Managing your PM Career in 2024 & beyond

Last weekend I attended Shreyas Doshi's course on managing my PM career. In this highly curated, fast paced course Shreyas provides valuable frameworks, structured insights, and practical guidance without any fluff – all of which I’m excited to adapt and implement in the come days, months and years.   Shreyas’ clarity of thought and candidness make him an amazing coach to learn from. If you’re a highly motivate PM, the next cohort is in July and it is worth the investment.

I recently attended Shreyas Doshi course on PM Career Management and would like to highly recommend it to all experienced Product people. These were 10 insight-packed hours of truly unique knowledge. I don’t think there is anything else out there that can be compared to this course. Whether you are actively looking for a new job or working on your long-term career goals - check out Shreyas course: lnkd.in/dy6sgrs8

Intentionally growing and honing ones PM craft, learning from the best, and becoming top 0.001% PM globally. How? You should consider Shreyas Doshi insightful course on Maven (link's in the comment along with LNO thread). Last weekend with many, many fellow PMs was packed with practicality, insightfulness, energy and rare wisdom. Intense. Insane. Loved it. If I were to summarize it in one word, it would be number 30. The number of pages I've written over that time with insights on the product craft and life and putting in practice. Also, in the company I get a lot of questions about my calendar and what are those L, N, Os. Well, few weeks back, I've started using the LNO approach that Shreyas recommended in one of His Twitter threads. What a change that made. It's intense, but the focus and ending the day with great things done is priceless. * Considering there is 2M people with product title on LinkedIn, that's TOP20. #product #prodmgmt

There was an analogy making the rounds recently about the current wave of AI / LLM / GPT-4. It goes something like this: Imagine standing in a library which had every shard of knowledge of everything of all time available for you to study. That's the internet today. Now imagine that you entered the library and there was a librarian standing there. A librarian who had read, understood every one of those shards, knew how to relate them together, understood context where relevant AND was available to answer any question you had using that wealth of understanding as source of knowledge. That's where these models/applications/revolution are heading - and that journey has already started in earnest. That's ALSO what it was like participating in Shreyas Doshi's course this weekend. His insights were not from theory, not from frameworks, not from things that are cool to say, and certainly weren't Apple Pie type comments. Instead, they were stories and insights that came directly from HIS experiences and his knowledge and the gift he has of stringing them together to form relatable, actionable and pragmatic guidance of how to improve the craft of Product, the careers we are fortunate to have within it and the people we are privileged to work for and with. Shreyas, thank you. If anyone is considering making the investment, I'd recommend you read the syllabus to make sure it connects to the level you're at in your career (it was spot on for me!), then take the step and go for it. Learning should never stop, but every once in a while, something comes along and propels you a few steps forward. Go bravely. Click the link. Details here:

Sometimes you need a fresh perspective on the Product Management career from outside in. Over the weekend, I had the chance to participate in a 2 day course conducted by Shreyas Doshi and had several lightbulb moments. WE covered a lot of ground with topics ranging from building your PM competence, to frameworks to think of your career arc over a period of time; finding and evaluating the next thing to building advocacy. Blending practical tips, book suggestions, breakout discussions, introspection and community socials over 10+ hours, this was very well curated by Shreyas and his team. I left with a few arrows to add to my quiver and a network of PM lead peers that will help fuel my growth. Two things specifically stood out: 1. Shreyas' clarity of thought, communication and synthesis of a fuzzy topic 2. The importance of you being you, when creating your own destiny. Highly recommend this for PM leaders. PS : For my Mumbai friends, I had a similar moment when Vakil took a weekend course to explain how a NPN transistor works and later how FM transmission works. Until then, it was all a blur :)

I heard all the good things about Shreyas Doshi’s course through LinkedIn posts and have decided to sign up. I just completed his course over the weekend, and the reviews do not do any justice to what I learned in two days. I was at crossroads in my career, and this program was what I needed. Shreyas mined all the gold from his two-decade product management experience and all the lessons he learned. The program content, candid thoughts and insights into the product management role, the skills required at different stages of the PM career, and the strategic frameworks to effectively plan our career objectives provided by Shreyas were immensely valuable. Shreyas opened a new world for me, and I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend this course to anyone in mid-career or later in product management.  The next session is in July, and please find the link below for more information.

On this weekend I've completed a wonderful career course by Shreyas Doshi. I want to recommend it to every leader who is intententional about own career and treats personal career as a product. Shreyas shares tons of very valuable insights and frameworks that can be applied right now and can bear a lot of long-term fruits. The depth and candor are unmatched. The cohort is really impressive. IMO this course can easily have x10-x100 long-term ROI.

If you are an ambitious senior PM or product leader, I highly recommend Shreyas Doshi's seminar on managing your PM career. He shared practical insights and real-world personal examples that led to multiple lightbulb moments for me. I'm now framing my career decisions in ways similar to how I've built great products. Thank you Shreyas! #productmanagement #careergrowth #professionaldevelopment #maven

I've learned a lot from @shreyas, he's easily the most impactful person in shaping my thinking of how we do product management, and for that obvious reason, he's one of the most impactful people in my career (& life).

I just completed Shreyas Doshi's course this weekend. I highly recommend this course for anyone mid-career or later (especially in product management) working in tech companies or looking to move into tech companies. All of the concepts covered also apply to design or engineering careers. Shreyas is very candid with his thoughts and tips. The course comes with recordings, templates, and other resources accessible after you are finished. The next session is in July. Feel free to contact me if you have questions about the course.

I recently attended a two-day Product Management training titled "Managing your PM Career in 2023 & Beyond" by Shreyas Doshi. The sessions covered various topics related to product management, including growing one's competence, shortlisting companies, getting hired, and choosing the right offer. The content of the training was fresh, insightful, and intense and was delivered live. The course provided various frameworks to help me understand myself as a product manager. It helped me think about my career and the areas I need to focus on versus my superpowers. We also had the opportunity to ask Shreyas questions during the AMAs and learn from the experiences of senior leaders in my cohort. The course has extreme clarity about who the audience is and what it offers to them. It is free of cliches and optimistic promises. It presents a very objective framework and associated resources to make an informed choice when at any crossroads in managing your career. Most importantly, I not only walked away with a comprehensive understanding of the various dimensions of managing a PM career but with tangible takeaways of what I could be doing starting Monday. Thanks again to Shreyas and his team for their brilliant curation and course delivery. The next cohort is in July, and I can't recommend this enough to mid to Senior PMs and Group PMs who want to stay ahead of the curve and grow in their careers. If you are interested, feel free to DM me on LinkedIn. #career #productmanagement #leaders #training

I attended Shreyas Doshi's course on Managing Product Career this weekend. It was a candid and insightful course that distilled decades of wisdom. I highly recommend the course to experienced Product Leaders who are doing great in their careers and looking to optimise career choices. My favourite part of the course was the detailed breakdown of the skills of a Senior Product leader. Shreyas helps you identify your superpowers and identify the areas you need to work on so that you can maximise your impact. Thanks to the organizers for making it a great event.   #productmanagers

When you reach a certain tenure, your career essentially pivots to a Choose your Own Adventure mode, as it rightfully should. As much as I have enjoyed this mode and the autonomy that comes with it, I have also wondered about my fair share of what-ifs, and coulda woulda shouldas. How do you know you have made the right choice at any given time? How do you have you have considered all possible aspects, and what about the unknown-unknowns? These questions are especially relevant for product managers because, lets face it, the industry has not normed on a consistent definition of what product management is, and you talk to five PMs even within the same company/organization, you get five different, but very valid responses. I just completed Shreyas Doshi's course on "Managing your PM Career" and it was just what I needed. It validated a lot of my own gut based choices, helped understand what I might have missed, and also gave me a great framework to think about the future. Thanks again Shreyas and team for your brilliant curation and delivery of the course. Without giving away too many spoilers, here is a brief review. * The course has extreme clarity about who the audience is (check the course description in the link below) and what it offers to them, and delivers to the tee. * It is free of cliches and optimistic promises, and presents a very objective framework and associated resources to make an informed choice when you are at any kinda crossroads in managing your career. * Most importantly, I not only walked away with a comprehensive understanding of the various dimensions of managing a PM career, but with tangible takeaways of what I could be doing starting Monday. I had the pleasure of attending a remarkable course led by Shreyas Doshi over the weekend. This one-of-a-kind learning experience stands out from the usual project management content available online. Trust me when I say it's a worthwhile investment – you'll find it to be an exceptional opportunity for personal growth and development. Shreyas has a genuine, candid approach to teaching, coupled with a clear and easy-to-understand communication style that truly differentiates him. The course is packed with valuable resources and focuses on delivering practical knowledge, actionable guidance, and the importance of dedication and hard work, as opposed to just theoretical concepts. The next session of Shreyas' course is planned for July. If you're pondering whether to enroll and have any inquiries, feel free to get in touch with me (but honestly, just go for it!).

I took Shreyas Doshi 's PM careers course this weekend and I can't recommend it enough. It helped me get actionable ideas on how to grow but most importantly it was a good reminder on how to prioritize work and life, how to be intentional about the decisions you make and frameworks to use while being realistic about the things which really matter in life- family, happiness and trusting your gut. Highly highly recommend joining the next cohort in July

I made good use of my time over the weekend by joining @shreyas in "Managing Your PM Career". The magic of this course is that Shreyas doesn't give you a one-size-fits-all solutions, but rather empowers you to think and act on what works best for your specific context.

As professionals, we all know that constant learning and unlearning is essential for a successful career. But with the overload of information available, it can be challenging to identify where to focus our learning bandwidth. That's why I'm so glad I had the opportunity to attend Shreyas Doshi's course on PM Career Management earlier this month. Over a span of 2 days, the course covered a range of topics from building competence to navigating your career to achieve success and joy. The insights, tools, and frameworks I gained from the course were incredibly actionable and helpful. And I feel a renewed sense of energy and passion to continue building awesome products. Also got to connect with a great cohort of PMs. Would highly recommend this course for mid-senior PMs. #professionaldevelopment #lifelonglearning #productmanagement

I recently had the opportunity & pleasure of attending the "Managing your PM Career in 2023 & beyond" course taught by Shreyas Doshi. With all the recent frenzy around product management, internet is flooded with generic gyaan, advice & courses for PMs. I have attended various courses on Product Management, but this nothing similar. I must say that this was quite insightful & packed with practical advice. Shreyas Doshi is a highly experienced & successful product leader, and has coached many PMs in his career. His insights and anecdotes make the course engaging and actionable. What I loved most about this course is that it provides a realistic view of the product management career, with tips and strategies for navigating the long term while steering towards specific goals ! I highly recommend the the course for all experienced product professionals (SPM/GPM level & above). Thank you again, Shreyas Doshi & team. Last weekend I took Shreyas Doshi managing your PM career. Despite wanting to validate all of those student loans, this was by for the best money I’ve spent. For aspiring and current product leaders who struggle with the generic bullshit advice, I can’t recommend this course enough. In classic Shreyas fashion, the course goes well beyond the surface of managing your career internally, as well as externally. Mix in a quite a few uncomfortable truths and realities and you are left with ZERO excuses as to why you may feel like you are stagnating or lost in space. If you are interested in expanding your toolkit, looking at your career through a fresh lens and you’re ready to be honest with yourself, I highly recommend signing up for one of the future cohorts! And if you do, hit me up, would love to have a buddy to chat about it!!!

The "Managing Your PM Career" Maven course by Shreyas Doshi is a really candid and non-obvious way to start "thinking of your career as a product". Really useful and pragmatic, and especially great if you manage PM's and are looking ways to coach and provide insight into career growth. lnkd.in/eZAGJeSq

There is no better time to learn than now! As product managers, if there is one thing we must regularly do, that's learning, which at times also includes unlearning. The weekend course by Shreyas Doshi was one such power-packed one, where learning and unlearning went hand in hand. Thanks and Kudos to him for creating this course and delivering it with so much passion! If you are a practising product manager and want to do just one course this year, I would highly recommend it. You can thank me later :). Keep Learning! #learning #productmanagement #growthmindset

Highly recommend Shreyas' course on Managing your PM career! What I really appreciate is how he made himself vulnerable by sharing his PM journey while walking us through his different frameworks with examples and insightful conversations with other executive leaders. The next cohort(May) is probably filling up quickly 👇. lnkd.in/eJwXJxHp #productmanagement #maven #careerdevelopment

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of attending Shreyas Doshi's course alongside a dynamic group of 190+ PMs. I must say, it was time well-spent! The course is an excellent way to level up your career and coach your PM team on their skills and career growth. Additionally, the unfiltered Shreyas's AMA session and pre-course social mixer provided a great opportunity to interact with other participants. I enjoyed the session immensely, and I am eagerly looking forward to gaining more words of wisdom from Shreyas. If you're interested in accelerating your career growth and enhancing your PM skills, I highly recommend joining his next cohort! Over the weekend, I participated in a Product Management Workshop on Maven, led by the renowned Product Leader, Shreyas Doshi. Shreyas' insights on product management have garnered a significant following, with his tweets, LinkedIn posts, and videos serving as valuable resources for professionals in the field. The course was filled with practical tips, frameworks, and lessons from not only Shreyas' own experience but also from other successful leaders he has interviewed throughout the years. He talked through the realities of achieving success, the costs associated with it, and the importance of cultivating the right mindset. As a mentor and coach at Google, I often emphasize that being a Product Manager is not simply about crafting PRDs and writing OKRs. Instead, it's about adopting a #mindset that sets you up for success, treating your mistakes as lessons, and learning to use data and intuition to make informed product decisions. Shreyas' workshop reinforced these ideas and provided even more valuable insights. No matter if you're an aspiring PM leader, looking to accelerate your career in product management, or considering a career switch, Shreyas' workshop offers a wealth of knowledge. He shares his personal framework, techniques, and strategies that have contributed to his success in an authentic, candid, and direct manner. Plus, attendees have indefinite access to the recorded sessions, ensuring that you can always revisit the wisdom shared during the workshop. While there were a few rough edges and some discussions felt rushed, the overall experience was extremely positive. The workshop's cohort size made it challenging to foster in-depth discussions, but the wealth of knowledge, community access, and direct interaction with Shreyas more than made up for it. Shreyas is still refining his course and experimenting with formats, so now is a great time to join and benefit from his expertise before the course becomes wildly popular and harder to get into. Don't miss out on this chance to add a booster to your career rocket! lnkd.in/g9dKejYT #productmanagement #leader #google #success #learning #mindset

In this post, I would like to share my experience of attending 'Managing your PM Career in 2023 & beyond' course conducted by Shreyas Doshi over the past weekend (18th and 19th March). It was an immensely valuable session to me in terms of being exposed to a wide range of insights drawn from Shreyas Doshi's own career making it authentic and unfiltered. I loved his deep and nuanced thinking on every aspect of PM Career as well as his deep understanding of cohort's learning needs. As I continue to spend good amount of time in the coming days and weeks to reflect on all those insights, there were two immediate key takeaways as they strongly resonated with me: 1. Importance of defining what constitutes 'success' for you (based on who you are from within) in your life when you take career decisions: This will help you make right trade-offs among competing priorities in your life. It is equally important to keep revisiting the definition as things change and adapt (if need be). 2. Importance of mastering the 7 principles of communication across your organization: This will help you translate your competence, impact and execution more closely into how you are perceived as a Product Leader and improve your influence to do the right thing for your users/guests/organization. #career

I had a great weekend learning from Shreyas Doshi on ‘Managing your PM’ career. If how to become the top 5% of Product Managers is as elusive to you as it was for me, then this course is definitely for you. What I loved about it was: - It had tons of practical frameworks. (Thanks Shreyas for the SFD technique 😄 ) - All frameworks were well contextualised to the PM career and explained using Shreyas’s life example. - Great networking opportunity with fellow PMs all over the world. - How to choose the right company for you. - Wisdom nuggets not only for work but also for personal life. - Gets complete in two weekends! Many thanks to Shreyas Doshi for offering an excellent course, Managing Your PM Career. I specifically enjoyed the course's emphasis on achieving the top N% of product managers. Shreyas's theories, frameworks, and real-life advice were invaluable in breaking down the binary mental model for tough career decisions. I am pleased to have invested a weekend close to Nowruz to learn how to thoughtfully navigate my PM journey in the next 2-3 years. Happy Nowruz / Spring :)

I took Shreyas Doshi's course on managing your PM career and am SO glad I did! This is a great resource if you are relatively senior in your career and, like me, are wondering how to chart a course that balances career ambition and personal values. It'll take time to fully digest, but I'm now armed with: 👉 Frameworks for approaching key career decisions 👉 Exercises to help me develop goals and actionable next steps 👉 A healthy dose of realism, delivered with Shreyas's characteristic wisdom and humor It's been a while since I've felt actively excited to do homework 😂

Just wrapped Shreyas Doshi's two day "Managing your PM Career" seminar. I don't think a short course/seminar can get more authentic, real, practical, easily applicable and outcome oriented than this. A lot of light bulb moments through out the 2 days plus opportunity to learn/share with many many Sr PMs/leaders across the globe. If you are a Sr PM or leader that's looking for actionable ideas to do well at work/ get recognized at work/ looking for the next product gig/ just geek out on product career, please enroll yourself. The learnings and resources from this seminar would be applicable for many many years beyond this seminar. lnkd.in/gEvmDFMJ #productmanagement #career #learning

I thoroughly enjoyed Shreyas' Managing Your PM Career class. I've been following him for years to soak up framework-based thinking on product management; this class covers leadership and career concerns for high performing PMs. If you're new to or hoping to move into a MAANG, this course does a hell of a good job at explaining the mindset needed to manage your PM leadership career outside and inside those orgs. I even got some nuggets that I wish were made clear by my own managers and mentors at Meta! Of note -- the cohort is online but live, so is capped at a max size, an because rates go up each month, it's best to sign up soon. lnkd.in/ezuVhUxA

So I've been struggling with putting together what I wanted to share about a two-day Product Management workshop led by Shreyas Doshi that I attended a few weeks ago, and was reminded of something I learned that weekend - the SFD, or "shitty first draft" With "influencers" and "content creators" curating the "perfect" post these days, I thought I'd go against the grain and share the "shitty first draft" of my thoughts: - Raw and unfiltered - Shreyas shares the brutal (but honest) truth of being a product manager today - Inspiring - not every single tidbit that was shared over the weekend had resonated with me, but the vast majority of it did - Challenging - not gonna lie, some of the exercises had me thinking "WTF?!?" but mostly in a good way... Last of all, it was worth it - I'm not talking about the financial cost, but in terms of time. It's hard to commit to something for a good chunk of the weekend these days, especially for those of us with families and kids. Seasoned product managers should be well familiar with taking both hard costs and opportunity costs into consideration, and I felt this was indeed time well spent. lnkd.in/gwh-jMYt

If Marty Cagan is the product management OG, perhaps Shreyas Doshi could be considered the NKOTB—to me, anyway! Intense learning experience 2 of 4 this year was 2 very early mornings attending Shreyas’s ‘Managing your PM Career in 2023 & beyond’ course on Maven. The live cohort-based course is targeted to product leaders and ambitious senior PMs who want to advance their career by design, not by default. A few things that really stuck with me: ⚡ The promotion drivers template 💡 His framing of how to systematically grow your competence 🤔 Content on how to make career decisions …and there’s plenty of content to revisit over time. Lenny Rachitsky’s podcast is the first time I heard Shreyas speak in-depth about PM and maybe that’s why I think of him as the New Kid On The Block (NKOTB). In Lenny’s words, Shreyas ‘came out of nowhere a few years ago’, in terms of consistently sharing wisdom on all things PM, with his insights and advice coming from years of experience at Yahoo, Twitter, Google and Stripe. If you’re interested in trying the course for yourself, the link to join the next cohort (March 18-19, 9am-1pm US Pacific Time) is in the comments. lnkd.in/gub5RuyE #career #learning #productmanagement
This is a fairly late post . I got the opportunity to attend Shreyas Doshi ‘s course on “Managing a PM career” a couple weeks ago. The course was so insightful , highly highly recommend all passionate product managers to go for it . The focus on the ‘Why’ , building and focusing on your competence , some of the frameworks for up-skilling all of them hit the right chords. What was the most relatable ? His emphasis on competency and being authentic ! The course leaves you with tons of information but also forces you to self reflect hard . Also, met up with an entire cohort of talented product leaders across various industries . Please register if you haven’t already. #continuouslearning #career #network #productmanagement

I shouldn't be, but still pleasantly surprised by how a few simple things I did in @shreyas' Product course have already led to a mindset shift and a positive outlook. Many nuggets of wisdom & actionable takeaways 🔥 And made more fantastic fellow PM connections too 🤝

I recently took a 2 day PM career course with Shreyas Doshi - Managing Your PM Career in 2023 and beyond- and it was a fun and valuable course. I highly recommend it for mid-senior level PMs looking for a new perspective and approach on how to craft their PM career.

Recently enjoyed the "Managing your Product Career" workshop by Shreyas Doshi. Two intensive days with many like-minded product experts around the globe. Lots of wisdom, practical examples, and provocative questions. I've been learning from Sheya's content for a while, but this experience took the topic to a whole new level with deep/actionable insights on a variety of contexts (crafting general PM vs specialist path, domain/company tier/company or product stage and many other factors considered). You'll find this course helpful to reset your goals & vision, improve self-awareness and hopefully, make good decisions. It will give you practical frameworks, resources and tactics which could also help you mentor & coach other PMs. The link to the March 2023 cohort is in the comment.  #personalgrowth #coaching #productmanagement #mentoring #careerjourney

Me: "I confirmed that all I want to do for the rest of my career is hone in my Product craft." Shreyas Doshi: "Spoken like a true craftsperson. No greater joy than mastering your craft and seeing the wonderful results on the product, the business, and the people around you." This cohort was a window to my profession, and a mirror to the best PM I can be. Highly recommend to my Product people.

I have been following Shreyas Doshi for quite some time like some of you and have benefitted so much from his advice on PMing, frameworks, books etc. So when I saw a course on product management being taken by him, I was immediately interested. So thankful that I took the decision. The course lasted only a weekend but if I have to measure its value for me, it was one of the best courses I have signed up for, ever! Highly recommended for any senior and above PMs (may not be suitable for someone starting their career in product).

Delighted to have attended a 2 day (10 hour) cohort based learning course this past weekend with the one of the foremost product management thinkers Shreyas Doshi for a masterclass on how to manage one's product management career in 2023 and beyond. I have been following Shreyas's insights, wisdom and advice grounded in reality in the product management space for the past few years and have learnt a lot. When Shreyas announced this new cohort based learning program I could not wait to attend it. I was impressed with Shreyas's knowledge, conviction and direct style of communication. Shreyas shares a lot of frameworks and practical advice during the 2 day course. I was also amazed with the organization of the course and the flawless execution. I feel really happy to be able to make connections with the cohort members who attended the program. Highly recommend this course for product leaders. Thanks to Shreyas, the support team that facilitated the course and the cohort team members for an enriching learning experience. #productmanagement #career #learning #courses #growth #thankyou #experience

It's been a few days since I completed Shreyas Doshi's course - Managing Your PM Career in 2023 and beyond - and I'm finding myself frequently thinking back to the principles, frameworks, and salient examples he provided throughout the course of the weekend. Namely: (1) Your career choices are your life choices. Are you climbing a ladder, or using a map? (2) Manage your career like you manage your products --> start with the end in mind (3) Eliminate your liabilities, and turn your strengths into superpowers I had a ton of fun and learned a lot in Shreyas' course, and highly recommend it for anyone who wants to amp up their career in product management. lnkd.in/dkU8gsEP

And then, there’s more! This past weekend I signed myself up for a seminar with Shreyas Doshi and I have to say, it blew my mind. In these past two weeks, I went from feeling stuck to feeling hyper to feeling grateful to feeling like I have a plan forward and so many ways to make it happen. I don’t have the words to do the experience justice so you should check it out for yourselves!

There is so much content on product management. And those who consume, must know that a lot of it is repetitive and ambiguous. One source of lite and relevant content comes from Shreyas Doshi’s posts, which i think, cuts a lot of clutter and is thought provoking. And those who want to to dive a little deeper, i would recommend his course: Managing your product career. So glad that i got up close to learn about his tactics, experiences, personal stories and be able to connect with so many talented product leaders around the world. The course however presumes that one has experience as well as interest in product management. Its short but dense. Link is in the comments.

I took a course by Shreyas Doshi that really hit the right spot for me this past weekend. It’s called Managing your Product Career and it had really practical frameworks, mental models and sage perspective and advice. Shreyas has Jedi-level experience on product and careers and his genuine desire to share the benefit of his experience comes through and how fortunate we are for that! Worth taking the course if you’re a senior level product professional.

For senior PMs thinking about the next step in their career - I never post but I took this course this past weekend and wanted to get the word out about it: lnkd.in/gVe4S5jy The course is pricier at $1k but is packed full of counter-intuitive insights and practical frameworks & tactics on PM skills, career decisions and more. It's applicable regardless of what your long-term career goals are. Def a case where you get what you pay for. Feel free to DM me if you're curious to learn more.

Shreyas Doshi's and his team has put up the best PM Cohort I ever attended. I have been following and learning from his content for a long time and this gave me an opportunity to hear from him directly and it was transformative, unfiltered and most intense. This has forced me to retrospect and take in all the learnings which I am sure will take some time but have no doubt will help me in my role. For any senior and above product leaders, i highly recommend his cohort. Not only do you get to hear from him, but it's also chance to connect with so many of great product leaders from all over the world. Thank you once again Shreyas Doshi for those intense 10 hours over the weekend. Sign up and put your name in the waitlist asap: lnkd.in/eQiuZwtJ #productmanagement

I strongly recommend Shreyas Doshi's course on Managing your Product Career in 2023 & beyond! I was skeptical about signing up for the 2-day course on the weekend. Primarily because I am a long-time Twitter super-follower of Shreyas and I have read almost everything Shreyas has written. But I decided to spend the weekend with a lot of fellow PMs in the industry anyways. As a Product Leader in a non-product organization (non-profit, scientific research, healthcare), the 2 days helped me learn about how to build and strengthen my product organization. Specifically hiring, leveling, skilling, and mentoring early career PMs and structuring my organization for impact. Personally, it helped me think about how I can systematically grow my competence aligned with my 3-year Lighthouse Goal. Finally, an out-of-the-box network of exceptional and motivated PM leaders from across the industry who I believe will be a great resource. Shreyas is also extremely entertaining if you have an open mind.
