work Bill!

Love Bill Gallagher at Superior! Been taking his classes for many years. He always keeps my attention and gives the latest needed information in real estate!

Hi recently completed my pre-licensing course with Tracy Frazier and she was outstanding! The course material was presented in a thorough and entertaining way. Tracy really knows the material and I left the class feeling more than prepared for my state exams. Happy to report I passed on the first try! I am currently signed up for post licensing with Tracy and am looking forward to it! She is top notch!

Took pre licensing with Ashley Johnson and she’s amazing. Always keeps the class engaged and knows what she’s talking about. I specifically came back to Superior for post licensing with her and would recommend her in person classes to anyone looking to get licensed.

Great school for preparing you for your real estate career. Ashley Johnson is an excellent instructor to have during pre and post licensing.

I just spent the day with Bill Gallagher and it was awesome. Yes, I completed my continuing ed requirements with the BIC update and the Trends elective, but I the best part was that I was also surprised at new things I heard, I laughed often, and I got to hear lots of others share their stories. Bill is such a great facilitator and educator. He knows so many of the aspects behind the facts we need to know. His stories make the message stick! And the help of Jeff and Pressley in keeping us on track completed an awesome experience!!!

Because Bill Gallagher is an outstanding educator and consummate real estate subject matter expert. His engaging and embracing delivery draws each student in regardless of their career progression. He is caring, committed and experienced. I salute Bill Gallagher and am grateful for him!

This is hands down the best NC real estate ed firm, they make it interesting and I always learn things I NEED to know that I would not learn about otherwise as this stuff is not in the news or anything. (Broker 40 yrs here). Bill is funny and smart and Jeff is a great moderator. I recommend buying their package deal.

BIC up with Bill Gallagher was very entertaining and interesting. Just took the class today. Jeff was a fantastic moderator as well - he explained everything clearly and knows what he's doing technologically speaking. I will always try to take classes with Bill if I can! Love him!
