I believe this programme was really useful to me. As someone who is challenged with social anxiety, I find public speaking a huge obstacle that I have yet to overcome. Through Abu Sofian's programme it not only made me realize what I am lacking in, but it also gave me the motivation and a sense of direction as to how I can be more courageous and to portray myself as a confident speaker.

However, Sofian's engaging demeanor and his valuable content really shone light on my weak and strong points of communication. He showed me how important empathy is and how to apply it in our communications, and also taught us methods and ways to improve our communication and public speaking.
