Our entire product team has taken it and we're already seeing a step function in the quality of thinking across the team. 11/10. Worth it if you're really willing to listen. As an engineer, always questioned the need for PMs and believed engineers should own product! Did my homework - books, courses, discussion with PMs and leaders but nothing really convinced me fully. But finally, got some headway into what a really good PM means and what they can be really good at due to Shreyas Doshis course on Product Sense. Opens up multiple new ways of looking at products, heck the world and the amount of depth needed to make really good products!

I just took Shreyas Doshi's product sense course and I think it's the best course I've ever taken. I've been following Shreyas for a few years and was skeptical of a course initially as I often don't find training courses valuable, but saw lots of positive notes about it from the first cohort. Shreyas breaks down the core parts of being a PM in clear and understandable ways, gives us the honest truth about how to be better across strategy, understanding users, creativity, and developing winning products. I feel energized to use what I've learned at work. He can sometimes sound egotistical in the course, but I think he's earned it. Didn't bother me at all. But if you're sensitive to that be prepared. Otherwise I can't recommend this enough for product managers. I've been telling everyone at work to take it.

Just completed Shreyas Doshi's week-long product sense class - what an energizing experience full of surprises and insights! ✨ As a product engineer working in startups, I wish I had taken this course earlier in my career — it would have saved unnecessary detours and pitfalls when building products. 💡 Key takeaways: - User-Centric Problem Solving: Understand users' needs and identify their most important and urgent problems before diving into technical solutions. - Strategic Customer Focus: Focus on serving the customers and use cases you can and should support most effectively. - Creative Problem Solving: Wear different hats and think outside the box—creativity is a skill that can be deliberately practiced and trained. The impact goes beyond product insights. Thanks to Shreyas' prompting in class, I found myself adopting a more open and curious mindset and paying more attention to products appearing in every day life, questioning the why behind them. 🔎 Thank you, Shreyas, for sharing your wisdom so generously, sometimes delivered with tough love. Thank you for equipping us with the skills to become better product leaders and clearer thinkers. 🙇‍♀️ #ProductSense #ProductManagement #ProductEngineering #ShreyasDoshi

I just completed Shreyas Doshi's Product Sense course alongside an impressive cohort of product leaders and practitioners. The course was insightful, intense, and one of the most thought-provoking learning experiences I've ever had. It significantly deepened my appreciation for the _craft_ of product management. 1️⃣ An unsurprising (yet still profound) truth: Cultivating greater open-mindedness, and orienting learning toward skills over process, can help "maximize learning per unit of content" (one of Shreyas' many nuggets of wisdom). 2️⃣ An unexpected truth: The course has made us not just better product people, but better people. For those of you fortunate enough to join one of his upcoming cohorts - buckle up; you're in for a treat!

I just wrapped up the Improving Your Product Sense course led by none other than Shreyas Doshi, and I can confidently say it’s been the highest ROI learning experience I've had. 💡 Here’s what made it exceptional: 1️⃣ Skills over Process: Instead of focusing on process and frameworks, Shreyas focuses on the meta skills needed to navigate ambiguity in order to make great product decisions. 2️⃣ Product Strategy Done Right: There’s plenty of noise around Product Strategy, but Shreyas provided a masterclass in distinguishing good strategy from bad strategy, with practical examples that hit home. 3️⃣ Learn by Doing:The hands-on assignments and breakout sessions were incredibly effective in reinforcing concepts through active learning. I am thrilled to share that I have completed the Product Sense course led by Shreyas Doshi. The past 7 days have been genuinely transformative for me. 🤠 This course was unlike any other I've experienced. It brought together agility, a clear focus, and a true understanding of what it means to succeed in a product career. The depth of insights and practical knowledge I gained surpasses anything from my previous attempts. 📈 After the final class, my wife asked me, "How was it?" I found myself silent for a few moments, reflecting on the experience. Then I replied, "I learned three words from this course: "How to THINK" 💡 Those words encapsulate the essence of the entire program. It wasn't just about product strategies or methodologies; it was about reshaping the way I approach problems and make decisions. The course pushed my ability to think critically and creatively, which I believe is at the heart of impactful product career. 🔎 I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to participate in something I was genuinely passionate about. Investing time in this course has been immensely rewarding, and I feel more prepared than ever to contribute meaningfully in my career. ⏰ A huge thank you to Shreyas Doshi for his exceptional guidance and to all the fellow participants who made this journey enriching. 🎈 For anyone looking to deepen their understanding and sharpen their thinking in product sense, I highly recommend this course. Product Management

Yesterday, the "Improving Your Product Sense" course concluded, and I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to learn so much from Shreyas Doshi and my fellow cohort members. Shreyas' teaching approach is both challenging and effective. Through iterative discussions, he invites us to discover answers ourselves, training us in a different way of thinking. The course exceeds expectations in several ways: 1. It distills years of industry experience into focused, actionable insights. 2. It provides practical tools that I can immediately apply in my career. 3. It offers humbling moments that teach us to find non-obvious solutions. One standout aspect was the exploration of motivation theory, which significantly impacted my perspective. It made me realize that while we often seek to validate everything with numbers, frameworks, and complex methodologies, there are simpler, more intuitive answers within reach—once we're trained to recognize them. This course has reshaped my approach to product management, equipping me with valuable insights I'm eager to apply in my work.

I had the privilege and honor of working briefly with Arnav and Vivek at Enterpret. They are undoubtedly among the top 1% of product teams and excellent product operators. Their product sense is extraordinary, and I often felt like the odd one out in the room. I envied them, feeling intensely jealous and frequently disheartened. I concluded that I could never match their level. I concluded I don't have enough IQ points. This affected me deeply because I believe that building and crafting products is my life's purpose. I'm incredibly grateful to Shreyas Doshi and his team for opening my eyes and showing me that it's possible, that if I work hard enough there's a path to get close to the level of craftsmanship I desire. The value of this cousre is way beyond $1800.This course is HUGE turning point and catalyst in my career and life. I am filled with a new found sense of purpose and hope.I am very excited to consiously see the world with a different lens and build my product sense just like how I would build muscle in the gym. Thanks a lot Shreyas Doshi and Shreman Shrestha you all are truly doing god's work for folks like me.

I just completed an intense 8 day course taught by Shreyas Doshi on 'Improving Your Product Sense' (lnkd.in/gNC_xCqy) which was extremely valuable in tying together how to use creativity, strategy, empathy, and other skills to create successful products. I highly recommend this course for any ambitious product managers who have a strong desire to improve their own thinking as it relates to product development. As a product manager, you know Product Sense is one of -- if not THE -- most critical skills to develop, but there's very rarely any real, practical advice to help you develop this skill other than "study other products". I just wrapped up Shreyas Doshi's Improving Your Product Sense course this past week, and I can't say enough about the quality, depth, and distinctiveness of the content. I have taken Shreyas Doshi's "Improving your Product Sense" course over the past week or so and as always with him, it is beyond the expectations. I have been following Shreays (subscriber content and took his previous course) for about 3-4 years now and I wondered if I could learn something new that's worth $1,800. But I know he always gives more than he charges for, so I pushed along to take it. Key aspect of the course is that it brings together all the content he was sharing via thousands of tweets and goes incredibly deep. Highly recommend it!

As a product manager, I have always aimed to improve my ability to make better product decisions. After 10+ years of experience and gathering numerous tools and frameworks along the way, I believed that all I needed to continue improving this skill was more time and experience working with smart people. I was wrong. In the past week, I learned from Shreyas Doshi during his "Improving Your Product Sense" course that changing how you view the world can significantly accelerate your product sense learning curve. This course is not just about becoming a better product leader; it is filled with insights and reflections that will also make you a better person. I strongly recommend. :)

This past week I had the privilege of learning alongside a gifted cohort of product, engineering, and design leaders, delving into core principles that drive product success. From motivation theory and positioning, segmentation vs differentiation, to strategy and vision, we explored it all through the expert lens of a highly accomplished product leader, Shreyas Doshi. The material was substantive and actionable. The presentation: refreshingly candid and to the point. Seriously, Shreyas' radical candor was my favorite part of the event. It was a breadth of fresh air, cutting through all the noise encountered in this space to allow us to begin to train our inner LLMs to produce better outcomes, regardless of resources or environment. I wrapped up Shreyas Doshi's Improving Your Product Sense course this week, and I can't say enough about the quality and depth of the content. Product Sense is one of the core skills to develop as a PM, and there is a misconception in the industry that it is innate. Shreyas dispels that notion in this course, masterfully breaking product sense down into sub-components and providing a toolkit for developing the various aspects of this skill. This course was also unique because it contained no dogma and was more about teaching us to arrive at the answers by helping us look at things differently and intentionally (Shreyas calls it training your internal LLM). While some courses are framework-driven and focused on execution, this is the only course that attempts to make you think in terms of first principles. I’d highly recommend this course if you are looking to improve your product sense.

If you want to learn the nuances of how the best build a product, you should take Shreyas Doshi's "Improving Your Product Sense" course. I just finished the intense and immensely rewarding course last week. Shreyas pushes beyond standard product thinking, diving deep into advanced concepts that challenge even seasoned professionals. The course was hands-on and action-packed—we learned by doing. What stood out was the focus on refining how to think about products/features so that they are successful. It spans from the micro level to the macro level. Unlike other courses, it's not about all-encompassing frameworks; it's about building a higher order of nuanced product sense. I highly recommend this no-BS course. It's a fantastic opportunity to refine your craft and truly understand what it takes to build a successful product. Just look at the companies Shreyas works/worked with. P.S. Before signing up, just make sure you are ready for a truly intense course. It's challenging but absolutely worth it! :)

Just completed the Improving Your Product Sense course by Shreyas Doshi. I've followed Shreyas for a while, so had been looking forward to his course. Here’s what I enjoyed: - Shreyas’ unfiltered views about how to think critically and deep, and how to make the right product decisions, including leveraging motivation theory - Decomposing several aspects of product problem solving and product strategy - from his own experience as well as from the industry, learning about various lenses to use and cultivate - Watching Shreyas’ mind in action real-time brainstorming/solutioning a candidate’s situation - Distilled tactics and techniques to employ in both everyday product life and in creating a product strategy - Very diverse group of candidates across verticals and pecking order Can’t recommend it enough!

I recently completed Shreyas Doshi’s Improving Your Product Sense course (lnkd.in/g82szard). It was an *intense* week jam-packed with insights that I’m still processing, and that I’ll be drawing on for years to come. We covered so much, including things I didn’t expect like motivation and meta-cognition, and it’s changed my perspective on work and life. In addition to Shreyas’s unique perspective and wisdom, it’s been great to connect and learn with a stellar group of ambitious product leaders and founders from around the world. Feel free to reach out if you’re considering and have any questions. Highly recommended! For more on this course: lnkd.in/gwdQvXDe

I recently completed the "Improving Your Product Sense" course by Shreyas Doshi, and was pleasantly surprised by how deeply engaging it was. By the final session, I felt both energized and reflective. What stood out was how the course wasn't just about learning another framework. It challenged me to think in ways that have already started making me more aware of how I approach product decisions, prompting me to revisit past choices and analyze them through a fresh perspective. It’s the kind of learning that stays with you and will shape how you navigate future product decision-making.

Recommend checking out "Improving Your Product Sense" course by Shreyas Doshi! What sets the course apart is its shift from a process-focused to a skill-focused approach. It's not about filling templates, following frameworks or checking boxes. The focus is on developing product intuition, helping you make sharper decisions with limited information. Shreyas, who has shaped products at Stripe, Twitter, and Google, has broken product sense down into key components, demystifying this ambiguous skill. The course goes beyond surface-level advice, offering actionable and exhaustive insights you can immediately apply to start developing the skill yourself. I highly recommend this course, and if you want a glimpse of Shreyas' insights, check out the links below. 📌 Course Link: lnkd.in/dnb62_X7 📌 YouTube: lnkd.in/dvxYK5ed 📌 Lenny's Podcast: lnkd.in/dEFTYaB6

🚀 Last week, I finished one of the most valuable Product courses I have followed in my career. Shreyas Doshi’s “Improving your Product Sense” truly helps you step up your game as a product manager, founder or product-focused C-level employee. Instead of focusing on templates, frameworks and processes Shreyas helps you to improve your understanding of behaviour and creativity through real-life examples, loads of interaction during the plenary sessions and valuable break-out sessions. I highly recommend his course if you want to get a new perspective on product management with insights which benefit your entire career.

In the past 3 years, the most I've learned in a week has been from @shreyas's Product Sense Looking back, many product issues while building Yembo could have been solved if I had these insights earlier. Better to be too late than never - highly recommend to all founders!

Finished @shreyas's Product Sense course last Saturday. Biggest reason to do it- Motivates one to reflect deeply and truly and what does it take to build a successful tech product. Reflection is hard and messy and hence motivation to stick through it is the alpha.

As an engineer, always questioned the need for PMs and believed engineers should own product! Did my homework - books, courses, discussion with PMs and leaders but nothing really convinced me fully. But finally, got some headway into what a really good PM means and what they… x.com/i/web/status/1841485390139564214

Just finished Shreyas' course on improving product sense. I'm generally skeptical of almost all courses. Full of prescriptions and rarely useful. This course was the opposite. Extremely helpful. I'd recommend it for anyone who build products, not just PM's.

Just completed Shreyas Doshi's Improving Product Sense course and learned a ton. The course exceeded my expectations and created a space for Product Leaders to not only learn from a thought leader but also from a very talented cohort, ranging from senior Product Managers to Chief Product Officers. What stood out most to me was the emphasis on the deep and clear thinking that drive successful products rather than just following frameworks. If you’re serious about honing your product skills, building impactful products then this course is a must. lnkd.in/gmVF-y9s #ProductManagement #ContinuousLearning #ProductSense #CareerGrowth

I’m not a big fan of product courses. There’s a huge amount of noise on the market and most courses end up being some variation of the self-help industry’s “do these 5 steps to achieve success,” with little-to-no deeper understanding of what’s going on, and with total lack of context as though there’s this one universal approach that leads to results. So I don’t take product courses often. And when I do, I’m very careful with what I spend my time on. When Shreyas’ “Product Sense” course first popped on my radar a few months ago, I felt there was something different about it. I’d never seen so many industry leaders so comprehensively praise and recommend a specific course. Not just as a “this is a good course” engagement post, but as a “this course is in a league of its own” type of praise. So I took a leap of faith and participated. And now that the intense week of learning is over, and I’ve had some time to digest the experience, I can honestly say that it indeed lives up to expectations. What I loved about the course was its unwavering focus on “thinking.” There was very little about frameworks or processes, and a lot about thinking deeply about the core concepts that make a product successful. It’s weird to come out of a course with the understanding that I didn’t learn anything “new” in the sense of having some new knowledge that I didn’t know before, but having gone through a subtle but deep shift in how I think about the very basic concepts that are important for product building. A good measure of the impact of learning is what you do with the experience afterwards. I’ve already done half a dozen things in my own work differently over the past few weeks, and started thinking about things that I was paying too little attention to before. I have a feeling that looking back six months from now, I’ll realise that this course had a large and lasting impact on me as a professional. Very few courses do. If anyone is thinking about taking the opportunity, then this is one that I would definitely recommend.

Amazing Product Sense Course Participating in Shreyas Doshi’ course was great ! Upon completing it, I felt the depth of thinking that was missing in my products but I felt much better equipped, energized and confident to work on it.
