"The quality of your thinking is the most powerful force. Thinking is more critical in the age of AI where shallow thinking can scale faster than ever in an org". The insights from Shreyas Doshi 's 'Improving Your Product Sense' course hasn’t left my mind since completing the course. Unlike typical courses you check off your to-do list, this one actively challenges your mental models and keeps working in the background. He challenged me to elevate my internal “LLM” and the mindset that shapes how I approach customer behaviors, product strategy and execution etc. This course will not offer quick fixes, but will preparing you to think more effectively and deliberately for years to come. Grateful to Shreyas and the team for designing such an impactful learning experience!

This weekend, I completed Shreyas Doshi’s Improving Your Product Sense course, and it profoundly altered how I think about the role of psychology, creativity and taste in my work. World class product thinking is really about achieving a certain state of mind. This course is relevant for anyone who is part of product discussions and building products, not just PMs and executives. Even software engineers who have no interest in the stakeholder politics still have to make lots of product decisions during a build in order to ship a final product. Best use L&D budget ever!!

This was a truly different kind of course. Amazingly energized, never about the non-sense theoretical aspects but always tangible, disruptive and engaging. Thanks Shreyas Doshi for not only taking us through your product sense, but most importantly sparking that new fire within us! Highly recommend thjs course to those who really can contribute the time to be present in the classes. You will miss a lot, if you just join the cohort to watch the recordings later on.

Just completed Shreyas Doshi's 8-Day Product Sense course — and it might be the best product (or any) course I’ve taken. It’s intense, thought-provoking, and refreshingly different from traditional formats. No templates, no frameworks — just a deeply engaging experience with exceptional peers that sharpens how you think about product. A few points that stood out: - How strategy informs vision - Practical ways to build product sense and creativity - The power of motivation theory & demand side thinking I highly recommend it for anyone in product looking to level up their thinking.

I recently took Shreyas Doshi's Improving Your Product Sense course and loved it. A really unique aspect of the course is its focus on foundational principles and skills that help you make correct product decisions and increase the likelihood of your product winning in practice — as opposed to a focus on popular frameworks, processes, templates etc. Highly recommend for senior leaders!

As a software engineer, I have always been curious about what product management entails. While I work with talented PMs daily, I did not feel like I had an insight into their thought process. I came across Shreyas Doshi‘s Product Sense course and the reviews talked about how it builds concepts from the very basics. I liked the sound of it and signed up for the course. I just completed it over the last week and it far exceeded my expectations. While it will take time to internalize all the concepts, I can already see how I can apply many of the concepts daily. This was a fun journey and highly recommended the course to anyone wanting to improve their product sense.

Today being Mother's day in the US, let me start this post wishing a wonderful, happy, peaceful day to all you amazing Moms out there, you deserve to be celebrated ❤️ I just completed this 8 days course, and I will always be better for it. Shreyas Doshi has created a masterclass for PMs to uplevel their Product Sense skills to heights not taught before (lnkd.in/gXuiBduf). It is an intense, well-orchestrated sprint (not a marathon). Yet Shreyas' direct, no-nonsense style made each class highly fun and interactive. It's also the only product class one needs, it packs in-depth yet practical unique lessons, directly applicable to any builder. It teaches how to think better. This experience has me both inspired and energized for any new endeavours to come. DO reach out if you'd like to chat with me about it! ps: in case you're wondering if the course was a gift to myself on this special day, I didn't have the foresight to plan it this way, but I sure am grateful for the happy coincidence! I might just make a new tradition out of it..

I recently completed Shreyas Doshi's “Improving Your Product Sense” course, and I’m still trying to grasp just how much I learned! I left each session feeling like Shreyas had just shared his hard-earned industry secrets with us. The content is quality, applicable and empowering. I can already see that my product thinking has been elevated, with deeper customer empathy, increased product creativity, and stronger product strategy skills. Honestly, my only regret is not signing up sooner. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign: register now. You’ll thank yourself later. #productstrategy #productsense #productleadership #continuouslearning

Yesterday, I finished Shreyas Doshi's weeklong Product Sense course and highly recommend the course to any product manager or leader who is serious about taking their product thinking to the next level. This course radically transformed the way I approach product strategy and product management. Rather than being constrained by frameworks and defined processes, I now view product thinking largely as a function of critical thinking and creativity. Initially concerned about the time commitment and monetary cost to attend, the subject matter, depth of explanations, and thoughtfulness that Shreyas put into this course made it well worth the investment. While still relatively young in my product management career, I am looking forward to applying the lessons learned in this course for years to come. Thank you Shreyas, for sharing your insights and time with the class this week!

I just finished Shreyas’s Product Sense course. If you are founder with no product management experience, here’s why you should take it. - it prepares you develop your product further and cuts through a lot of noise you read elsewhere. - it trains you to ask the right questions as you navigate ambiguous situations.

finished Shreyas Doshi's product sense course this weekend, and it's the highest ROI investment in learning i've made in many years. what really stood out to me, is how fast the material jumps the fence from "product" / "work" into real life. mental models on motivation theory and positioning/segmentation sneak into my head when i'm in the supermarket aisle, picking a netflix show, or deciding to go to the gym. the course is really about improving the quality of your thinking -- should really be named "how to think clearly in foggy situations" or something like that... here's the link if you're interested: lnkd.in/eNMhyCYs

Just wrapped up 8 intensive days with Shreyas Doshi’s "Improving Your Product Sense" course. Late nights, deep thinking, and that rare joy of finding language for things I’ve intuitively felt for years — but never been able to articulate. If you’re in product, love the craft, and want to raise your game: find a way onto this course. I wish I’d taken it a decade ago. I’m grateful I took it now.

My mind has been 🤯 by a recent course I just completed. The course is Product Sense by Shreyas Doshi (ex-Twitter, ex-Stripe, etc) I’ve taken executive education at Harvard & Wharton and I can confidently say that Shreyas style of teaching is more impactful and practical. If you are serious about leveling up your ability to think and build product, I highly encourage you to take Product Sense.

Last week I completed Shreyas Doshi’s course on improving your product sense. Across the week Shreyas decomposes product sense into its core skills, then walks you through improving each one, supported with a load of real-world examples. Every seminar was incredibly engaging. There are very few frameworks. Instead, it encourages a new way of thinking about problems to gain valuable insight, then using that insight to build great products and drive outcomes, regardless of the domain you work in. I found it to be incredible valuable. If you’re working in (or close to) product I’d highly recommend checking it out. Thanks Shreyas and team for setting it up!

Product can be a tough gig for various reasons – one is because so many of the skills required are nuanced and hard-to-define. I thought that Product Sense was one of those skills, and I also thought that made it impossible to teach… I was wrong! While I am still digesting everything I learned from Shreyas Doshi’s Improving Your Product Sense course over the last few weeks, it completely shifted my mental model for evaluating product decisions – but perhaps more importantly, it’s given me a spark back and reminded me what is involved in building great products. There are so many factors that come into play like psychology, creativity, principled thinking, commercial understanding, communication, and more – so yes, it's hard, but when you get it right, it’s magical. Thanks for the reminder, Shreyas, and I highly recommend checking it out on Maven if you are a part of building product in any way!

I had the privilege of participating in Shreyas Doshi's Product Sense course over the past weekend, and it has been one of the best career investments I have made! Shreyas' crisp, no-nonsense teaching style challenged me to overcome my insecurities and equipped me with practical guidance to strengthen my Product muscle. Shreyas speaks with the conviction of a master who knows his content is gold, which it absolutely is! This course is a must for any aspiring Product Leader looking to upskill and win consistently.

I’ve just finished the Improving Your Product Sense course by Shreyas Doshi. My challenge has always been that I evolved as a product manager mostly on instinct. I worked at great companies with great leaders and trained my internal LLM by launching both successful and unsuccessful products. After 18 years in the profession, I can intuitively tell which direction to take, how to present a product, and how to distribute it. But if someone asked me why, I often couldn’t explain because that knowledge didn’t come from structured learning. Shreyas’ course helped me organize what I already knew about product management and added new perspectives I hadn’t considered before. 10/10 recommendation, best investment I’ve made in years.

🚨 Product folks — want to sharpen your PM instincts? I just wrapped up Improving Your Product Sense with Shreyas Doshi, and wow! It’s a masterclass in what actually matters in product. You’ll quickly spot how much conventional PM wisdom is fluff. A week with Shreyas > years of “just doing the job.” He’s the real deal. Highly recommend if you're serious about leveling up! lnkd.in/dJT7xj7c

I just did something that’s been on my to-do list for a couple of years - Shreyas Doshi’s Improving Product Sense course. After decades in product and technology, shaped mainly by hands-on practice rather than playbooks, I’ve been fortunate to now take a deliberate sabbatical to unlearn, reflect and rediscover my passion for product craft. This course was an important part of that journey. The course is intense, demanding, and hugely rewarding. Attending live from Australia meant near-all-nighters, but being in real-time interaction with a global cohort equally obsessed with the craft made it totally worth it. Shreyas speaks with rare clarity and logical rigour. No fluff, no shortcuts, just deep, incisive thinking about what truly matters when building products that matter. His examples (there are many) are sharp, the logic exacting, and the insights often eye-opening and sometimes uncomfortable in the best possible way. For seasoned leaders, it’s a welcome challenge to get away from the usual product theatre and let go of what they think they know. For those earlier in their journey, it’s a powerful and unique foundation (and no, it’s not about frameworks). Either way, it will shift something for you. It did for me. Grateful to have had the space and the luxury to learn like this, and now I’m looking forward to catching up on some sleep. lnkd.in/gvSvtHp4 #productmanagement #productsense #craft #firstprinciples #shreyasdoshi

------ I just went through one of the most incredible learning experiences of the past few years. I had the privilege of joining Improving Your Product Sense, a course by Shreyas Doshi. It was a true masterclass in rethinking how we build products — a powerful blend of logic and creativity applied to better decision-making, deeper customer understanding, and stronger strategy. I've been following Shreyas for a few years now — he shares an incredible amount of high-quality content. But taking the course is a completely different experience. You’re challenged to question long-held beliefs, revisit your mental models, and truly level up your game. Highly recommended for anyone serious about evolving their Product Thinking. Be ready to unlearn and relearn. It's an amazing experience.

I took Shreyas Doshi's product sense course two weeks ago and its worth the hype (and cost). Outside of the obvious deep-dives on how every PM across every level should be up-leveling their product sense, the course truly stood out for the depth on the psychology associated with master-class level product sense. I see more and more of those insights every day as I find ways to incorporate the frameworks. Overwhelmingly encourage his course (lnkd.in/eyrGFQu3) for mid-to-senior PMs+. DM if you have questions.

Highly recommend this course to senior product managers who want to improve their product sense and accelerate their careers.

I don't typically post stuff like this but Shreyas Doshi deserves the shoutout. Over the weekend I wrapped up his 8days long Product Sense course. And it is the best course I’ve taken so far. Shreyas goes directly to the essence of product building. No framework, no fancy case studies, no recipes for lazy work. Just pure logical thinking. Decomposition & simulation at their best. He coaches how to elevate your thinking not how to circumvent it. “The quality of your thinking is what matters the most”. <- loved seeing this reinforced and exemplified. Plus, his course is a beautifully crafted product. Appreciated the craft necessary to keep us engaged for the 5-6 hours long classes. If you’re looking for a course on product, it’s worth every penny and some more.

It’s a no-nonsense course with lots of learning, primarily focused on a senior product, designers, founders, and engineering tribes. The course was a D on the BTD scale (IYKYK). It had lots of material you will not see anywhere, lots of logical examples that aid training, and a passionate host, Shreyas, all of which upgraded my personal LLM. I just spent the last week in Shreyas Doshi's Product Sense course. I've followed Shreyas for a few years, and so I knew it'd be valuable, but I wasn't prepared for how truly enlightening it would be. There's no shortage of product content. The frameworks, templates, and Substacks are endless. This course makes most of it (if not all of it) feel unnecessary. It's not just about getting better at product sense, it's learning how to get better at *thinking*. Founders and product leaders - if you have the ability to invest in the time and attention this course demands, do it.

🚀 Just completed Shreyas Doshi’s “Improving Your Product Sense” course — and it’s been a transformative experience. This wasn't just another product management course. It delved deep into: - Strategic Thinking: Enhancing clarity in decision-making beyond conventional frameworks. - Understanding Human Motivation: Gaining insights into user behaviors and needs. - Creative Execution: Learning to craft compelling product experiences. What stood out was the emphasis on developing product sense as a skill—something that can be honed with the right mindset and practice. For those in product roles—be it PMs, designers, engineers, or founders—looking to elevate their craft, I highly recommend exploring this course.

For most of my career I've been concerned about signal-to-noise ratios. When I stepped away from hands-on work with hardware signals to working on digital products, I noticed the overwhelming noise around "right ways" to do the work: frameworks, templates, best practices, and so on. You have to work hard to find the signal in this noise. And you keep wondering why is it not working.. Last week, I completed Shreyas Doshi's course on Product Sense, and that's pure signal. What I loved most was his tough love and no-fluff approach. It's easy to complain about everything around you, but much harder to look in the mirror and acknowledge where you need to improve. If you're ready to leave your ego at the door and work on the actual skillset needed to succeed in product, I highly recommend signing up for the next cohort.

Last week, I had the chance to participate in Shreyas Doshi course on Product Sense. I knew it was going to be intense, but I couldn’t have imagined just how much. I was ready to learn, train, and dig deep to improve - but I didn’t expect how much I would unlearn along the way. By the end, things felt simpler, even though they hadn’t necessarily become easier. If you already have a few years of experience and are looking for a way to grow further, check out Shreyas's course. It overdelivers on its promise.

No último final de semana, encerrei o curso “Improving Your Product Sense”, do Shreyas Doshi. Obrigada, Shreyas Doshi e time! --- Last weekend, I finished the “Improving Your Product Sense” course by Shreyas Doshi. It was an intense and incredible experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s open (and has the availability!) for fresh perspectives on product and strategy. This course has already made a meaningful impact on the way I think, especially at a time when we’re so prone to staying on the surface and getting distracted. It was a few days full of insightful prompts, designed to help us strengthen our logic and clarity of thought when looking for creative solutions (instead of defaulting to familiar frameworks or easy, well-known answers). I especially loved reflecting on the idea of an “impossible question” and how it relates to procrastination. From an education point of view, I was impressed by the high level of engagement in an online course, and, as a result, by its potential to drive meaningful transformation. Finally, through the lens of entrepreneurship, I felt both challenged and supported by the message that excellence doesn’t come without struggle. It might be a familiar message, but hearing it in such a clear and honest way renewed both my confidence and my humility, recognizing that the road is long and that I have a lot to learn. Thank you, Shreyas Doshi and team!

Just finished taking “Improving Your Product Sense” by Shreyas Doshi, and it has been a game changer for how I think about building products! Shreyas, who helped shape product teams at Stripe, Twitter, and Google, has an amazing way of cutting through nonsense and helping you develop real product intuition. The course isn’t about memorizing frameworks but about sharpening your ability to make intuitive, confident decisions in messy, real situations. I have noticed that my approach to day-to-day decisions and prioritization at work has shifted a lot on both product and engineering challenges. I’m more thoughtful about what really matters to customers and how to balance trade-offs. It’s like my “product taste” got an upgrade! If you want to get better at building great products, I’d definitely recommend checking it out!

I didn’t expect a course to reshape how I think — but that’s exactly what Shreyas Doshi's Improving Your Product Sense did. This course is a true gem for senior ICs and product leaders who want to level up their craft — not by memorizing more frameworks, but by unlocking the kind of clear, first-principles thinking that drives the best product decisions. It’s designed for those who want to build products that win consistently — and make better calls, faster, with more conviction. You don’t walk away from the course with just slides and recordings. You walk away a sharper version of yourself. Highly recommend to anyone serious about long-term impact. #productmanagement #superpmics #productsense #productcraft #shreyasdoshi #maven

"Train your LLM" was the resonating mantra of the 8-day Product Sense course conducted by Shreyas Doshi, which proved to be an immersive and transformative experience for me. This experience was humbling as it revealed the extent of my own limitations in thinking and the necessity for unlearning. Learning together in a diverse cohort of founders, VCs, and product professionals from various organizations, all highly engaged in learning the nuances behind product sense was a fantastic experience. In short, a very well designed course and highly recommended.

Just wrapped up an intensive week of learning from Shreyas Doshi. ‘Improving your Product Sense’ course decoded the knowledge and skill needed in making better product decisions (macro & micro), by significantly deepening understanding of human nature. While it was intensive, it was so insightful, authentic and practical. In just 7 days, he trained my inner LLMs to a level that I have started applying motivation theory to every situation around me, personal or professional. He decomposed product startegy, and creative execution to a level that is deep and rare. Every session felt like therapy. Just finished Shreyas Doshi's course on Improving your Product Sense - definitely the best & most intense product course I've ever done. Would highly recommend to non-entry level software folks (not just PMs) who resonate with the below. He dives really deep into customer motivation & how to leverage it, elements of great product strategy, how to systematically use creativity to set your execution apart, and how to develop high quality product thinking to make consistently better decisions and ship products/features with a high rate of success. Shreyas is also hilarious - the comedy alone is worth every cent.

I have followed Shreyas Doshi for many years, and I had been curious about his Improving Product Sense course since it came out.  I had heard that it was “transformational” and after having just completed it, I can confirm that it is, in fact, just that. If you care about being exceptional in the product craft... If you care about the clarity of your thinking and decision making... If you care about building technology that actually delivers value to the people you’re building for... If you care about improving the ROI of how you spend time as a product leader or founder… …you should take this course.  You won’t regret it. Also, the delivery is 🔥. "I used to say “strategy is bullshit.” - 40 hours with Shreyas Doshi proved me wrong. Taking the Improving Product Sense course was a game-changer. For the first time in years, I switched off execution mode and truly zoomed out. Early in my career, I obsessed over high-quality execution. I believed it was all that mattered. What I used to dismiss as fluff or BS turned out to be the hardest — and most valuable — work of all: clarity of thinking. Strategy isn’t “how do we build this feature.” It’s: why are we building anything at all, for whom exactly, and what position do we want to own in the market? It took me 2 months to revisit the full course and digest it deeply — and now, this thinking is part of how I approach product and startups. No single takeaway or summary can do justice to how eye-opening and transformative this experience has been. One unexpected insight? I had doubts about whether it would be relevant to my market (outside Silicon Valley). But yes — Product Sense travels well to Emerging markets. In fact, in Africa where fewer product teams have formal training, these frameworks are even more essential. Thank you Shreyas Doshi for making me value a word I once hated: strategy.

As engineering leaders, strong product sense is essential - not optional. You’ve probably seen the well-deserved praise for Shreyas Doshi’s course on Product Sense. While the course is an intensive commitment (~30 hours in a week), it elevates your ability to make better product and business decisions by systematically breaking down the elusive concept of "product sense" into clear frameworks, supported by clear real-world examples. This course meaningfully expanded my perspective - not just as a builder, but also as a partner to product leadership. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to up-level their product thinking and build stronger intuition grounded in proven principles.

I recently completed Shreyas Doshi's 'Improving Your Product Sense' course on Maven - an intense bootcamp compressing 30+ hours of learning into a single focused week. My biggest concern was finding the hours in my packed schedule to fully engage with the material. I can now confidently say it's both possible and absolutely worth the investment. Shreyas demonstrates that you already have what you need to start making better product decisions today. The practical things he teaches have immediate application in your daily work. Grateful to be part of this experience together with so many talented product leaders across industries. I benefited tremendously from the openness and engagement my peers showed during discussions—their diverse perspectives challenged my thinking and provided practical solutions I wouldn't have considered. Shreyas is the perfect facilitator for all perspectives to be shared. I highly recommend this course to anyone building products: designers, engineers, PMs, as well as founders who need to make high-stakes product decisions with limited information.

Just wrapped up an intense and inspiring learning experience led by Shreyas Doshi It wasn’t just about product thinking or sense — it was about thinking better. What stood out the most? The way this course breaks so many product management templates and “best practices” we often take for granted. Even with 8+ years of product management behind me, I walked away with fresh perspectives and exactly the kind of nuance I didn’t know I was missing. When learning changes not just what you know, but how you know — it sticks. Grateful, energized, and excited to apply it all.

A must-take course! Last week, I completed Shreyas Doshi Improving Your Product Sense course and it has had a huge impact on my product thinking and decision-making. The course is packed with invaluable lessons, and I will be revisiting it many times to absorb them fully and implement them in my work and my founder journey. This course helped me break free from old thinking patterns and see product thinking decisions with fresh clarity—training my internal LLM to think smarter and with more depth. It was intense, and despite the challenging timing (1 AM to 7 AM if you are in Western Australia!), I never once felt the urge to tune out. Every moment of the 30+ hours was completely worth it. A huge thank you to Shreyas, his team and the brilliant March 2025 cohort! I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to imrove their product thinking.

Last week I wrapped up Shreyas Doshi Product Sense course alongside other seasoned product professionals. It was an intense week - thought provoking, practical, broke down a lot of assumptions and very relatable. This is quite unlike any other product related content I have known - no cheat codes, no hacks, no shortcuts. Shreyas does a great job with his delivery and breaks down the ambiguity around Product Sense. Special mention for the AMAs. Highly recommended !! lnkd.in/eBdhfh7B

Those close to me know I am a through-and-through lifelong learner. I recently completed one of the most impactful and mind-bending learning experiences I've ever had with Shreyas Doshi in his "Improving Your Product Sense" course on Maven. I'm still grappling with the extent to which Shreyas simultaneously broke my confidence in so much of what I knew and bolstered my confidence in my thinking immensely. It may sound trite, but the quality of your decisions drives the level of your impact. However, the quality of your thinking determines the quality of your decisions. To say this class will 10x the quality of your thinking is a paltry, woeful understatement. This was a special cohort experience, and the recognition of that was palpable among many peers from the outset. I've followed Shreyas for years. He recommended some of the most impactful books I've ever read. Still, there was absolutely nothing like learning from him directly. I can't recommend this course enough to any founders, and product and technology leaders.

It’s my first LinkedIn post. For a long time, I wondered, what should my first post be about? Something that actually helps, resonates, and gives back to the community. I think I finally found it. It’s about the person, the course, and the deep insights that shook me at the core. I won't share the specifics but how it can shape your foundations. Here’s what I realized: If your roots, your thinking, are true, pure, and strong, you can truly WIN. One of the biggest reasons we make bad decisions is EGO. We think we know everything. We try to win arguments rather than win in life. Real winning starts when you break that ego - When you are open enough to listen, accept, and learn if something is true. When you leverage those lessons, you can TRULY WIN. Another deep realization: Frameworks are pure B.S. when blindly applied. They only polish the surface. They don’t fix the core. That’s why even after applying frameworks, many still feel confused or low in confidence. The real game? It’s the QUALITY OF THINKING - “It’s not the process of thinking that matters. It’s the content of your thinking.” like Steve Jobs once said. And quality thinking only comes when you have a true sense about the product (or anything you're building). One way to build this is to truly understand what Product Strategy is not just following templates, but figuring it out deeply. And to truly adopt these principles, you have to believe in them, internalize them, and keep your mind open. For me, it became natural, because Shreyas’s words hit something deep inside me. I could relate. I could feel the truth. I owe a lot of these realizations to Shreyas Doshi. His course on Product Sense was different, the most outcome-focused course I’ve seen, easily more impactful than many B-school teachings. And honestly, I believe it’s valuable for anyone, whether you're a PM, designer, engineer, or founder, developing Product Sense is critical. Historically, that's what product building was before our tasks became fragmented into roles. For me, It wasn’t "just another" course, it felt like someone handing you a recipe for mastery, not just tips and tricks. A recipe that I know will take months, years, maybe decades to truly master but the clarity it provides is priceless. Thank you Shreyas Doshi for sharing your wisdom with the community, it truly felt like you're doing this for the greater good. Wishing you more wins ahead! And a special thanks to Laura Tobon for sharing this course with me. Your help at different stages of my journey has been invaluable — and I hope this "helping channel" between us stays forever open. Discovered Shreyas Doshi and his content a few years back when I was still figuring out my path to becoming a PM. Fast forward to this past weekend—I finally got to take his Improving Your Product Sense course, now as a PM. It’s over 30 hours of content that’s eye-opening, relatable, fun, backed by logic, and just the right amount of ̶s̶a̶s̶s̶ SaaS. This was genuinely fun learning. From customer motivation, segmentation, differentiation, and positioning to taste, creative thinking, empathy, and the truth bombs that cut through the conventional noise—that's a lot! No fluff. No BS. Biggest takeaway: “You’ve got your own LLM within — prompt smarter, build better” Thanks Shreyas and team 👏

Shreyas Doshi Product Sense course - just mind-blowing! 🤯 8 days and 30+ hours of depth and breadth, emphasising real-world excellence. Every concept was stripped down to the essence and supported by logic and examples of world-class product management. Wrapped up a very engaging product course from Shreyas Doshi, the bonus was also the amazing diverse cohort I got to spend time with. The course itself - well structured, with a lot of real life examples, which you can start to play in your head with your own challenges. Pushes you to think deeper, while making it simpler. Give yourself the permission to take your time to absorb and apply it in your day to day. I think it would play out well in the long run. Few things: Even if you are a seasoned professional- you will have enough insights to elevate your game. You have to put in the time during the course and beyond - recordings, notes, self application in day to day work. Your cohort will be fellow product / tech, CEOs, designers, co-founders - you get a glimpse into their worlds as well.

Spent last week developing a whole new perspective on Product Sense with Shreyas Doshi. With a focus on fundamentals and first principles thinking he distilled a ton of varied examples from different industries to get to the basics of building products. Even after spending 10+ years as a PM and going through most of the popular product stuff, the course introduced me to new set of skills and way of thinking that can applied to things beyond product. His teaching and prompting method is extremely engaging and probably the best experience in all online courses. Highly recommended for folks mid career and beyond.

Thanks Shreyas for a mind blowing course!! #productsense #productstrategy #influence #creativeexecution

I've always wondered about what exactly "product sense" is and how to improve it. I've worked with people who clearly excel at it, but it's this fuzzy concept that's difficult to nail down. With that in mind, I just finished taking Shreyas Doshi's Product Sense course. It was extremely intense, highly practical, and surprisingly entertaining. The course is not the same old product frameworks stuff - it teaches a way of shifting your perspective and I've already noticed a small mindset shift in my day-to-day work. It also contains a lot of examples showing the ceiling of craft in our industry. Definitely worthwhile to check out if these are things that resonate with you.

This last week was one of best learning experiences of my life in a longtime. I completed the Masterclass with Shreyas Doshi in his “Improving Your Product Sense" course. It was Intense but Shreyas makes the content so engaging I genuinely enjoyed every bit of it . It was a complete eye-opener on how you approach things , how you think , how you build that Customer mindset to understand their problems, frustrations and better your Product . It was definitely a mindset shift through clarity in thought process , on improving your Strategy with clear Positioning and Differentiation. I could see the immediate impact when I started applying these principles in my day-to-day tasks and navigating through some positioning, roadmap discussions. If you took this course too , would love to connect, exchange thoughts and notes on how it’s helping in your journey!!! #shreyasdoshi #productmanagement #executive

Just wrapped Shreyas Doshi’s Product Sense course. This isn’t your typical course—and Shreyas isn’t your typical instructor. His highly personal style, the depth of the content, and the challenging pace make for a truly unique experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to sharpen their product thinking. While the course is strongly opinionated, Shreyas isn’t selling a silver bullet, process, or framework. Instead, he shares the results of deep introspection into what makes for great product thinking. Even if some of the terminology or models don’t fully resonate, the volume of insights and hard-earned lessons make it well worth your time.

As a founder, especially early on, it’s easy to get lost in building. Your superpowers come from deeply understanding why your customers do what they do - not just what they say. I recently took a Product Sense course by Shreyas Doshi that helped me improve how I think about product decisions - especially around customer motivation and spotting real signals vs noise. It was a super practical course with frameworks and examples that immediately clicked. If you are trying to figure out what actually moves the needle for your users, investing in the quality of your thinking will change everything. Highly recommend the course!

This past week, I had one of the most meaningful learning experiences of my life - and that's not an exaggeration. It was with Shreyas Doshi, in his "Improving Your Product Sense" course. The content was exceptional - delivered with wisdom, care, honesty and confidence. It was intense, but I genuinely enjoyed every moment. What's stayed with me most is the energy it's sparked - I'm more inspired than ever. As someone who truly loves the product craft, this experience reminded me just how high the ceiling really is. 🙏 Thank you, Shreyas, for an unforgettable week. I am grateful for the chance to learn from you. 💭 Still reflecting on what I learned - and how to keep applying it. If you've taken the course too, I'd love to swap notes!

I just completed Shreyas Doshi's "Improving Your Product Sense" course. It was an intense, enlightening experience that challenged a lot of what it takes to deliver truly great products. I particularly appreciated the references to de Bono's Six Thinking Hats, which brought me back to a framework I was lucky to be exposed to way back in elementary school! I'm looking forward to applying what I learned.

The May cohort for Shreyas Doshi's Product Sense course just wrapped up, and all I can say is...my life has been fundamentally changed for the better for many reasons, both personally and professionally. My thinking and preconceived notions about building products were challenged, and I got to do it alongside a lot of really incredible people. I even made a few new friends this week! I'll be the first person to admit (and spoiler: Shreyas called his shot about this in the first hour of the course), I was skeptical - thinking that I had learned all there was to learn from Shreyas via his tweets, podcast, interviews, etc...I was very, very wrong. It's not an understatement to say that the ceiling of my product thinking and my overall product sense was raised more than I ever thought possible. You might be reading this post thinking that it's all fluff and I haven't said anything specific about the course, takeaways, etc. I would simply tell you that some things are better left to be experienced first hand. I can tell you about Disney World all day long, but it isn't the same as seeing the magic first-hand. For those interested, check out the course here - lnkd.in/eH9THkXZ And for those who are really serious about leveling up their product game, take the leap. It's a 1000x ROI. No questions asked.

un-learned and then learned plenty from the OG Shreyas Doshi's "Improving your Product Sense" course. The progress I made wrt my product building chops would have taken 10 years to happen with my efforts alone (no kidding). I can confidently say that the content of the course is absolutely critical to the business of software, yet super rare & difficult to arrive at by one's own efforts and experience. The course is absolutely worth it! The fun part - The learnings aren't just applicable to building products. The depth of the axioms were such that it applies vastly - sales, marketing, leadership and more. Unfair to limit the title to Product Sense! Now, onto applying what I learned daily. तुमचे खूप आभार Shreyas.

I don't typically post stuff like this, but just wrapped up a course learning directly from Shreyas Doshi. Shreyas has a rare ability to make you see product work differently. It's not about frameworks or applicable tips, it's the only course that I'll ever need for the rest of my career (so far) because of how foundational it was in changing the way I think and operate. Transformative is the only word for it.

After spending 30+ hours in the Product Sense course with Shreyas Doshi, I can confidently say it changed the way I think. Not by adding more noise — but by helping me unlearn the baggage, throw out the clutter, and rebuild my thinking from the inside out. Shreyas doesn’t ask you to memorize frameworks or mimic success stories. He challenges you to look inward, trust your own thinking, and develop product judgment through cognitive empathy, creative problem-solving, and deliberate reflection. Along the way, you don’t just learn product sense — you build the foundations of product strategy and decision-making that feel truly your own. This course gave me a whole new lens for how I approach problems, communicate, and lead. It’s one of those experiences that keeps teaching long after it ends. If you’re serious about becoming a sharper product thinker — this is the one. Highly, highly recommend.

It’s been a month since I took Shreyas Doshi’s Product Sense course, and I’ve already rewatched it twice (with many more replays to go — there’s so much to learn). 🧠 This course has truly sharpened how I observe and think - not just at work, but in everyday life too. 🎯 Highly recommend it to senior product folks looking to level up their product game. 🚀 And if you’re a founder, this should honestly be one of the first things you do — even before registering your startup. It’ll save you time, money, and help you build with better taste, especially in this AI era. 🔗 Link to the course in the comments.

I’ve always felt a bit lost in my profession — like I was missing some fundamental truth. There’s tons of content out there about product management, but most of it is just frameworks, templates, and other fluff that doesn’t actually help you build great products. That’s why I decided to take Shreyas Doshi Product Sense course — because he promised to teach the SKILL of building successful products. A real SKILL, not just another set of frameworks or approaches. Sounds bold, right? But the course completely lived up to its promise. Shreyas breaks down the product sense skill in a detailed, logical way, using examples to clarify each component and offering concrete, actionable advice for how to keep improving. I highly recommend this course to any product manager who, like me, has ever felt disillusioned or lost faith in themselves and the profession under the weight of all the noise and nonsense. lnkd.in/epUM6GTB #productmanagement #productsense

Just wrapped up Shreyas Doshi's Product sense course[lnkd.in/g_BJVz_K] and wanted to share why I took the plunge. With everything happening in AI right now, I genuinely believe AI products will get so powerful that most of the mundane PM work we're grinding through today will be automated. When that happens, the real differentiator won't be writing PRDs or managing backlogs - it'll be true product thinking. I knew there was a massive gap in my product thinking skills, and honestly, that's been eating at me. This course was at the top of my priority list for exactly that reason. Here's the thing - I've probably absorbed maybe 10% of what Shreyas has taught, but even that small fraction has completely shifted how I approach problems. The proposals I'm bringing to my team now? Totally different mindset. More strategic, more intentional. If just 10% can create this kind of impact, I'm pretty excited about what happens when I go through the material again (and again) and actually put it into practice consistently. Still have a long way to go to do justice to the PM role, but feels like I'm finally heading in the right direction. Massive thanks to Shreyas Doshi for putting together something this valuable 🙏

Last 8 days have been immersive and truly mind blowing experience for me as I took Shreyas Doshi Product Sense course. My education cohort had founders, VCs, top executives and his course creates a beautiful space to not just learn from him but everyone around you. "You need to learn every day from every business use-case & person around you to train your mind aka LLM" There is no shortcut to training your LLM, just the right way of decomposing things to get high quality data for training. There is a skill and art in seeing the unseen, questioning the right things and learning the right things. Shreyas course was a humbling experience that made most students in the cohort (hopefully I can speak on their behalf) realize there is so much garbage in our mind. It is not the formulas or pre-written templates that will help us win but plain logic. In short, I would highly recommend this course for anyone who would like to train their product sense aka intuition aka LLM.

Just finished the "Product Sense" course from Shreyas Doshi. This was hands down the best course I've done on Product Management. I recently attended the Shreyas Doshi's Product Sense course and absolutely loved it! I've never encountered such depth in a course before along with universal applicability. It took a deep dive into human psychology and showed how these insights can be applied universally in product development. We explored cognitive biases, emotional triggers, and decision-making processes, which are super useful for creating products that users genuinely connect with. Overall, the course was packed with practical skills and deep psychological insights, making it a must for anyone looking to create products that truly resonate with users. (10/10).

As AI continues to evolve rapidly, the best “defense” for product people in the coming years is this: training ourselves on how we think. Thinking is often praised as a uniquely human strength. Ironically, most of us assume we’re good at it and almost never test that assumption. I saw this firsthand after spending 30 hours with Shreyas Doshi, in a course that doesn’t give you ready-made answers, but instead challenges your beliefs and forces you to think better, deeper, and with more clarity. Deep thinking takes effort. And that’s exactly why we tend to avoid it.

I'm a long-time Shreyas Doshi subscriber, and I think it's fair to say that I learn more from Shreyas than from everything else combined. Even with that fact, I'm still blown away by Shreyas Doshi's Product Sense course. It's the best course that I've ever taken; it's not an exaggeration because many people who have taken it have said so. I think there are some reasons why this course is phenomenal. Shreyas is undoubtedly a world-class in product, but he is also world-class in teaching, including: (1) Translating his knowledge into "teachable" knowledge; (2) The quality of his delivery. The course meticulously discussed the truth about product, especially about product sense, the underdiscussed but arguably the most impactful skill for us to win. This course is extremely unique, you won't get this anywhere else in the world. My only regret is that I didn't take the course as quickly as possible. I look at the materials quite frequently this week, which I didn't do for my past courses. For senior product folks who are interested in taking the course, especially for Indonesian folks, perhaps cost would be the primary issue. I would be very happy to give my perspective on chat! The entire last week, including weekends, was intense, thanks to the best of all courses I have participated in. Together with Shreyas Doshi and a cohort of experienced product people, we dug deep into the core of product management. Was it worth it? Definitely, every minute. What takeaways did I get? A ton, but sharing them without all the details and context of the course would just look smart, without being useful. So I very much encourage everyone working on products to enroll and elevate your Product Sense, and get your own takeaways. There will be some, no matter how senior you are lnkd.in/eQGr7xpR

Its been over a week since I completed the course 'Improving Your Product Sense' conducted by Shreyas Doshi. Sharing some reflections here: The best example of first principles thinking(including designing the course); Shreyas brings in his unique teaching style to break down barriers in thinking and what it takes to develop good product sense. No fancy case studies, no frameworks - just pure logic. Spent over 30+ hours over 8 days and it was hard to miss even a minute in this intense course; including the AMA sessions! Our cohort consisted of VCs, founders and Product management professionals(ICs & Product Leaders); so it was a great opportunity to network and learn from the diverse cohort too. It has been a fantastic and rewarding learning experience and would highly recommend this course. Head over to lnkd.in/gpRy-qK7 to learn more about this course! Shout out to my colleagues who took this course prior Anirudh Rajagopalan & Khushboo Jaiswal for sharing their perspectives!

I recently spent a week honing Product Sense with Shreyas Doshi and a community of entrepreneurs, designers, and product leaders. The program was intense - as demanding as a regular work week but requiring even deeper thinking than your day-to-day work. The high density and intensity left me with a lot of questions and thoughts. This made me go back and review our sessions (via recordings) and also made we realize how much context we may miss in our regular work meetings. It's like watching a Nolan film—at first, you see the surface story, but with each viewing, you uncover new layers of meaning and subtext. My key takeaway centered on metacognition, which is thinking about our thinking. This awareness of our thought processes helps us refine our problem-solving approach and find answers independently. It enhances our learning ability, helping us grasp concepts faster and build expertise across different domains. For anyone seeking to improve their thinking, become a better builder, or advance their career, I strongly recommend Product Sense with Shreyas. While "radical candor" has become a buzzword, Shreyas's brutal honesty in each session and answering a question stands out. Like the best athletes who have the toughest coaches, the program aims to create winners through challenge, not coddling. Each session pushes you to question your thinking and assumptions while helping you laugh at the misconceptions you might have been carrying. Special thanks to Anne T. Griffin for sharing her firsthand experience and giving me the confidence to invest time, effort and energy in improving my Product Sense. For those looking to level up, I wholeheartedly recommend the program and may your journey with Shreyas be as profound as mine.

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Improving Your Product Sense from Maven! What an amazing course by Shreyas Doshi! I highly recommend it to my fellow Product Managers and anyone who directly influences product decisions. The course really made me rethink how we approach product evolution and strategy—super insightful and thought-provoking. Big thanks to Catawiki for making this possible! 🙌

Early in my product journey, I did the usual thing—read all the popular product books and blogs—but they always felt too distant from reality and hard to apply. So I started learning more from mentors who were kind enough to give me practical advice, and it helped me tremendously. Along that journey, one of my mentors introduced me to Shreyas Doshi. His advice always felt grounded—like he truly understood the realities of the role. I recently took his course on improving Product Sense(lnkd.in/gXeCGxZx), and he took that practical approach to another level—especially in the area of strategy, which is one of the hardest skills for PMs to develop. This is one of the rare product resources I’d genuinely recommend to anyone.

Last week I took Shreyas Doshi's Product Sense course. There are tons of courses out there that give you frameworks and structures to follow, however this course is different and purely focused on sharpening your skills. From first principles you decompose product sense into it's component skills and you are actively challenged to improve each of them during every class. Shreyas challenges the assumptions you come in with and pushes you to improve a quality of your product thinking. For any mid to late stage careers product managers I can't recommend this course enough!

Instead of Disney World, spent my kids' spring break taking this course in product sense. My kids were naturally thrilled! Nevertheless, found it genuinely super enlightening and even pretty fun, would definitely recommend. And don't worry, I didn't make them take it with me... lnkd.in/e-sQ7YqC
