Wall of love for Superior School of Real Estate

Post licensing 302 with Andrea was great. Wonderful instructor, with great stories, and plenty of experience in the industry! Highly recommend taking a course with her in the future.

Mrs. A was great! She was so relatable and patient! However some of the moderators were OD and nitpick about the most minuet things like if your mouth isn’t showing for 30 seconds! And they scream With caps lock! But Mrs. Alexander was a phenomenal instructor so if you livestream register for her class and pray you get the chill moderators that don’t want you so sit like a statue!

I’m currently in Mr. Miller’s virtual Pre-licensing class and love it. He does a great job at simulating a real class room. He explains the concepts thoroughly and answers any and all questions to make sure you fully understand. It’s not just a boring lecture he gives real life examples to help you remember which I very much appreciate. Superior is great for ANY learning style. I feel I have been provided with the materials and resources to succeed. This is possibly the first time I have felt EXCITED to learn!

Dennis Miller is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is always willing to answer questions and explain them very well. Very engaging and informative.

Ethics 10/18/24 with Bill Gallagher. Great class, very engaging.... Bill always creates a wonderful learning environment and makes the information very interesting!!!

Took ethics with Bill Gallagher on 10/18/24 and was super informative and fun. This is my second CE with him and will continue to schedule mine with him!

Andrea is very thorough. She has been a great instructed. She has helped us out tremendously. She took some of her own time to help us with extra study time. I am glad I chose Superior to do my classes with. I hope she will be my instructor for the CE classes as well.

Andrea is amazing! Everything was very organized and the information was broken down to better understand. She went above and beyond to make sure the class was less stress and ready to test!

Absolutely LOVED this school and program! Andrea was one of the best instructors I have EVER had! She makes everything understandable and breaks it down perfectly!!! Thanks for everything!!

Mr. Miller is a great teacher, explains the topics thoroughly and is very patient and straight forward, you can tell he is very passionate about what he does and is very helpful explaining the process, also has great powerpoints!

I have to give it to my instructor Andrea Williams. She was positive, engaging, and provided additional resources to aid us. I can't thank her enough.

this is the best school I have found. i love learning from Alisha DeBerry. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. Brant Ruben

Hello, I recently made the decision to enroll and take a real estate pre-licensing class. I received several recommendations to try Superior School of Real Estate and I’m glad I did. I am currently taking the class with Dennis Miller. I highly recommend this instructor. He is knowledgeable, patient, and an excellent teacher. His years of experience, expertise, and commitment to helping his students learn have been notable from the first class.

I just completed this year’s GenUp with Spencer Clifford. I always enjoy his classes; he presents the material clearly with relevant examples. His engaging way of speaking and his sense of humor keep the participants interested and on tract.

I’ve been using Superior for my CE courses for years. Always easy to deal with, and simple to navigate via the website. Just finished my annual update course with Spencer Clifford, and he was fantastic.

I have done my Pre, Post, and CE with Superior. They have made it so easy and seamless process. Spencer, Stephanie, and Carla were absolutely amazing.

Kyle Williams was a great instructor. I took the class, passed the class exam, and passed the National and State sections of the real estate exam all in less than 3 months.

My CE instructors for this year were Frank Fields and Alisha DeBerry. Both instructors were awesome! I enjoyed both classes. Thank you!

I recently finished the Superior course and passed the exam on the first attempt. The instructor Alisha DeBerry did a great job of making the classes interactive and providing tons of support throughout. Expect a lot of reading, but it’ll be worth it in the end.

Fantastic school and my instructor for Pre-Licensing class Alisha DeBerry was truly awesome in teaching and keeping us motivated to complete it successfully. Her only goal was to help the students succeed and I was very lucky to get into her class. It was completely stress free and one suggestion if you want to be thorough and learn more, is to read through the chapters before going into the class and take the progress exam quizzes as soon as they become available. That way if you did not understand a question or concept you have the chance to get it clarified from the instructor. I just learnt this after completing my Superior exam. Take my advice, this will 100% help you to succeed. During the Superior final exam, answer all the quick and easy questions first and then revisit all the ones which require more time to think through. I actually missed out on the very last question which was a really easy one by a few seconds. Trust me, this tip will help you greatly maximize your test scores! Good luck and thank you Superior for the great quality of education offered here. One request to Superior is - please revise the 8th Edition of NCRE Principle & Practices OR at least include a clear handout of all the items that are obsolete under current NCREC guidelines with a simple reference to the page number and what has changed or is incorrect along with the corrected information. This will prevent students from having incorrect information. And by the grace of God, I cleared the Superior final exam on my first attempt. Kudos to Alisha and Superior! Lord willing, can't wait to join the post-licensing classes after I clear my NCREC license exam!!

I successfully passed the class course as well as the Pearson Vue exam, thanks to the education & instruction I received from “both” of my instructors. Ashley Johnson provided a vast amount of resources & tips that set me up for success, but 2 points kept me from passing. I didn’t let that keep me from accomplishing the goal I set for myself, so I re enrolled & Roger Green provided the best refresher! Don’t let fear & failure stop you, it’s just another opportunity to prove you really want it!

Alisha DeBerry was my instructor for my pre-licensing course spring of 2025, and I passed the exam on my first attempt! I am 24, but old-school when it came to learning in person. Alisha really knows how to keep you encouraged, engaged, and inspired. She brings tenacity and professional stories to the classroom, making the material all the more relatable and retainable. I plan to visit superior again soon, and request Alisha specifically for my post-licensing courses. Thanks Again!

Spencer Clifford is an awesome instructor! Really enjoyed my GENUP class with him - both informative and entertaining. Thanks Spencer!

I took the virtual online NC pre-licensing real estate class at Superior with Alisha DeBerry. Alisha was awesome instructor and made class fun while learning. I passed the Superior exam on my first attempt. It takes a lot of studying to be successful also. Thank you Superior!

If you aren't getting your Pre-Licensing with Superior and Frank Fields... what are you doing!!! Thoroughly enjoyed my experience both in class and outside of class studying because of how well he prepared us. He is not afraid to spell it out for you and provide you will all the tools you need to succeed.

Superior has not only set the bar, but raised it when it comes to real estate licensing education. I took the pre-licensing course with Ms. Alisha DeBerry. Ms. DeBerry did a great job of preparing us for the State and National exams. I passed the course final exam, as well as the National and State exams on the first try.

I took pre-licensing classes with Spencer Clifford, and I passed my exam! 😭🙌🏽 I attended Saturday and Sunday classes, and I am so thankful that Spencer was upbeat and provided scenarios that really stuck with me. It made the weekend sacrifices worth it. I’m also very grateful for the practice exams Superior provides; they’re definitely worth doing, and being honest with yourself while taking them helps you know how to study for the real exam. Best wishes, Yureli V. Mello

I took the broker update class from Bill Gallagher. Bill is the best instructor! He is so knowledgeable and keeps everyone so engaged!

I continue to come back and use Superior for my continuing education. Spencer Clifford is by far the best instructor there! He makes the class engaging, understandable, and enjoyable. I always searched for his classes first!

Alicia DeBerry was a great instructor and I passed the test on the first try! Her teaching style, genuine care for each student, and overall personality made each class session enjoyable, productive, and meaningful. She did a great job of informing us and reminding us of important topics to focus on and where to find the necessary material we needed to know and/or be familiar with moving forward. If Alicia is available when you regeister, you will benefit from her experience and knowledge as an instructor!

I decided to invest in myself and change the trajectory of my family. I had heard great things about Superior so signed up. I knew I was going to be on maternity leave so I had the time to take the class. I had just given birth two weeks prior to starting classes but with trying to juggle a new born and classes I wondered what the heck I was thinking or how I was going to get through the class. I almost quit because I struggled to find time to read the text/study. Luckily, my instructor Alisha DeBerry was so thorough with her explanations, she was passionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. With her instruction and finding minimal time to study in the nooks and crannies of my life I was able to pass and surprisingly by a large margin. If I can do it anyone can and I highly recommend Alisha to be your guide.

The adventure guide is a great tool that this school uses, I been blessed to have a great teacher Lora is very knowledgeable and explains with patience chapter by chapter with real live examples. I totally recommend!!!

I had a really great experience with Superior as well as Instructor Roger Green. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and personable. It made for a wonderful learning environment. I’d recommend Superior to anyone looking to get into Real Estate- ask for Roger!

I attended Superior from 1/6/25 - 2/26/25 (6p-9:45p) and i had the pleasure of having Roger Green he really is a great! GREAT instructor.. he possess patience & a passion for his students to win. He offered so many ways for us to all make it, when he teaches he really makes sure you understands and does NOT mind repeating it until you do, if you do. I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you Roger !!!

Roger Green is a great instructor. After taking the class for the second time (1st time was with another institution) I was able to fully connect with the concepts better based on his teaching style, and experiences in the industry. I fully recommend the school and specfically Roger as the instructor. The course location and time-frame of the class was convenient for me. Planning to return for the post-licensing courses.

The Course Was Very Informative, COME BLANK MINDED, but be a sponge to EVERYTHING! is the best advice I can give. Mr.Roger was my professor & he’s the best!!! Nothing else to be said! lol

Roger Green is an outstanding instructor! He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains real estate concepts in a way that is easy to understand. He keeps the class engaging and fun while ensuring we grasp the material thoroughly. His passion for teaching and real estate truly shines through. I highly recommend taking his class!

I just completed my pre-licensing class and passed my final exam today!! My 5 star rating is strictly for my instructor, Dennis Miller. He was very knowledgeable and informative and was able to teach with real life experiences & examples. As far as the school itself is concerned, I would probably only give it 2.5 stars. The $50 book I had to buy for the class is so out of date and I have many examples of misinformation in the text. I think we pay enough for these classes that they can afford to use updated materials with the correct information. And even worse, my class was also able to provide several examples of questions from the practice quizzes that also gave wrong answers. It's so hard to learn the correct information while trying to remember incorrect information in case it shows up on a test. Superior, please get new reading materials for your students so they are actually learning what they need to pass the state exam. And definitely work on updating your practice quizzes. I'm still nervous about the state exam and just hope I've erased all the misinformation from my brain.

I just finished my last post-licensing class with Superior/Colibri Group, and wow, what a ride! Frank Fields was my instructor for the last two classes, and let me tell you, this guy is the real deal. He’s got the perfect mix of humor, games, and knowledge to make post-licensing not just tolerable but downright fun. Who knew learning could feel like a game night? Here’s a bonus tip: if you take all your post-licensing classes with Colibri, they’ll throw in your Continuing Education requirements for free—for that current cycle. (Now don’t get too excited; it’s not free forever. But hey, free CE for the cycle you’re in? Ill take it!) So, if you’re looking for a class that’s informative, engaging, and sprinkled with humor, sign up and make sure you request Frank Fields. You’ll laugh, you’ll learn, and you’ll leave a better agent. Trust me, Frank’s classes are worth it!

Just finished my CE Zoom class with Spencer. He was very informative, humorous, and explained much clearer without being confusing. Great job!

Just finished CE all day class with Frank Fields. He was easy to follow, kept us engaged, and shared a ton of useful knowledge! Thank you Frank!

Great class with Frank Fields at BHHSCAROLINAS on 2/6/2025. I enjoyed the game format. It was most informative on all aspects of Mandatory Update and Future Trends. JoAnn Greene

Really good class for us. First time that we took one of these where it wasn't something about ethics or something else. That's something relevant to what we're doing. Really enjoyed the guy who gave the class. He was informative and entertaining

I can’t say it more. I have been to two companies Frank did a great teaching all must have gotten something out of it enjoy if you have to go.

Took the 301 post licensing with the instructor Frank Fields and I really had a great learning experience that I would recommend highly to take the class with him. Very knowledgeable and very great information though out the course.

Whatever you do, do not sign up for this companies self paced course. One of my agents is currently in the course and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The course takes a ridiculous amount of time to complete. The book they sent her had forms in it from 2019. The instructors never responded to questions she asked. They will not agree to extend the course for any reason at all. When she went to take her cram session on her last week it would not even let her log in with no way to contact anyone. When I tried to call on her behalf as I paid for the course. They advised me to email the supervisor which I did twice over two weeks with no response. I then called again and they assured me a supervisor would contact me the next day. As you can imagine, no one ever called. I feel horrible as I had recommended this school to my agent and no one should have to go through what I have witnessed. Needless to say I will never recommend them again and we will find another option for our CE classes in the future. I could not be more disappointed in this company as I had good experiences in the past. Maybe this post will generate some sort of response. However, based on recent experience, I doubt I will hear anything.

Today marks the beginning of my Real Estate Course with Superior School of Real Estate, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to embark on this journey. I want to take a moment to recognize Mr. Dennis Miller for his outstanding facilitation. His teaching style is both clear and concise, making complex concepts simple and relatable through the use of real-life scenarios. His expertise and engaging approach have already set a solid foundation for my success, and I’m excited to have him as my instructor throughout the entire course. This is the start of something truly exciting, and I’m eager to see what the future holds!

My instructor Dennis Miller is doing amazing so far getting me through the get to knows! I am loving this program so far!

Took the livestream with Andrea Williams. She was engaging, energetic, and attentive to class needs. The 79 hours was easy to get through as she made the information easily digestible. I leave the class very optimistic about passing the state test. I definitely recommend Superior and Andrea!

Andrea is my teacher and she goes above and beyond to make sure you past, she cares and she’s always trying to find ways to help us. Definitely recommend her she will go above and beyond to help you pass she genuinely cares, thank you so much Andrea

Mrs. Williams was amazing and by far exceeded my expectations. She always had amazing energy and she knew what she was talking about. She has some years in the game and you can definitely tell in the class and ALWAYS answers all questions that are asked. She is amazing and if I have a chance to take this class or any class superior offers I would definitely go with her again.

I am currently in Dennis Millers Post-Licensing 301 class, and am loving it so far. He’s very thorough, he answers any questions we may have and makes sure everyone understands the learning material!

The school is pretty good. The teachers are great I just think 75 hours is not enough time to learn all 20 chapters. I been through the class twice and it’s like everything is being crammed into your brain in a short time period. But if your a fast learner this is the school for you!
