I recently completed the **Forex Fundamental course by Sarmaaya**, and it was a valuable learning experience. Sarmaaya.pk has become one of the stronger financial education platforms in Pakistan, and after completing both Trading Mastery 3.0 with Syed Muhammad Faraz and Forex Fundamentals with Ammar Yaseen, I can say the experience was solid and practical. Trading Mastery 3.0 – Syed Muhammad Faraz bhai ( Lots of Love & Respect Sir) This is the technical/trading-focused program. Sir Faraz brings real market experience (he’s also linked to SFEL) and teaches a structured approach to reading charts, market structure, risk management, entries/exits, and applying the same concepts across stocks, forex, commodities, and crypto. What worked well: Clear, step-by-step system instead of random indicators Live sessions + recorded lectures with lifetime access Emphasis on discipline, psychology, and actual trade planning rather than just theory Mentorship and community support that helps when you’re stuck applying the concepts It is not a “get rich quick” course. You still need to put in the work on demos and later real trades, but the framework is practical and result-oriented for people who want consistency. Forex Fundamentals – Ammar Yaseen ( Lots of respect & Love ) This pairs extremely well with the technical program. Ammar (LUMS + University of Geneva background, with experience building trading algorithms) focuses on the “why” behind currency moves: macroeconomic indicators, interest rates, fiscal/monetary policy, seasonality, currency strength, and how to read the bigger picture. Strengths: Data-driven and logical rather than opinion-based Practical tools are phenomenal (currency indexes, dashboards, seasonality, COT-style thinking) Helps you understand why a chart is moving the way it is, which makes technical setups much higher probability Humble teaching style, full of knowledge and research, good support from mentors. Many students (including me) find that combining both courses creates a much stronger edge — technicals for timing and structure, fundamentals for direction and context. Overall Experience with Sarmaaya Professional platform and learning management system Active Discord community and mentor support ( Kudos for Faraz bhai , Ammar' bhai & Laeeq Bhai) Structured assignments, live sessions, and practical application Good value if you treat it as real skill-building rather than passive content consumption Who it’s best for: People serious about learning proper trading/investing skills (beginners who are willing to work, or intermediate traders who want structure). It is not ideal if you’re looking for signals only or a guaranteed income promise. Bottom line: Both trainings are among the more professional and structured options available locally. Faraz delivers strong technical trading education, Ammar delivers excellent fundamental/macro context for forex (and broader markets). Together they give a more complete picture than most single courses. Worth it if you put in the effort. Lastly, must congratulate to Laeeq Bhai who has established this platform with lots of support to the community. He has wonderful team to support day and night to all the students even in training , even after the training.
