I don't post on LinkedIn often, but this one is worth a shoutout! ‌ I have been following Shreyas Doshi for 3 years to be better at Product Management, and he, along with Lenny Rachitsky and Marty Cagan, are my go-to people when I need any guidance in Product Management challenges. ‌ I attended Shreyas' Managing your PM Career in 2024 and beyond course over the last weekend, and it was full of insights about how ambitious Sr. PMs and PM leaders can take their careers forward. ‌ Some of the highlights were: - Formula for success as a PM professional - PM career skills map and how one can systematically improve their competencies as per their preferred learning style - Finding out one's 3-year lighthouse goal - How one can overcome Level 1 and Level 2 barriers in their careers - How one can position herself/himself to get opportunities, hired, and recognized and much more ‌ My personal favorite of the course came at the end where he shared 'how one can define oneself's success in career and in life and prioritize everything'. ‌ The course timing for the folks joining from India wasn't great, and tbh I felt $800 is a lot of money for Indian standards. But, his hot takes on Product Management and some of his rants alone were worth this price, if not more. ‌ I highly recommend this course to all ambitious PMs who want to advance in their career and meet similar people across the world. I’m a big fan of learning by doing instead of formal training - but I still thoroughly enjoyed Shreyas Doshi‘s “Managing Your PM Career In 2024 & Beyond” which was super practical and made a couple of things really clear to me! Recommended!

My new favorite recommendation for Senior PMs looking to further grow in Product Management. Check out Shreyas Doshi course. I took it last weekend, and it's the best learning I have had towards managing my career in a while.. $800 well spent, even better when company pays for the learning.

For experienced PMs and PM leaders, I highly recommend "Managing your PM Career in 2024 and beyond" by Shreyas Doshi. After dedicating over 10 hours this weekend, I'm still absorbing the rich content. It offers profound insights into charting a PM's career path, envisioning where you want to be in the next 3 to 5 years, understanding the significance of big company experience, and identifying exceptional leaders. For me, it was a masterclass in management. The next cohort is open for enrollment. Don't miss out on this opportunity, enjoy! #productmanager #leadership #hiringmanagers

Just took Shreyas Doshi's "Managing Your PM Career" course last weekend and highly recommend it to any PMs or PM leaders who want to take their career to the next level. I loved the frameworks, insights, tips and candid conversations. The course material covers in depth different aspects/stages of the PM career which would be useful and relevant in future as well. As an additional perk, got to connect with few PM folks who attended the course as well!

Last weekend, I joined a group of inspiring product leaders attending Shreyas Doshi’s live course on Managing your PM Career. I love learning and this course is by far the highest return investment I’ve made in myself to date. Shreyas is a candid, thoughtful and thought-provoking leader. His passion for teaching and all things product is incredibly inspiring and the advice and frameworks from the course are immediately actionable and useful. I honestly don’t believe I’ve ever thought as deeply about my career and personal goals and this came at just the right time for me both personally and professionally. If you’re a senior PM+ looking for clear, actionable guidance around how to manage your career (and maybe life journey too!), the link for future cohorts is below. Highly, highly recommended. Bring on 2024! #productmanagement #pmcareer #growthanddevelopment

Last weekend I completed Shreyas Doshi's program on "Managing your Product Carrer”. The biggest gain for me personally was able to connect with so many talented/ambitious PM leaders around the world. The course was super structured and I can pretty much assure you that post attending the course, you will come out as a better PM leader than they were before. I highly recommend the same to every PM in my network.

Over the past weekend, I had the privilege of attending Shreyas Doshi 's program on 'Managing Your Product Management Career in 2024 and Beyond'. The course delves into advanced methods for enhancing Product Management skills, offering invaluable insights and frameworks. This has proven to be an invaluable experience that has significantly enriched understanding in PM path. The packed content covered a wide array of PM topics, right from crafting and growing your Product skills to advanced methodologies, making the learning process both enjoyable and enlightening. It's a fantastic opportunity to gain golden nuggets of wisdom and build and advance a successful product management career. Through hands-on exercises and interactive discussions, one would be able to directly apply the newly acquired knowledge to professional context almost immediately. Thank you so much, Shreyas Doshi. Will be revisiting modules and insights for a longtime! #ProductManagement #ContinuousLearning #ProductLeadership

I have been a long-time follower of Shreyas Doshi's posts where he gives invaluable nuggets of wisdom from his illustrious career as a Product Management leader. I decided to take it a step further and enrol into the Dec'23 cohort of his PM career management course. I wasn't disappointed. It was a really well-structured, well-managed course - fast paced with years of learnings compressed into 10 hrs of live sessions and AMAs. Shreyas is the living embodiment of Radical Candor and his simple yet in-depth frameworks are super useful in helping navigate the complex beast that is the PM career. Some of my key lightbulb moments from the last 2 days: 1. Treat your career like you treat your product; systematically, analytically and taking a long term view. *You* are the customer and your career path should take into account *your* pain points, needs, aspirations and constraints instead of being a one-size-fits-all approach or blindly following someone else's career progression from their LinkedIn. 2. Importance of having 3-yr lighthouse goals and planning your career arcs and bets in line with it. If you want to join the next cohort of this course, it is starting in Jan 2024 and you can join it using the link below (highly recommended): lnkd.in/gW7cJZvF

Over the weekend, I finally took the plunge and attended Shreyas Doshi's course on Managing your PM career. Despite my initial hesitations due to the price tag, I decided it was time to invest in my professional growth. Shreyas provided a lot of grounded Insights about how to manage PM career. Some Insights were glaringly obvious yet hiding in plain sight, while others challenged my long-held beliefs. Especially about money. One significant revelation during the sessions was the realization that I had been a prisoner of my past achievements. I was trying to be perfect. And yet, nothing seems to have been moving. I was feeling stuck and frustrated. Finally realized that "Product Management is a craft of iterations". Start with creating your first shitty draft. For those ambitious Product Managers seeking to elevate their game, I highly recommend considering this course. lnkd.in/gR4AqFdv #product , #careergrowth

Hey All - I'm thrilled to share the incredible experience I had in Shreyas Doshi’s Managing your PM Career in 2024 and beyond. The sessions were a goldmine of unfiltered advice from one of the greatest product leaders of our time. Shreyas and other top product leaders generously shared their secrets of success, in order to help each of us chart a career course that makes sense for us. One profound aspect was the deep introspection it forced me to do – not just in my career but in life. Shreyas also shared intimate details from his own life and career, making the learning experience rich and authentic. Leaving the course, I feel inspired and armed with practical tools and ideas that I could implement starting Monday. I can’t recommend this course enough. Thank you, Shreyas Doshi, for this invaluable opportunity! If you're serious about elevating your career in product management, this course is a game-changer. #productmanagement #career

I attended Shreyas Doshi's workshop this past weekend. I have been following Shreyas since 2019 with his offbeat yet detailed product advice actually helping vs the appearance of being helpful. It was a great pleasure to take this full circle this past weekend. It is a very intensive (don't multi-task :) ) and rewarding course with amazing interviews and nuggets from top product leaders. My key takeaways 1. 3-year lighthouse goal. 2. A competence growth plan not just a title-growth plan 3. Detailed deep thinking about how to manage your career like a product Reserve your seat in the next cohort for a great weekend experience and interacting with an an amazing cohort! Link here:

Just completed Managing your PM Career in 2024 and beyond this weekend with Shreyas Doshi. He provides thoughtful and thorough frameworks on how to think about your life priorities, goals, strategic and day-to-day career management, messaging, and EVERYTHING in between. Best of all, it's grounded in reality and not cookie-cutter advice that's pervasive on social media. I encourage everyone to invest in their career and register for his future cohorts here - lnkd.in/dj5Bn9de If the price tag gives you pause, consider that it will pay back many times over as soon as your next promotion discussion with your manager (which is one of the things he will talk about). If you would like to talk to someone who has taken the course, I'm happy to be that person. Shreyas Doshi #product #productmanagement #shreyasdoshi #careergrowth ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Last weekend, I got the chance to attend Shreyas Doshi's course on Managing your PM career. What a weekend, it has been! I probably haven't cumulatively thought as deeply about my career, setting the correct goals, and how to reach them as I have done over this weekend. Shreyas takes you through different frameworks on how to think about different facets of building your PM career but all of it is with the underlying theme of understanding yourself and then charting the correct path for YOU. No fluff, purely actionable stuff. The frameworks, the stories, the exercises, so many things that I'll probably need to keep on coming back to the content throughout my career, to be able to fully absorb the value of the course. I don't think any of the money I have spent so far on learning has overdelivered to this level. If you are ambitious about your PM career, I would highly recommend this course. The link is in the comments.

I spent part of my weekend attending Managing your PM Career in 2024 and Beyond by Shreyas Doshi. It was an amazing experience. Shreyas gives great guidance and is extremely candid. If, like me, you've run across this before and put it off, DON'T delay any longer. The sessions are a tremendous use of your time, and the content isn't something you're going to find anywhere else.

I just completed Shreyas Doshi's "Managing your PM Career in 2023 and Beyond" and I don't think calling it a course on how to be a better product manager is adequate. I learned: -frameworks for how to understand my product management strengths and opportunities -how to think of my 3-year goals and ways to create action now so I can to get to them -career inflection points and the things one needs to be great at to get to the next levels in their career -how to communicate clearly and with influence in the role you're in -and so much more... But more than this, I learned: -ego is a career impediment - we all have it, but it will lead to "Apple Pie" questions and following the herd vs making that critical impact and having the career outcomes you want. -understanding your own priorities and letting that be your guide vs. all the false signals we are bombarded with daily. There were some uncomfortable moments as I had to examine my own motivations and biases and I have some work to do to understand my true drivers. Thank you to Shreyas Doshi and the cohort I was a part of. They made this an amazing weekend of growth and reflection. This was a singular experience and I am so thankful I took it. #productmanagement #pmcareer #growthanddevelopment

The opportunity to engage with seasoned product management leaders and upgraded my thinking was truly remarkable. One crucial insight I gained is - if done right, communication can elevate all the other Product Management skills. Highly recommend the upcoming Shreyas Doshi's PM Career Management course!

A course so good, my 2 year old sat down and took notes 😂 2 weeks back I joined cohort based course by Shreyas Doshi where he generously shared his no-fluff and all actionable wisdom and insights on Maven platform. Here is what stuck with me even after 2 weeks of finishing this 2 day course - ⚫ How to treat your career as product and PM it for the goals you specifically care about. ⚫ How the best of the best go through imposter syndrome, struggle through leadership skills, doubts and come out on the other end with empathy and better strategic operators than before ⚫ How to manage up, work with peers and mentor others. ⚫ How to sit up and take feedback even when you know it is going to be uncomfortable . He literally shares his simple and straightforward template to gather feedback and then how to parse through that. ⚫ How he doesn't believe in using overtly complicated frameworks and KPIs as crutch to avoid rigorous thinking and user research. ⚫ How prioritizing health and spending quality time with family does not mean lack of ambition. True ambition lies in managing the priorities and then growing each day towards the lighthouse goals ⚫ How to think about companies in terms of tiers, how to approach them and how to choose the offer that is right for you. The 2 day course felt like a spiritual retreat where Shreyas managed to be zen and no-bullshit at the same time and I have already felt like I have implemented 3 things in my career and professional life already. Time to value of this course is astonishingly small while the value and insights offered in itself immense. Happy to talk to anyone who is considering this course (not sponsored 😊 ) Also, what an absolutely valuable platform is Maven with such attention to detail for students . Hoping to come back as an instructor one day and experience the product from other side of the table too. There is so much to know and learn and think through in Product Management, and it can be challenging to grok it all. I was fortunate to be able to hear from Shreyas Doshi and team in his Maven class, where I met fellow PMs, picked up valuable resources and generally upgraded my PM career planning tool set. I recommend the class to PMs who are at least a couple years into the role to help roadmap your most important product... yourself! If interested, find out more about the class here:

Last week I had the opportunity to participate in Shreyas Doshi course on PM Career Management and I'd like to take a moment to share the experience with my LinkedIn network. Over the course of my career, I've seen a lot of programs and workshops, but to say that Shreyas exceeded expectations would be an understatement - it was truly an eye-opening experience, which helped many of us develop a new perspective on where we are and where we're heading. As far as the content, we covered a variety of topics - developing a career strategy, assessing and growing competencies, finding the right companies, getting recognition, and many others. The course was packed with highly practical tools and techniques, as well as stories and anecdotes from Shreyas's own experience (and of course, only no-BS advice!) A few takeaways I'd like to highlight: 1) LMS framework for upskilling. In order to become a world-class PM, you need to eliminate Liabilities, bring below-median skills to the Median level, and turn your strengths into Superpowers. The most important skills: Execution Sense, Product Sense, Influential Communication, Product Vision & Strategy. 2) There are 3 archetypes for Product Leaders: Operator, Craftsperson, Visionary. Operator is good at cross-org alignment, scaling teams, and facilitating execution. Craftsperson excels at product strategy, working directly with their team and providing unique insights. Visionary is a big-picture thinker, which is great for 0-to-1, but may struggle with people issues. The type of PMs needed usually depends on the company's growth stage. (see lnkd.in/gmxXVquc) 3) How will AI change the tech industry? More software will be built, but margins will get smaller. As knowledge will get even more accessible, roles will expand - everyone will be doing everything. Teams will get smaller -> less demand for project management. Insight will not get commoditized. If you're passionate about product management, and looking for opportunities to learn from world-class product professionals, I highly recommend Shreyas Doshi course. lnkd.in/gGGvFsPY

I recently attended a PM course by Shreyas Doshi and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who looking to understand and manage the arc of their PM career. Shreyas offers practical and truthful insights into the perception and reality of a Product Manager's life. It has been days since the course, but the message still reverberates. I also want to thank Shreman Shrestha, Aditi Parekh and others for ensuring that the course ran like clockwork. It was also a great opportunity to meet other PMs, and learn and share perspectives.

Last weekend I had the dream opportunity to take Shreyas Doshi's course, "Managing your PM Career in 2024 and Beyond"! I've followed Shreya on Twitter for a few years and really value his insights and frameworks for product management. Shreyas provided useful frameworks to evaluate ourselves, roles, companies, and product management that honestly shifted my perspective on how I'm viewing my career going forward. What really inspired me was Shreyas' story and career path. While it's easy to see the success of others and think they were innately gifted and it all comes naturally, the reality is it takes a lot of hard and intentional work. It was really refreshing to see how Shreyas grew in his skills and honed in on his strengths and weaknesses. Thanks Shreyas for sharing your journey and valuable lessons. I'll be revisiting our course content often and encourage my fellow PMs to take the course as well!

lnkd.in/dPsCVtqi I participated in Shreyas Doshi's recent workshop on advancing your career in product management last weekend. The two-day event was packed with thought-provoking discussions and candid insights. The Ask Me Anything (AMA) session was particularly outstanding. It was truly an enriching weekend, and I highly recommend this course to anyone eager to expand their knowledge in this field.

I have been following and learning from Shreyas Doshi on social for a few years now and I was finally able to take his course on managing your PM career. The course is mainly for senior PMs and PM Leaders (GPM, Dir, VP, etc.) and I highly recommend it. You’ll get to hear Shreyas’ candid views, thoughts, and approach throughout the sessions. There are a lot of practical tips to help you make more correct career decisions while balancing things like company tier, Title-Money-Scope, and understanding PM skills at each level up to CPO including how to mentor and coach other PMs. The conversation around viewing your career as a Map vs a Ladder is an eye-opener. Looking back at my career journey many points covered in the course resonated with me and there were moments where I could thoughtfully reflect on decisions I made. Thank you, Shreyas for your authentic views, sharing real-life stories, and structured ways to tackle our PM career. If you are looking to get the career outcomes you want this course is exactly what you need.

Not all PM learning is engaging from start to finish, founded in reality, or addresses the questions we tend to shy away from, especially beyond early career advice. This one definitely was all of the above, and my TODO list isn’t intimidating, it’s inspiring. Thanks @shreyas

Over the weekend, I had an amazing experience learning from Shreyas Doshi about managing a career in Product Management. It was truly eye-opening! One of the most important lessons I took away was the need to be honest with yourself and deliberate about what truly matters in your career. It is one of the best investments of my time this weekend. The strategies, tactics, frameworks and golden nuggets. Shreyas, with his extensive product knowledge shared a wealth of valuable insights. What impressed me the most was not just his knowledge but also how down-to-earth and relatable he is. I highly recommend his course to all product managers. It's a must-experience opportunity!

I recently completed Shreyas Doshi's 'Managing Your PM Career' course, and I can confidently say it's a pivotal milestone in my journey as a product leader. The course had a profound impact on me in several ways: 1. As product managers, our roles often require us to maintain a stoic exterior, as we are looked up to for critical decisions. This can lead to a sense of isolation, where there seems to be no room for emotional vulnerability. However, this course opened my eyes to the fact that the challenges and concerns that keep me awake at night are shared by many other PMs. Being able to openly acknowledge and discuss these challenges felt like a form of PM therapy. 2. Shreyas emphasized treating our own career as a product. Just as we obsess over metrics and details in our product work, this course showed me the importance of a rigorous, long-term approach to my career. 3. Shreyas challenged the conventional wisdom across a range of PM-related areas, such as job search strategies, interviewing, company selection, and rewards & recognition. His insights came with practical tips that I believe will help me stand out. 4. We got access to the most raw and candid side of Shreyas. His wealth of experience offered a trove of life lessons. With his remarkable clarity of thought, the 10+ hour course remained engaging and devoid of any dull moments. 5. Lastly, Connecting with over 250 smart and accomplished global product leaders was a rare and valuable opportunity. A huge shout-out to Shreyas and his team for curating this invaluable experience. For fellow PMs in my network interested in the next cohort, you can find the link in the comments below.

I just finished my learning from Shreyas Doshi on how to manage your PM career in 2024 and beyond. There were a lot of practical tips and frameworks on how to navigate different situations to grow as a PM.   Below are the top 3 insightful learning, and I want to share: 1. Product has three phases, Explore, Expand, and Extract. Understanding which phase your product belongs is important as it requires different skills and tactics. Most of the times, majority of the impact will happen only when it reaches the Extract phase. But for it to happen, it must mean that you did a lot of right things during the Explore and Expand phase.  The phases should also tell you which type of talents need to be assembled.  Visionary PMs are usually most comfortable in Explore phase. Craftsman/Operator PMs are better to be placed in expand and extract phase.  Being able to discern the difference is crucial to the product's success and energize and empower the team to play to their fullest potential. 2. Evaluation Versus Measurement.  The OKR method has given the impression that if it is something we could not measure, we should not invest and should not treat it as OKR. It can easily gravitate to a dogma that most PM will adhere in their daily work. Instead, evaluation, as another way to drive the results, can give room for ambiguity and offers more flexibility.  It does not mean measurement is wrong. These two should be applied to product's different phases mentioned in the first point.  Explore phase could use more qualitative evaluation, while only during extract phase that it is more effective to use measurement metrics.       3. Being able to edit, build on what others have done, and feed your advice back is a VERY IMPORTANT skill and sometimes take PM years to appreciate. As most of the times, PMs are rewarded for creating. And being good at creating will get in your way of being good at editing.  Being aware of the 2 hats and acknowledge the difficult tasks ahead will put you way ahead of other PMs. Thank you for these thought-provoking leanings and continuously helping the PM ecosystem to thrive.

I attended an amazing training over this weekend and was buzzing to share with my network! This is a must-attend course if you are thinking about how to succeed in Product management.   I had started following Shreyas few months back and was reading his content with great speed. When I came across his course, I knew there would be lot to learn. But had no idea I was going to come away with such a wealth of knowledge! It was an intense 10 hours spread over 2 days with 250 product professionals across the world along the journey. Shreyas covered numerous topics and then some more that I hadn't thought of or had read about. Lots of learning that can be applied straight away and few to reflect on & act. Many hard-hitting truths too! It is not easy to choose what I liked most, but here are 3 top take-aways to start with:   ✔ Being intentional about career choice - With rich guidance about how to navigate PM career map, understanding of heuristics to choose jobs & offers and many other tips, I find myself better equipped to plan & execute my path from hereon. Few of my career decisions were to purely have a good work-life balance to spend time being an awesome triplet mum or fear-based due to job market or without as much introspection or research, so this was much needed. ✔ All problems are messaging problems - amongst multiple complex layers of information, I connect the dots and zoom-in & zoom-out quickly but at times can't externalise my thoughts at the same speed. Was good to have a reminder to hone my skill. With better understanding of PM skills map, LMS framework and many resource recommendations per learning style, my reading list is ordered 😊 ✔ Linkedin envy - comparison is the curse of social media platforms. It can be triggering at times when we need to prioritise family & health and make difficult decisions. Shreyas put it out there along with many other aspects that have potential to lead us to unfulfilling paths. We processed them, laughed about and learned to put them away.   Thank you Shreyas Doshi, for sharing your wisdom. Looking forward to keeping in touch with you and the wonderful cohort!   Thank you Satyajeet Salgar too for sharing your experience and insights! You can find more information about the course here. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. lnkd.in/ebyithV6?

This past weekend I had the opportunity to take an incredible course with Shreyas Doshi on "Managing your PM Career in 2024 and Beyond"!  I walked away not only energized, but genuinely impressed with the depth and practicality of the content. Shreyas shared profound insights, not commonly encountered in mainstream discussions, on the product management landscape. He provided effective methods to evaluate and enhance your own skills, along with guidance and resources for career advancement, whether you're on the job hunt or aiming for internal growth. The real-life stories shared, the authenticity, and moments of vulnerability made the experience even more relatable and engaging; and the opportunity for meaningful conversations with like-minded product leaders worldwide was invaluable. Learning from and observing a world-class product leader like Shreyas was a game-changer. I highly recommend this course for any Product leader looking for invaluable career growth insights 🌟 .

Shalini K Sundaram recommended this amazing course I had a wonderful experience spending this weekend listening to Shreyas Doshi. To me this course was like one of those books which is great to go back to from time to time to get situation specific insights. Definitely recommend to Product managers everywhere. One question I heard - " It seems expensive, do you recommend it? " My answer - "Yes, simply because I can look at various things I'm doing at work at this very moment and apply a lot of the thought exercises directly to my work. This course has jumped to #1 on my list of resources to dip into next time I'm stuck on anything product related. "

"When you become dogmatic about a problem domain you stop innovating" This was just one of the many great insights from Shreya's talks this past weekend.

I spent the weekend in Shreyas Doshi's product-management career course (lnkd.in/d_mP-rFk) and would recommend it highly for mid-career product leaders. Shreyas walks thru many pitfalls and fallacies we run into and spotlights the more advanced leadership skills you need to learn to grow. Packed with insight!

🌍 Despite returning from an extended trip and battling a relentless cold, this past weekend became a beacon of enlightenment and energy for me. Joining Shreyas Doshi and a diverse assembly of 250 product leaders worldwide, I found the course was the perfect antidote to my fatigue, rejuvenating my spirit. 📚 Embarking on 'Managing your PM Career in 2024 and beyond' was a reservoir of insights. Tailored for Senior PMs and Product Leaders, this weekend course unveiled Shreyas's invaluable expertise from his decade of career coaching, guiding us to navigate a product career that's both rewarding and successful. 📍 Here are my pivotal moments of enlightenment I can now share after digested myself: 🗺 The concept of having a '3-year lighthouse' was a revelation. Historically, I've set my goals with a near-term or a distant 10-year perspective. Grasping the 3-year timeframe as a key juncture was enlightening. Drafting my own 'lighthouse' was truly transformative. 🔍 A deep self-assessment session was invaluable. Recognizing and owning my strengths and weaknesses was just the beginning. The true value lay in strategizing on how to elevate these traits, turning potential challenges into undeniable assets. 🤝 Shreyas emphasized the importance of converting peers and managers into career allies. We delved into various frameworks that champion a collaborative workspace. These discussions were challenging, often pushing us out of our comfort zones, but the lessons learned were indispensable. 🔊 A recurring theme from Shreyas was: "Every issue is a communication challenge." This sentiment resonated deeply, prompting introspection on countless occasions where my communication might have faltered. I'm now on a quest to refine this skill, aspiring to make it one of my core strengths. 🧭 As I continue to reflect on the course, the parallels between managing products and life become even more evident. The journey towards mastering communication, both in product and personal realms, is one I'm ardently pursuing. 🌱 The insights garnered are instrumental for mentoring other PMs. If you're seeking guidance or need a brainstorming partner, please connect. Navigating the PM landscape can be solitary, but I'm here to share, collaborate, and uplift our community. 🙌 A heartfelt thank you to Shreyas for sharing his wisdom. Emulating his approach can undoubtedly elevate the Product Management domain. 🔗 For those keen on sharpening their PM skills and gaining rich insights, the course link for the upcoming December cohort is available in the comments below.

Absolutely loved an 8 hour power packed course this weekend - "Managing your PM Career 2024 and beyond" by @shreyas. Few most important takeaways among many others: 1. Career is very personal, and think of it in terms of Map rather than Ladder.

At times, it's important to evaluate your progress so far and your goals for the future. Shreyas Doshi talks about frameworks and thought processes to do this - both in your career and life. Shreyas at his candid best in his PM course is energising and inspiring.

Over the weekend, I had the privilege of learning from Shreyas Doshi on how to manage your PM career in 2024 and beyond. I have been following Shreyas for sometime on LinkedIn and have been greatly inspired by his posts and way of thinking. The course has something to offer to any and all ambitious PMs: (1) For PMs interested in up-skilling themselves to be a better version of themselves at their current job: Tons of resources depending on your learning style (reading/listening; doing; shadowing) (2) For PMs desirous of getting promoted in their current companies: tactics to manage upwards and influence leadership (3) For PMs who are in between jobs/wanting to switch: Resources to identify the right next company/role; techniques to land and excel at interviews; choosing between offers etc. (4) For everyone else: Generally how to optimize career choices in the larger frame of life to be happy, feel satisfied and be at peace. Also, a community of fellow PMs to network and learn from. Thanks Shreyas Doshi, for beginning this chapter of your profession, as many stand to gain from it! Thanks for being awesome, and being genuine and relatable at the same time!
