2025-2026 BICUP Bill Gallagher Do not overlook this extremely informative class. I recommend taking this class as early as possible and partaking in the discussion. Discussion was around legal truths and ethic responsibilities. This will benefit all the agents around me! We need the collaborative effort and advocacy to promote the profession.

I enrolled in another BIC course, from a competitor, and they cancelled because of lack of students . Stay with superior they don’t cancel , and they are great ! Fun class , first class for BIC update and in person. Only mistake was that I wasted time with competitor ! Class was thought with Bill Gallagher great guy! Awesome sense of humor. I came to learn but it was like coming to watch my favorite Netflix!

Since the inception of Superior School of Real Estate by Bill Gallagher, whenever possible I have taken all of my continuing education courses at this school. And whenever possible. I have scheduled them with Bill being the instructor. Continuing education is necessary, not only from a licensing standpoint, but also from an industry knowledge standpoint. The quality of the classes and the knowledge gleaned from them is critical. However having the courses be enjoyable is an added benefit that I've always appreciated by having classes through this school and this instructor. Classes can be factual and dry. Or they can be factual and enhanced by true life examples, which makes the lessons even more memorable. That is one of the things that I truly appreciate about this school and the classes they teach. Thank you for being there for us all these years!

As I’m finishing up pre licensing with Roger Green, I can say I’m a big fan of my choice in Superior! It’s a great class and Roger is an amazing instructor who is not only good at explaining things in a way to make it easily understandable, but also super engaging as well. I will continue to get my education from Superior for sure, and will definitely be looking for Roger as an instructor for future classes!!

I took the pre-licensing course with Roger Green at Superior School of Real Estate. I learned so much from this wonderful man. He explains concepts thoroughly and does checks periodically throughout the class to make sure everyone understands. If u need extra help he makes time during breaks and Q&A’s outside of class. He not only makes sure that we pass the exam but also gives impactful information and insight into the world of real estate to further our success as agents. He is funny and interactive and makes a 3 hour class seem to fly by! I would recommend him to everyone. He definitely caters to all learning styles.

Love me some Bill Gallagher! 😊 I've been licensed since 2007, and I can't even count how many Continuing Ed classes I've taken with Bill over the years. As the #1 Agent at my firm here in the Cary/Apex, NC area, my time is valuable - and thankfully, there are always plenty of class options to fit my busy schedule, whether in-person or virtual. Bill makes every class enjoyable, encourages participation and great conversation, and most importantly, teaches in a way that truly helps us become the best Agents we can be. As his infamous mantra goes.... we're all out here: hauling & hoping, praying & pitching, driving & showing, sitting & wishing! (heehee) - Nancy Grace, Choice Residential

Roger Green is the best! He is always so patient with his students. He has a unique way of breaking down even the most complex concepts of real estate into simple explanations that anyone can understand. Superior has top notch material and instruction to prepare their students for success if you just put in the work!! Very pleased with my experience as a student here :)

Mr. Roger Green is phenomenal instructor in every way. From breaking everything down, giving real world examples to help understand better and bringing the energy and excitement day in and day out! If you are a visual learner, definitely don’t miss out on having him as an instructor. He definitely goes above and beyond with making sure that everyone understands and drilling the material in your head until you are able to understand and implement it as well.

I signed up for livestream classes on their website on March 30th. I was offered a 20% discount to do so. When it came to processing the order, there was not a place to enter the code on their website so I didn't continue the order. Superior took my money anyway. They charged me over $200 without my authorization. Superior's mess-ups continued. They didn't give me the authorization code to enter the update class so I called in to get it and I was able to enter. However, they didn't have me to enter the elective class. This morning, I called in at 8:15am to get the code to enter the class and their phone system cut me off twice. By the third time getting someone to answer, it was too late to get into the class. I took off work specifically to take the class. It cost me over $1000 to miss the time. I will be calling the Real Estate Commission to have them not offer classes again in North Carolina. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years. Since Bill sold the company, I have seen the service go downhill. I will never sign up for another real estate class with them again.

Just wrapped up NC post 302 with Andrea Williams. Great course, great instruction. Class was fun and informative allowing us to take a step closer to full broker. Would love to take 301 and 303 with Andrea. Superior gave me the live classes I prefer over The CE Shops’ just reading it. Got my license from them but had I known about Superior Schools I would have done it all here. Gregory J Coggins Emberstone Property & Investments LLC Landrum SC

Great school with awesome instructors. Took Post Licensing class 302 with Andrea Williams. She was awesome; experienced and talented. Loved her sharing her personal experiences in the field.
